Limpo em local bom. Materiais de acabamento 2a categoria. Banheiro MUITO APERTADO E COM CHEIRO HORRIVEL. Estacionamento pequeno. Ou quase sem. De resto tudo ok.

É um modelo de apart hotel, então tem que se preparar para fazer seu próprio cafe da manha. Fui com amigos num curso do Ircad, e nos atendeu bem por ser muito central. Ficava a 6 minutos do Ircad de carro, mas muito próximo das atividades noturnas que sempre tinha. Confortável, limpo e silencioso. Tinha estacionamento gratuito, mas se estacionar na rua tb é bem tranquilo.
