Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

Hotel is fairly new, clean, and room was spacious. Very friendly staff. Hotel is next door to the club, aquatic and fitness centre which you can access for free by showing hotel room card. There is a Cafe & Chinese restaurant inside the club with fairly decent food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will come back to stay if we are travelling that area.

Wonderful stay, quiet, comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff and the hotel had the most wonderful smell throughout (something they add to the A/C I was advised)

Room was spacious. The fridge had not been emptied from previous occupant and was turned off so when we arrived opened fridge milk was sour and room smelt. Reported this to admin staff who cleaned fridge but smell remained in room. Went to dining area where we were not aware that chinese was separate so ordered at the takeaway area, we then discovered there was a dining area and requested if we could be seated in the dining area and our meal transferred to the restaurant to be served, to be wait staff yes ordered drinks given a table but then a takeaway waitress came and told us to leave the restaurant and sit outside to eat we said we were happy to adjust bill but this was not ok. Not very helpful or customer friendly. We ended us waiting for takeaway meal to be made and sat in the outdoor eating area to eat our meal. Did not return to chinese restaurant the next night during our stay ate elsewhere.

Free access to the extensive, upscale, massive gym next door was a huge bonus. And the 50m lap pool and kids swim area with a whirlpool. All restaurants and cafes at the adjacent club had fabulous food and entertainment. Everything you need all next to each other but also felt separate as they are different buildings allowing a chance to relax and escape. Rooms, hotel and staff absolutely cannot fault. Other activities like beaches and shopping etc very close by. Thanks Mingara.
