Our family of 4 spent 5 glorious days at Bellagio Sunset. Sybille was prompt in replying to our questions and concerns. She, her father and mother welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and savory tidbits. Their well-appointed, clean and spacious apartment was filled with old world charm. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with some appreciated essentials. There was also coffee, tea and sugar. The three bedrooms were large and comfortable as were the two bathrooms. The apartment is within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, shops and the ferry. As lovely as the inside of the apartment is, the show stopper is its magnificent terrace that provides a magical view of the lake and surroundings. With a bakery next store - we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning and took in the sunsets each evening. There is so much to see and do and each little town has its own charm and appeal. Get a day pass on the ferry and visit the nearby towns, making sure to see Villa Carlotta. Don’t miss the gardens at the Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio which provide a wonderful view of both sides of the lake. A few things to note - access to the apartment requires going up 15-20 steps. Also, to access the free parking space, you must enter a narrow gate, but Alberto was there to guide us in and out. We appreciated Sybille and her parents’ consummate hospitality and hope to return to Bellagio Sunset again soon!

This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. They were very helpful and the apartment was spacious with every amenity you would want while away on vacation. Plus, the bed was super comfortable! Would highly recommend this property!!!

This apartment in the center of Bellagio is a fantastic place to stay. The hosts (father and daughter Robert and Sybille) are extremely welcoming and helpful. They also left Prosecco and breakfast supplies. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, looking over the town, the lake and the mountains. The location is right in the center of town, at the top of the most iconic cobblestone stairway which runs from the waterfront up to the main commercial street. A great bakery is located right below the flat. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two large baths, and a large living/dining area with huge windows facing the lake plus the well equipped kitchen. And on-site parking with complete directions on how to arrive. Given the costs of Bellagio hotels and the ability to have so much space with a view, this flat is very reasonable priced for any group or family. We highly recommend Sybille’s place. It does require some steps to reach the apartment (which is all on one level), but it is hard to imagine any vaguely comparable space in Bellagio that doesn’t involve steps. Book this place for a magical stay in Bellagio!

Wow! What an absolutely incredible property! The location is amazing – on the prettiest, most photographed street in Bellagio, bustling and exciting. Everything is on your doorstep – restaurants, shops, bars, the ferries just at the bottom of the steps, etc. But the terrace faces the lake and is private and quiet, which makes this the perfect place to stay. It is such an amazing view.The property is extremely well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We were left plenty of water, dishwasher tablets, coffee, sugar, etc – even plenty of shower gel and shampoo! The owners were incredibly generous and helpful, keeping in good contact and greetings us to show us around and settle in. Above and beyond hosts – thank you so much! What a treat for our Mum’s special 70th birthday celebration.The property itself was immaculately clean, with very efficient aircon and comfortable beds. We visited many lovely restaurants, went on a trip to Varenna and to Villa Carlotta in Cadenabbia, which was beautiful. We even managed to find a couple of lovely spots to have a swim in Bellagio, which was a real treat. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

We had a lovely stay! Everything was decorated high end, very fresh and clean. The owner gave great directions for everything! How to get to the apartment, the process of parking and detailed steps on how to get into the apartment. I would highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a perfect spot to stay in Bellagio

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. I’ll start by saying that the location is unbelievable. On one side of the huge apartment is the most perfect, large and private balcony overlooking the lake and facing the sunset! It’s covered from the sun/rain and also has an open part if you’re looking to sunbathe. There’s couches and a big table and two lounge chairs. Beautiful flowers. On the other side of the apartment is another balcony overlooking the Main Street and steps that is literally the most photographed spot in bellagio. Great for people watching and your steps away from everything but also private and quiet! Parking was easy and only a few steps to get your bags in! Location was perfect but what made this place even more special were the beautiful host family. Sybille and her father Alberto showed such pride and care. Everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. There were amenities like shampoos and even hairsprays and perfumes in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed- including a delicious welcome bottle of wine and snacks! We had food for breakfast and everything needed to cook! They spent time with us giving us wonderful recommendations and when they found out my daughters loved music, even came back a few hours later to share a brochure for a local music festival. Check out day they remembered it was my daughter’s 6th birthday and were so kind to bring her a gift! We wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!!

My three sisters and I arrived at Bellagio’s Sunset to the warm welcome of Sybille and her Dad and Mom. This was the beginning of a most wonderful end to our vacation. Bellagio’s Sunset is perfect in every sense of the word. What a nice surprise to be find delicious snacks on the kitchen table, and a bottle of Prosecco. The refrigerator was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the center of Bellagio. The pastry/gelato shop on the corner was amazing. The views of Lake Como from the veranda were perfection. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone. Sybille and her parents made us feel like family. We will forever be thankful that we stumbled Bellagio’s Sunset. A huge thank you ❤️

Appartamento pulitissimo, funzionale e in pieno centro storico con piccolo balcone delizioso. Ho apprezzato molto il self check-in e la signora Francesca è stata sempre a disposizione tramite WhatsApp, sia per consigli sul nostro soggiorno, sia per alcune richieste a cui ha sempre risposto rapidamente in modo esaustivo. Inoltre abbiamo trovato una piacevolissima sorpresa inaspettata, ma molto gradita e devo dire che queste attenzioni fanno veramente la differenza.
Appartamento pulitissimo, funzionale e in pieno centro storico con piccolo balcone delizioso. Ho apprezzato molto il self check-in e la signora Francesca è stata sempre a disposizione tramite WhatsApp, sia per consigli sul nostro soggiorno, sia per alcune richieste a cui ha sempre risposto rapidamente in modo esaustivo. Inoltre abbiamo trovato una piacevolissima sorpresa inaspettata, ma molto gradita e devo dire che queste attenzioni fanno veramente la differenza.

We just returned from Bellagio---our stay at the Bellagio Luxury Suites Apartments was excellent! Very convenient location, excellent communication with the owners who provided every detail needed for a successful stay. The apartment was large, clean and in a perfect place to explore all of Bellagio! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Splendida struttura, nuovissima, molto luminosa e spaziosa, super pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort! Ottima comunicazione con Francesca e comodissimo il servizio di self check-in. First, we want to thank Sybille, her Father and Mother for allowing us to stay in this beautiful apartment. They are the most welcoming, kind family and we won't forget them. We were grateful for the wine, treats, coffee, etc. they had for us. The accommodations are outstanding. So clean and spacious with very large bedrooms. And that view from the terrace was something you won't forget! The huge terrace overlooking the lake and mountains was so spectacular. The location was perfect too. A step from the restaurants and shops but yet so private. And a special thank you to the family for meeting us at the ferry and transferring our luggage too. They also provided us with plenty of information and made our stay perfect. We cannot recommend this place enough and hope to be back again someday soon!!

Sybille and the Serena family were wonderful and gracious hosts, and gave us so much information about Bellagio and the lake area. They also let us know about some of the challenges in getting to Bellagio from Como. We naively thought that taxis and ferries would be easy to get any time, but it was tricky later in the day when ferries were sold out, buses were overflowing, and taxis were scarce. Once we did arrive, we were blown away by the property. The views and location are perfect and stunning. It was also one of the cleanest and most well kept we have ever stayed in. All 5 beds were comfortable, the appliances were in perfect condition, they provided a nice gift, and treated us like friends. I cannot recommend this place enough for your stay in Bellagio or the lake area. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in the Sunset Bellagio apartment. We were greeted with so much love from Sybille and her Dad, Alberto. The apartment is in a great location and the view was my favorite out of the places we visited in Italy!! We sat on the front deck and it was peaceful and quiet. There is also another deck that you can sit out and see the visitors strolling in the lively atmosphere. The apartment was very spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upon arrival, Sybille and Alberto had for us a bottle of champagne and yummy pizza snacks. The restaurants that Sybille suggested were all really good. We went to Bilicus, La Punta and Le Darasene. Our favorite activity was we rented a boat and drove around the lake. The lake was stunning!! I would highly recommend renting the beautiful Bellagio Sunset Apartment!!

We had an amazing stay in Bellagio. Location was Premium with an incredible view of Lake Como. Alberto and Sybille were so gracious and met us at the house. House was fantastic and so comfortable. Our family of 4 spent 5 glorious days at Bellagio Sunset. Sybille was prompt in replying to our questions and concerns. She, her father and mother welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and savory tidbits. Their well-appointed, clean and spacious apartment was filled with old world charm. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with some appreciated essentials. There was also coffee, tea and sugar. The three bedrooms were large and comfortable as were the two bathrooms. The apartment is within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, shops and the ferry. As lovely as the inside of the apartment is, the show stopper is its magnificent terrace that provides a magical view of the lake and surroundings. With a bakery next store - we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning and took in the sunsets each evening. There is so much to see and do and each little town has its own charm and appeal. Get a day pass on the ferry and visit the nearby towns, making sure to see Villa Carlotta. Don’t miss the gardens at the Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio which provide a wonderful view of both sides of the lake. A few things to note - access to the apartment requires going up 15-20 steps. Also, to access the free parking space, you must enter a narrow gate, but Alberto was there to guide us in and out. We appreciated Sybille and her parents’ consummate hospitality and hope to return to Bellagio Sunset again soon!

This property had everything we needed for our first visit to Bellagio. We were right in the middle of all the action, yet felt as though we had our own Hideaway. The hosts welcomed us with a snack, and a bottle of Prosecco, then proceeded to recommend restaurants and activities in the area. I could not have asked for more. The tall ceilings in this flat makes it seem very large, beautiful tile and wooden floors add to the warmth. The terrace overlooks the lake and is a wonderful place to relax in the shade or in the sun.

Beautiful, large, apartment located on in the middle and top of everything, yet a peace oasis. Hosts are excellent and property came nicely equipted with esentials, a couple of nice extras, and plenty of consumables. A view you will never forget. If you are coming to Lake Como, come to Bellagio and stay here!

Really large apartment ! Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious! Location was fantastic. Owner was very good at communicating and making the process so easy. They had the fridge stocked with some essentials which was nice when arriving in the evening. Highly recommend.

This apartment in the center of Bellagio is a fantastic place to stay. The hosts (father and daughter Robert and Sybille) are extremely welcoming and helpful. They also left Prosecco and breakfast supplies. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, looking over the town, the lake and the mountains. The location is right in the center of town, at the top of the most iconic cobblestone stairway which runs from the waterfront up to the main commercial street. A great bakery is located right below the flat. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two large baths, and a large living/dining area with huge windows facing the lake plus the well equipped kitchen. And on-site parking with complete directions on how to arrive. Given the costs of Bellagio hotels and the ability to have so much space with a view, this flat is very reasonable priced for any group or family. We highly recommend Sybille’s place. It does require some steps to reach the apartment (which is all on one level), but it is hard to imagine any vaguely comparable space in Bellagio that doesn’t involve steps. Book this place for a magical stay in Bellagio!

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. I’ll start by saying that the location is unbelievable. On one side of the huge apartment is the most perfect, large and private balcony overlooking the lake and facing the sunset! It’s covered from the sun/rain and also has an open part if you’re looking to sunbathe. There’s couches and a big table and two lounge chairs. Beautiful flowers. On the other side of the apartment is another balcony overlooking the Main Street and steps that is literally the most photographed spot in bellagio. Great for people watching and your steps away from everything but also private and quiet! Parking was easy and only a few steps to get your bags in! Location was perfect but what made this place even more special were the beautiful host family. Sybille and her father Alberto showed such pride and care. Everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. There were amenities like shampoos and even hairsprays and perfumes in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed- including a delicious welcome bottle of wine and snacks! We had food for breakfast and everything needed to cook! They spent time with us giving us wonderful recommendations and when they found out my daughters loved music, even came back a few hours later to share a brochure for a local music festival. Check out day they remembered it was my daughter’s 6th birthday and were so kind to bring her a gift! We wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!!

Leading up to the stay, Sybille was extremely efficient with all communications and requests. She helped us arrange transportation with a professional driver who provided an infant car seat, and was very friendly and kind to our baby. Sybille, Alberto, and Wilma were extremely welcoming upon arrival and they and made us feel at home right away with snacks and Prosecco. The location of the apartment is perfect, with the best of Bellagio at your doorstep. Our hosts went above and beyond to prepare us with all the essential baby supplies (a crib, toys, bath, soap, wipes, high chair, etc.). It was so thoughtful and helpful. They provided recommendations for the best restaurants, and sights around the Lake. The property was even grander than the photos, with beautiful high ceilings. The kitchen was the most functional and well stocked that we have ever experienced at a vacation rental. Staples for breakfast and cooking were provided with compliments, including more than enough to last us through the week. We were ‘wowed’ at their thoughtfulness with these touches. Both bathrooms had great water pressure and temperature. The huge, private terrace was incredible, with options of both shade/sun, and comfortable furniture for lounging, dining, and relaxing. We enjoyed coffee there every morning and ate most of our meals al fresco. We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality of the Serena family and we cannot recommend the property more highly. We hope to return.

Appartamento pulitissimo, funzionale e in pieno centro storico con piccolo balcone delizioso. Ho apprezzato molto il self check-in e la signora Francesca è stata sempre a disposizione tramite WhatsApp, sia per consigli sul nostro soggiorno, sia per alcune richieste a cui ha sempre risposto rapidamente in modo esaustivo. Inoltre abbiamo trovato una piacevolissima sorpresa inaspettata, ma molto gradita e devo dire che queste attenzioni fanno veramente la differenza.
Appartamento pulitissimo, funzionale e in pieno centro storico con piccolo balcone delizioso. This villa is in the perfect location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of Bellagio. There is very large terrace to relax and take in the views of lake como. The hosts are so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond and gave us plenty of suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities. Thank you so much for recommending villa melzi chapel for my son to propose to his girlfriend at. It was the most stunning backdrop for their engagement. A special thanks for the beautiful card and well wishes you gave them. I highly recommend this villa in Bellagio.

Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). In fact, based on this along, I would consider staying no place else during return trips to Bellagio. Just truly excellent service from start-to-finish. Beyond this, the apartment was really nice (spacious and comfortable and with good amenities). Lastly, the location is very good. Again, I would stay here again without even looking at other options.

Wow! What an absolutely incredible property! The location is amazing – on the prettiest, most photographed street in Bellagio, bustling and exciting. Everything is on your doorstep – restaurants, shops, bars, the ferries just at the bottom of the steps, etc. But the terrace faces the lake and is private and quiet, which makes this the perfect place to stay. It is such an amazing view.The property is extremely well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We were left plenty of water, dishwasher tablets, coffee, sugar, etc – even plenty of shower gel and shampoo! The owners were incredibly generous and helpful, keeping in good contact and greetings us to show us around and settle in. Above and beyond hosts – thank you so much! What a treat for our Mum’s special 70th birthday celebration.The property itself was immaculately clean, with very efficient aircon and comfortable beds. We visited many lovely restaurants, went on a trip to Varenna and to Villa Carlotta in Cadenabbia, which was beautiful. We even managed to find a couple of lovely spots to have a swim in Bellagio, which was a real treat. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

I couldn't ask for a better location in Bellagio!! However, be prepared for all the steps. We spent the majority of our time on the veranda admiring the beautiful views! The property managers/owners, Alberto and Sybille are wonderful people -- so gracious, helpful, and hospitable! We received a warm welcome which was very much appreciated. They met us at the ferry to take our luggage to the property and had prosecco and small bites waiting for us. They also provided coffee and stocked the fridge with OJ, milk, and water. What a nice and welcoming touch! In addition, the cabinet was stocked with condiments, spices, etc. The bathroom had extra soaps, shampoo, etc. for our use. We didn't want for anything. I have two suggestions to make this property FANTASTIC: 1. The mattresses are VERY uncomfortable -- not just in one room but all the rooms. We tried padding the mattresses with extra blankets but it didn't help. I like firm mattresses but these were hard and none of us slept well. 2. A television in the living room would have been nice. For those who didn't want to sit out on the veranda after sunset, gathering inside and watching a movie together would have been nice. I suggest you consider adding a SMART TV for guests to log into their streaming apps. Other than those minor criticisms, we have wonderful memories to take home from this property -- the sunset views will always be remembered.

The property managers/owners, Alberto and Sybille are wonderful people -- so gracious, helpful, and hospitable! We received a warm welcome which was very much appreciated. They met us at the ferry to take our luggage to the property and had prosecco and small bites waiting for us. They also provided coffee and stocked the fridge with OJ, milk, and water. What a nice and welcoming touch! In addition, the cabinet was stocked with condiments, spices, etc. The bathroom had extra soaps, shampoo, etc. for our use. We didn't want for anything. I have two suggestions to make this property FANTASTIC: 1. The mattresses are VERY uncomfortable -- not just in one room but all the rooms. We tried padding the mattresses with extra blankets but it didn't help. I like firm mattresses but these were hard and none of us slept well. 2. A television in the living room would have been nice. For those who didn't want to sit out on the veranda after sunset, gathering inside and watching a movie together would have been nice. I suggest you consider adding a SMART TV for guests to log into their streaming apps. Other than those minor criticisms, we have wonderful memories to take home from this property -- the sunset views will always be remembered.

We had an amazing stay in Bellagio. Location was Premium with an incredible view of Lake Como. Alberto and Sybille were so gracious and met us at the house. House was fantastic and so comfortable. Our family of 4 spent 5 glorious days at Bellagio Sunset. Sybille was prompt in replying to our questions and concerns. She, her father and mother welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and savory tidbits. Their well-appointed, clean and spacious apartment was filled with old world charm. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with some appreciated essentials. There was also coffee, tea and sugar. The three bedrooms were large and comfortable as were the two bathrooms. The apartment is within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, shops and the ferry. As lovely as the inside of the apartment is, the show stopper is its magnificent terrace that provides a magical view of the lake and surroundings. With a bakery next store - we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace each morning and took in the sunsets each evening. There is so much to see and do and each little town has its own charm and appeal. Get a day pass on the ferry and visit the nearby towns, making sure to see Villa Carlotta. Don’t miss the gardens at the Villa Serbelloni in Bellagio which provide a wonderful view of both sides of the lake. A few things to note - access to the apartment requires going up 15-20 steps. Also, to access the free parking space, you must enter a narrow gate, but Alberto was there to guide us in and out. We appreciated Sybille and her parents’ consummate hospitality and hope to return to Bellagio Sunset again soon!

This villa is in the perfect location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of Bellagio. There is very large terrace to relax and take in the views of lake como. The hosts are so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond and gave us plenty of suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities. Thank you so much for recommending villa melzi chapel for my son to propose to his girlfriend at. It was the most stunning backdrop for their engagement. This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. They were very helpful and the apartment was spacious with every amenity you would want while away on vacation. Plus, the bed was super comfortable! Would highly recommend this property!!!

This apartment in the center of Bellagio is a fantastic place to stay. The hosts (father and daughter Robert and Sybille) are extremely welcoming and helpful. They also left Prosecco and breakfast supplies. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, looking over the town, the lake and the mountains. The location is right in the center of town, at the top of the most iconic cobblestone stairway which runs from the waterfront up to the main commercial street. A great bakery is located right below the flat. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two large baths, and a large living/dining area with huge windows facing the lake plus the well equipped kitchen. And on-site parking with complete directions on how to arrive. Given the costs of Bellagio hotels and the ability to have so much space with a view, this flat is very reasonable priced for any group or family. We highly recommend Sybille’s place. It does require some steps to reach the apartment (which is all on one level), but it is hard to imagine any vaguely comparable space in Bellagio that doesn’t involve steps. Book this place for a magical stay in Bellagio!

Wow! What an absolutely incredible property! The location is amazing – on the prettiest, most photographed street in Bellagio, bustling and exciting. Everything is on your doorstep – restaurants, shops, bars, the ferries just at the bottom of the steps, etc. But the terrace faces the lake and is private and quiet, which makes this the perfect place to stay. It is such an amazing view.The property is extremely well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We were left plenty of water, dishwasher tablets, coffee, sugar, etc – even plenty of shower gel and shampoo! The owners were incredibly generous and helpful, keeping in good contact and greetings us to show us around and settle in. Above and beyond hosts – thank you so much! What a treat for our Mum’s special 70th birthday celebration.The property itself was immaculately clean, with very efficient aircon and comfortable beds. We visited many lovely restaurants, went on a trip to Varenna and to Villa Carlotta in Cadenabbia, which was beautiful. We even managed to find a couple of lovely spots to have a swim in Bellagio, which was a real treat. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. I’ll start by saying that the location is unbelievable. On one side of the huge apartment is the most perfect, large and private balcony overlooking the lake and facing the sunset! It’s covered from the sun/rain and also has an open part if you’re looking to sunbathe. There’s couches and a big table and two lounge chairs. Beautiful flowers. On the other side of the apartment is another balcony overlooking the Main Street and steps that is literally the most photographed spot in bellagio. Great for people watching and your steps away from everything but also private and quiet! Parking was easy and only a few steps to get your bags in! Location was perfect but what made this place even more special were the beautiful host family. Sybille and her father Alberto showed such pride and care. Everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. There were amenities like shampoos and even hairsprays and perfumes in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed- including a delicious welcome bottle of wine and snacks! We had food for breakfast and everything needed to cook! They spent time with us giving us wonderful recommendations and when they found out my daughters loved music, even came back a few hours later to share a brochure for a local music festival. Check out day they remembered it was my daughter’s 6th birthday and were so kind to bring her a gift! We wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!!

My three sisters and I arrived at Bellagio’s Sunset to the warm welcome of Sybille and her Dad and Mom. This was the beginning of a most wonderful end to our vacation. Bellagio’s Sunset is perfect in every sense of the word. What a nice surprise to be find delicious snacks on the kitchen table, and a bottle of Prosecco. The refrigerator was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the center of Bellagio. The pastry/gelato shop on the corner was amazing. The views of Lake Como from the veranda were perfection. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone. Sybille and her parents made us feel like family. We will forever be thankful that we stumbled Bellagio’s Sunset. A huge thank you ❤️

Incredible and everything the reviews say and MORE!!!! So beautiful we asked to extend one additional day and Alberto and family were gracious to do so! The home is comfortable, quiet, clean and in the most PERFECT location. The hosts were available with any of our questions and so kind! There truly is no better rental in all of Como…don’t spend money on a hotel when you can have it all in this home. Close to shopping, restaurants, boat excursions, bakery, wine shops, butcher and grocery…we enjoyed cooking in versus dinners out and the patio provided the most perfect setting to enjoy our meals. When our children someday choose to get married here in Como (this we hope!) we will be staying here again! Many thanks Alberto, Sybille, and Wilma for your gracious hospitality and warm love to our family! We won’t ever forget this trip!

Leading up to the stay, Sybille was extremely efficient with all communications and requests. She helped us arrange transportation with a professional driver who provided an infant car seat, and was very friendly and kind to our baby. Sybille, Alberto, and Wilma were extremely welcoming upon arrival and they and made us feel at home right away with snacks and Prosecco. The location of the apartment is perfect, with the best of Bellagio at your doorstep. Our hosts went above and beyond to prepare us with all the essential baby supplies (a crib, toys, bath, soap, wipes, high chair, etc.). It was so thoughtful and helpful. They provided recommendations for the best restaurants, and sights around the Lake. The property was even grander than the photos, with beautiful high ceilings. The kitchen was the most functional and well stocked that we have ever experienced at a vacation rental. Staples for breakfast and cooking were provided with compliments, including more than enough to last us through the week. We were ‘wowed’ at their thoughtfulness with these touches. Both bathrooms had great water pressure and temperature. The huge, private terrace was incredible, with options of both shade/sun, and comfortable furniture for lounging, dining, and relaxing. We enjoyed coffee there every morning and ate most of our meals al fresco. We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality of the Serena family and we cannot recommend the property more highly. We hope to return.

This property had everything we needed for our first visit to Bellagio. We were right in the middle of all the action, yet felt as though we had our own Hideaway. The hosts welcomed us with a snack, and a bottle of Prosecco, then proceeded to recommend restaurants and activities in the area. I could not have asked for more. The tall ceilings in this flat makes it seem very large, beautiful tile and wooden floors add to the warmth. The terrace overlooks the lake and is a wonderful place to relax in the shade or in the sun.

What a treat for our Mum’s special 70th birthday celebration.The property itself was immaculately clean, with very efficient aircon and comfortable beds. We visited many lovely restaurants, went on a trip to Varenna and to Villa Carlotta in Cadenabbia, which was beautiful. We even managed to find a couple of lovely spots to have a swim in Bellagio, which was a real treat. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. I’ll start by saying that the location is unbelievable. On one side of the huge apartment is the most perfect, large and private balcony overlooking the lake and facing the sunset! It’s covered from the sun/rain and also has an open part if you’re looking to sunbathe. There’s couches and a big table and two lounge chairs. Beautiful flowers. On the other side of the apartment is another balcony overlooking the Main Street and steps that is literally the most photographed spot in bellagio. Great for people watching and your steps away from everything but also private and quiet! Parking was easy and only a few steps to get your bags in! Location was perfect but what made this place even more special were the beautiful host family. Sybille and her father Alberto showed such pride and care. Everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. There were amenities like shampoos and even hairsprays and perfumes in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed- including a delicious welcome bottle of wine and snacks! We had food for breakfast and everything needed to cook! They spent time with us giving us wonderful recommendations and when they found out my daughters loved music, even came back a few hours later to share a brochure for a local music festival. Check out day they remembered it was my daughter’s 6th birthday and were so kind to bring her a gift! We wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!!

Alberto and sybille are fantastic hosts that make you feel like part of the family. The apartment is in the center of Bellagio with a view of lake como that seems out of a postcard. Wow! What an absolutely incredible property! The location is amazing – on the prettiest, most photographed street in Bellagio, bustling and exciting. Everything is on your doorstep – restaurants, shops, bars, the ferries just at the bottom of the steps, etc. But the terrace faces the lake and is private and quiet, which makes this the perfect place to stay. It is such an amazing view.The property is extremely well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed and more. This villa is in the perfect location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of Bellagio. There is very large terrace to relax and take in the views of lake como. The hosts are so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond and gave us plenty of suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities. Thank you so much for recommending villa melzi chapel for my son to propose to his girlfriend at. It was the most stunning backdrop for their engagement. A special thanks for the beautiful card and well wishes you gave them. I highly recommend this villa in Bellagio.
