Das Zimmer und die Rezeption waren in Ordnung. Allerdings gingen die Fenster unserer Suite im 1. OG direkt auf eine Gasse mit Bars. Bis 5 Uhr morgens war selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht an Schlaf zu denken am Wochenende. Die Terrasse im 6. OG bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf die Stadt. Leider wird sie nicht vom Hotel betrieben und Service und Freundlichkeit der Personals waren unterirdisch. Ich würde nie wieder dieses Hotel buchen, sondern ein paar Meter weiter ins ruhige Sacher gehen.

Hotel Stein has an amazing location. You walk out the lobby door, then cross the bridge and you are in Old Town Salzburg. We found the ease of the location to be one of the best parts! We had a city view double room. It was nice. The shower and bathroom were spacious. The reason for only 4 stars is the breakfast staff at the restaurant on the roof. Our breakfast was included (paid for), however because it was included we weren’t allowed to sit on the outside or in the shade when we went to breakfast. The staff was rude when we asked why. They said it was because the tables with the view were “reserved”- there were hardly any people there. We would have enjoyed our breakfast more if we were allowed to sit in the shade- but again- reserved. The hotel was great, but the rooftop bar and restaurant were disappointing because of the way we were treated.

호텔 건물이 주변보다 약간 높고 위치가 좋아 루프탑에서 전망이 훌륭함 주변 관광지와 연결성도 좋음 로비층 휴게 공간에 물과 샴페인이 있어 관광후 휴식하기 좋고 유용함 어른전용 호텔로 알고 예약했는데 루프탑바 저녁시간에 10세 미만 아이 둘과 함께 이용하는 가족이 있었는데 특별한 경우일 수도 있지만 그 아이들은 시끄럽고 거슬렸음 직원들은 아주 친절하고 작은 부탁도 잘 대응해 주었음
