Rummet luktade mat när vi kom, dåligt ventilerat. Kackerlackor i köksskåpen Sofforna var i galon och mycket tråkiga att sitta i Stolarna på balkongen var gammla och slitna Badrummet hade dålig ventilation Pollen och utomhusbaren var inte öppen trots 25 grader Inte prisvärt på långa vägar trots att köpt en juniorsvit

Check in the room was not ready which was not an issue. However the receptionist was going to offer us a room to change in and then was it seemed overruled by his supervisor which was poor. Room itself was ok apart from a wet used towel left beside the safe! Also disappointed that there was no kettle with tea/ coffee in the room which is pretty well the norm in hotels this day. A average stay which with a bit more focus on customer care could have been excellent.

2 out of 4 rooms we booked had issues. Breakfast was good. No space reserved for the hotel at the beach. Gym opens at 10AM and close at 8PM. We add ants and cockcruch in the rooms.

Our room was clean and well appointed. Lighting and plugins good. The Breakfast was fabulous. Good supermarket 3 blocks away. Beaches 5 to seven blocks away. Parking spaces were available. Pool area was large and well appointed. We would do it again.
