Good location. Staff are nice and helpful. Property is very dated. Room was quite smelly due to drains. Pool had lovely setting but very dirty.

When we arrived, we were told our room was ready but when getting to our room, beds were not done. We were not offered another room but werecp told housekeeping would come back later. When returning later, only part of the housekeeping had been completed and an open water bottle was still in the fridge. All we got was an apologie, would have expected another upgraded room. Easy parking and great central location to visit Evora and the surrounding area.

Lovely property by the ancient city walls in gardens with adult pool, separate pool for children. Hotel pleasing architecture and design. Floor 2 best for quiet rooms. Staff welcoming and helpful. Très bon choix pour une visite de la ville d'Evora. L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre historique. L'hôtel est beau, alliant modernité et déco traditionnelle. Notre chambre était très spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de bonne qualité. Personnel à l'écoute et sympathique. Il y a parking souterrain. Bref nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons sans réserve.

Em geral foi uma ótima estadia em um hotel com estrutura. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, com destaque para o Ivan. Gostaríamos que a terceira cama não tivesse sido de montar. Uma das pernas soltou, mas foi recolocada. Bom café da manhã. Hotel perfumado e limpo constantemente. O estacionamento pago é uma praticidade para os hóspedes, mas é um pouco estreito.

Em geral foi uma ótima estadia em um hotel com estrutura. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, com destaque para o Ivan. Gostaríamos que a terceira cama não tivesse sido de montar. Lovely clean hotel not far from the town centre. Friendly welcome our only quibble was the serving staff at breakfast were a bit moody as they were trying to set up for lunch/dinner and we got the distinct impression they wanted us out. Also no decaffeinated on offer but plenty of choice otherwise.

Nous sommes arrivés il nous a été proposé une chambre qui était gelée. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas il était en marche mais froid. Je l’ai signalé à la réception. Celui-ci est arrivé 20 minutes après avec un petit radiateur portable et là j’ai exigé de changer de chambre, une seconde chambre sensiblement plus chaude, l’eau de la salle de bain n’était pas chaude non plus. Bref c’est problématique.

Excelente opção de hospedagem dentro das muralhas, com estacionamento e a menos de 10 minutos de caminahda na Praça do Giraldo. Os quartos são muito amplos, com banheiro espaçoso tb, varandas com espreguiçadeiras, um lindo jardim e uma piscina deliciosa para recuperar as energias no fim de um dia de passeios. Café da manhã bom.

Excelente opção de hospedagem dentro das muralhas, com estacionamento e a menos de 10 minutos de caminahda na Praça do Giraldo. Os quartos são muito amplos, com banheiro espaçoso tb, varandas com espreguiçadeiras, um lindo jardim e uma piscina deliciosa para recuperar as energias no fim de um dia de passeios. Café da manhã bom.

Just on the border of town center. Close to bus station and train station. 10 min walk from bus station. We stayed in a suite with separate living and sleeping areas. very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to historic town center - 5 min walk. And a great breakfast with all sorts of things. Well worth staying there.

Lovely clean hotel not far from the town centre. Friendly welcome our only quibble was the serving staff at breakfast were a bit moody as they were trying to set up for lunch/dinner and we got the distinct impression they wanted us out. Also no decaffeinated on offer but plenty of choice otherwise.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jackson à la réception. La chambre est confortable et conforme à nos attentes. Le personnel est vraiment là pour vous aider. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Évora et le petit déjeuner est fantastique

Lovely hotel, rooms stylish and well equipped. Common areas striking and welcoming. Pool excellent. Parking convenient and reasonably priced. Location within Evora ideal. I will choose this hotel as my 1st choice the next time I visit this wonderful city.

Très bon choix pour une visite de la ville d'Evora. L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pieds du centre historique. L'hôtel est beau, alliant modernité et déco traditionnelle. Notre chambre était très spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de bonne qualité. Personnel à l'écoute et sympathique. Il y a parking souterrain. Bref nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons sans réserve.

Just on the border of town center. Close to bus station and train station. 10 min walk from bus station. We stayed in a suite with separate living and sleeping areas. very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to historic town center - 5 min walk. And a great breakfast with all sorts of things. Well worth staying there.

Fuimos de paso, pero es una opción ideal para poder visitar la ciudad. En verano disponen de piscina con muy buenas instalaciones. Desayuno recomendable con variedad y buenos productos.

Em geral foi uma ótima estadia em um hotel com estrutura. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, com destaque para o Ivan. Gostaríamos que a terceira cama não tivesse sido de montar. Uma das pernas soltou, mas foi recolocada. Bom café da manhã. Hotel perfumado e limpo constantemente. O estacionamento pago é uma praticidade para os hóspedes, mas é um pouco estreito.

Em geral foi uma ótima estadia em um hotel com estrutura. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa, com destaque para o Ivan. Gostaríamos que a terceira cama não tivesse sido de montar. Uma das pernas soltou, mas foi recolocada. Bom café da manhã. Hotel perfumado e limpo constantemente. O estacionamento pago é uma praticidade para os hóspedes, mas é um pouco estreito.

The Ugly. We had a fowl sewage odour emanating from the bathroom which got worse with time. Since we only stayed one night we kept the bathroom door closed and the windows open. I was also disappointed with the parking arrangement. The hotel charged 10 or 11 Euros per night to park in a tight un-drivable underground parking garage and knowing full well that the entrance was under construction. After one day our vehicle was so full of concrete dust that I couldn’t see out of the windshield. Normally I would have requested a refund, but the outdoor parking is scarce, and I couldn’t be bothered to spend the valuable time needed. The rest. Unlike the typical small boutique hotels within the walled city, this is a small resort style hotel. Our room and bathroom were spacious. The yard area with the pool is nice with the fortress wall in the background. The location is within a comfortable walking 10-minute walk to Praça do Giraldo (central square) of the old town. The front exterior area of the hotel is barren and unappealing.

We wanted to fully explore Evora and booked a room for the evening. The hotel was an easy walk to all the sites in Evora, parking was a bit challenging within the city walls. It is an older hotel in the process of renovating some spaces.
