Hotel Campanile Varsovie / Warszawa

Für denselben Tag haben wir die Zimmer reserviert. Wir konnten direkt in die Tiefgarage fahren. Pro Tag kostet es ca. 22,- Euro. Die Zimmer waren ordentlich und das Bad verfügte über eine Badewanne. Im Flur steht ein Kaltwasserautomat. Trotz des geschlossenen Fensters war der Lärm von Straßenbahn, Zügen und Straßenverkehr sehr laut. Wir baten am Folgetag um ein anderes Zimmer, da unser Schlaf nicht optimal war. Ohne Schwierigkeiten haben wir ein ruhiges Zimmer erhalten. Vielen Dank noch einmal. Das Frühstück bot genügend Auswahl und Variationen. Das Personal war freundlich, wirkte aber manchmal überfordert, wenn es vorn voll war. Das WLAN war ebenfalls gut. Ansonsten war es ein guter Aufenthalt.

Hvis der skal nævnes en forbedring, ville det være at få mulighed for at tilslutte TV’et til WiFi, så man kan caste indhold fra sin egen mobil – det ville gøre underholdningen endnu mere fleksibel. Picked the hotel due to its proximity to where I had to be. It's less than a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport, but it's a bit far from tourist sites. Though there is ample public transport. The lobby is welcoming. The staff are friendly. The rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. The bar looks very nice but it closes very early which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was fabulous. A really good choice of hot and cold local and international options. Very fresh and healthy

Pokoj śmierdział papierosami nie było możliwości zmienić na inny pokój a woda w łazience była żółta, pokój mały tv nie działała. Śniadanie było dobre.

Comgimos Campanile porque estuvimos en varios en francia y nos gustaron, pero este estuvo francamente mal. Moqueta de la habitacion muy manchada, la cama estaba hundida hacia el centro y era muy incomoda. Solo una toalla grande para cada huesped, ni toalla para la cara y manos ni nada similar. No lo recomiendo, recomendaria pagar un poco mas y estar en un hotel mejor. La zona, eso si, muy bien comunicada con el centro, con el aeropuerto, estacion de tren....

Very dirty, bugs everywhere in the room, drunken people openly drinking alcohol in the halls, very unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

Staff and reception ok. Hotel situated conveniently for public transport, although the immediate surroundings are not very nice. Room in need of some improvement, at least the hideously dirty carpet! Shower not great either, bathtub rather problematic to step out of after a shower. Shower stream rather weak.

Bed was terrible, like a rock and the room was not clean

The AC was not existing and bedbugs run the place. If you want to get hundreds of bedbugs bites enjoy, otherwise stay away. This place is a dump … the worst

The most disgusting, unpleasant hotel room I have ever stayed at, the carpet on the floor was so filthy dirty I wore shoes at all times to avoid and contact ( beige carpet with black, white stains all over almost sticky like … horrible!!! ) there was no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom, all the pouches were empty !! Ripped curtain by the window, the whole room smelled like mold …. I would never stay at this property again !!! I flew 13 hours on plane was exhausted, got to the hotel at night had no energy to even complain ..even from the start the room key did not work at the elevator in order for me to go up I had to go back to the front desk to ask to fix it ..very unpleasant stay, I am not recommending this property To say in fact I am very highly discouraging!!!!

Na plus - dobre śniadania, możliwość otworzenia okna, czystość, lokalizacja w centrum. Na minus - fatalne ciśnienie wody, kran prawie odpadający, lampka nocna tak samo, hałas zza okien. Przydałoby się wyciszenie pokoi.

Por el precio que pagamos la habitación dejaba un poco que desear. Olía extraño y las ventanas no se pueden abrir. La moqueta del suelo tenía manchas muy grandes y el colchón era viejo, se hundía en el medio y no era nada cómodo. El hotel está renovado pero parece que no han cambiado algo tan importante como las camas. El personal es amable

The shower water temperature is not stable, sudddenly hot and suddenly cold

Jedyną niedogodnością był zły odpływ wody z umywalki. Poza tym wszystko ok.

The room was ok, comfortable bed, nice view. But the hair dryer didn't work and the kettle had a water leak. In general it's OK.

Arrived Thursday evening for a 3 night stay. Air conditioning might aswell of been non existent, room was warm and uncomfortable. Couldn't open the window as there was a smell of sewage outside along with trains constantly going past. Was woken up at 8am by renovation works on the floor above. No communication was given about this at time of booking or even at check in. Requested a different room, and was moved 3 doors down. Fortunately the work on the 2nd floor stopped over the weekend but again the air conditioning was poor. Emailed the hotel about this but not received a response. Hopefully the renovation works improve the standard of this hotel.

Dated beds in some rooms so you can feel springs drilling your back. Rooms small and noisy. Bathroom acceptable but in my room ther was a problem with draining wather from the shower. Breakfast was ok but expensive consideeing no discount for kids. Location ok with easy access to public transport. For sure there are better hotels in this area for a similar price.

Everything was great besides the bed. At 200 lbs, I felt the bottom of the bed.

Nettes junges Team an der Rezeption, Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum und ab direkter Nähe eines Bahnhofs, also laut. Das sollte einem bewusst sein. Zimmer in Ordnung

Ich bin mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden das Zimmer war sauber und bequem. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich und schnel. Das einzige was mich etwas gestörrt hat, ist das in der Bestätigungsemail stand dass falls man erst nach 23 Uhr ankommt sollte sich man beim Hotel melden. Allerdings ist niemand am Telefon drangegangen. Es hat sich am ende nicht als Problem erwiesen aber es ist besser wenn das Telefon geantwortet wird.

A terrible property, the carpet in the room was dirty, so was the bath, matress, etc. The staff didn't know what to say and always needed a manager and not for the language.

Check in was slightly problematical as the room was not ready for me when I arrived at 11.00 pm. However the sincere and genuine care of the check in staff, along with the complimentary breakfast made up for the delay. Problems occur, it is how they are dealt with that matters. The hotel is conveniently situated just 20 minutes via the railway line from Chopin Airport.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious! But the first night in room 303 was terribly cold and we asked to change it. 324 was warm and ok.

Lovely hotel....just very pleasant - my Thanks to one of the concierge staff (Paulina (and her blonde female colleague) for their very kind help, friendliness, politeness and care to help me with my questions and concerns - comfortable stay and nice facilities in the room - complimenrary beverages were nice....great!

Very handy to transport options with bus that takes you straight to the airport just across the intersection. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable beds. The room is simple, no frills, but still comfortable and at least has a kettle

Hotel bardzo przyjemny. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują śniadania duży wybór, smaczne i na bieżąco uzupełniane.

Hotel moderno, ubicado en la parte moderna de la ciudad, a 10-15 minutos del centro caminando. 30 minutos a la parte mas turistica, pero con muy buenas opciones de transporte publico alrededor del hotel. Buen desayuno.

Un buen hotel. Así nada más.Los recepcionistas tienen poca idea de como llegar a los lugares importantes y está en un lugar con muchas opciones de transporte!!! Además muy cerca de lugares históricos super interesantes y parecen no tener idea!!! Otras cosas que faltan : toallas de mano, más ganchos para ropa y almohadas extra, el desayuno muy bien pero si llegas tarde ya no hay muchas cosas. El último día me quedé con ganas de ese pescado y tan rico.... Y la sandía creo solo una vez me tocó. Escogimos una habitación con vista a la ciudad y era muy ruidosa, no tenemos problemas con eso pero para que se tome en cuenta si no te gusta el ruido. Ojo, te dan a escoger. Lo mejor es que el autobús directo al aeropuerto pasa en la esquina diagonal!!! Cómo digo, no cerca del centro pero de muy fácil acceso al transporte público!!!

Perfect hotel for a stay in Warsaw, has everything you need and more, breakfast is so tasty and is close to public transport stops and stations, highly recommend!
