The air conditioning was broken during our entire stay -- so it was hot. It was also very loud because we were above the courtyard, even more so because we had to keep the windows open. ACs sometimes break, yes, but we saw this as an extension of generally poor upkeep and reluctance to spend money on improvements. For example, when I opened the window for air, the curtain rod fell off the wall and hit me in the head because it wasn't securely attached, just balanced in place. The faucet was loose, the light fixtures were unstable, etc. Would strongly recommend staying elsewhere. However, the staff were really nice and the location was terrific.

À l’arrivée : pas de clim… justifiée par un changement de proprio et le vendeur ne l’avait oas réparée !! Super par un jour de pic canicule st la France … de plus une affiche travaux en cours désolé pour le désagrément!! C’est le comble … Résultat: pas fermé l’œil de la nuit environ 30 degrés dans la 208 …

Easy access to public transport from hotel. During our 4night stay they told AC is not working & we’re free to cancel the booking at check-in. We travelled long hours and couldn’t bothered to book another at that moment. They’ve provided a fan which was handy but it’s a shame we booked for AC & it was not working. Since room is bit smaller than you expect , good for only 1 person.

The hotel was under renovation so there was no air conditioning working but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Good neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel.

You said it would have AC. It did not. The AC machine was fixed at 30 degrees although I was told it was broken. There was a hooker on the floor below and a very noisy couple in the room next door. No lift.

Stayed 3 nights gor family trip. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was in 1 minute walk from metro which brought you to tourist areas. It was unfortunate timing that we chose to stay as the hotel was going through renovations, which was a slight inconvenience.

Worst hotel ever. Please avoid this hotel, don't get fooled by the pictures. The aircondition is not working, it's 35 degrees in the room and all they offer is a fan standing on the floor - THE worst fan ever. Doesn't have any effect at all! The staff is not helpful, they're arrogant and not willing to make it a pleasant stay for you. The elevator is working half of the time, the room is super tiny so don't get your hopes up if you have more than 1 luggage and loooking for enough space. The sheets and bathroom is dirty, the sink was clogged and was never fixed. Hated the hotel.

Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che c’erano dei lavori di ristrutturazione in corso e quindi non funzionava l’aria condizionata. Ci hanno detto che avremmo potuto disdire senza nessuna penale: ma alle 16.00 del giorno di arrivo voleva dire perdere intera giornata. Siamo quindi rimasti, ci hanno dato un ventilatore e per scusarsi ci hanno offerto le colazioni (3) per tutti e 5 i giorni. Sono stati quindi gentili. Penso però che sarebbe stato più corretto avvisarci prima della partenza dall’Italia: in quel caso avremmo sì potuto cercare un altro allloggio. Per il resto la camera era comoda: aveva 2 bagni, uno con wc e lavamani, l’altro con doccia e doppio lavandino. Un po’ buia forse. Aggiungerei una presa dal comodino. La posizione un po’ distante dal centro ma vicinissima alla metropolitana.

Extremely small room, bathroom drains all clogged, both sink and shower drains, almost flooded the entire room after a shower. The receptionist only gave us an extra towel for us to dry the floor ourselves. No power outlet in the bathroom for hair dryer or to use any electric device. Very noisy, we could hear steps from outside and above our room. The hotel seems quite old and the floors are squishy.

A pleasant little hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. It is very close to the Metro station and the street has several cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and in good condition.

I was disappointed when arriving in our room. Most of the pictures in this listing are from higher rate rooms so it wasn't very clear what we were getting. The size was fine - we stayed at 4 hotels on our trip between London and Paris. I did not want to shower in here - the shower head was dirty and there was mold on the grout. The ceiling above the shower was also moldy and dirty. The toilet seat wasn't screwed in and kept slipping. The safe didn't work, the window was new. The bed and linens were comfortable. there was a crack in the mirror in the wardrobe which was fine but there. They were very understanding when I told them and assured me I wouldn't be charged. The noise was terrible. I expected noise based on many reviews of European hotels but this was terrible. It repeatedly sounded like someone was trying to enter our room when entering the next room and the slam was so loud it startled us awake multiple times. They did not have cards to enter the rooms but keys so it especially sounded like someone was coming in the room when it was next door. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't stay here again. decent access to metro but it seems everywhere in Paris is and good markets avaialable

Die Zimmer sind in einem schrecklichen Zustand durchbrausen Halterung hängt von der Wand ab weil die Schraube nicht mehr vorhanden ist Wasser im Dusch und Waschbecken läuft nicht ab ist verstopft Schimmel an der Decke auf Toilette sehr dreckig ist das Zimmer und megaa klein. Die Wände sind extrem dünn man hört wen jemand im neben Zimmer hustet. Keine Zimmer Beleuchtung vorhanden nur Nacht Lampe. Die Matratze ist unglaublich schlecht waren 3 Tage dort und haben Rückenschmerzen bekommen man geht völlig in die Matratze ein. Nichts empfehlenswert das einzig positive war die Nähe zur U-Bahn knapp 100 Meter und das Personal war freundlich das war’s aber auch schon

Don’t book here the rooms don’t look like the pictures there was black mould on the ceiling and all over the bathroom there was infest of ants unplugged sockets hanging out of their holes the flooring was lifted and come away. There was mould grown on the walls as well.

Hotel building was charming. There was stinky mold in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was ok, though the vegan products were missing (oat milk, oat gurt). Breakfast tables were cleaned quite slowly so we had to clean the tables before sitting down. After all ok, but unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel to our friends.

A notre arrivée nous constatons qu'il y a du sang dans le lit et quand je vais le mentionner à la reception on me donne des draps et je dois faire mon lit ... En changeant le draps je découvre des cheveux qui ne sont pas les miens. Toit de la douche pourris. Situation très bien

Séjour effectué dans une suite junior. L’hôtel est très bien situé il est tout proche du métro ! Concernant la suite, l’état général était correct cependant certaines choses seraient à revoir comme la porte coulissante des toilettes qui ne se ferment pas.. ou encore la difficulté à boucher la baignoire sans que l’eau ne se vide.. mais aussi la prise à droite du lit qui ne fonctionnait pas. Hormis cela, la chambre est vraiment spacieuse, la baignoire peut même s’allumer et est assez grande et le lit confortable !

Good location, close to metro station. Room was extremely small, couldn’t sit straight on toilet without hitting the wall but acceptable for a short break and convenient for accessing tourist sites

Hotel was really nice and clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Close to a metro station and lots of restaurants. I felt safe in the neighbourhood as a young female walking around alone. My only complaint was the noise level. The doors were heavy and the walls are thin. Every time someone opened their door I would hear it slam shut.

Room was smaller than expected based on photos. Avg size for European hotel.

Imagine coming to a new country expecting a warm welcome and being treated like beggars. This is how we were treated. We checked in the night and our room and found it to be ice cold,we were not informed at the time of check in that the heating was not working. We reached out to the front desk, more desperatey because I was down with fever and suffer from asthma.We were not given a new room or a portable heater and had to sleep in the cold room. When we spoke to the manager in the morning to escalate this he said he will try to get it fixed today but we asked why were we not informed about this before checking. I had to take my inhalers multiple times in the night to which he replies well that is not my problem. I told him that we were not expecting this after spending so much as it felt like sleeping out in the road and he said well than you should go and sleep on the road. I have never faced something like this before and my whole trip was unpleasant because of this one guy. The Property Manager who comes in the morning is AN ABSOLUTE INHUMANE BEING. The security people were being nice. The property in itself is average but close to necessities.

Good welcome at reception,all staff friendly and helpful. Room small but suited our needs perfectly, Room was clean and comfortable bed. Close to public transport metro/ bus etc. Very good choice for breakfast and staff again very helpful. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Sehr nettes und sauberes Hotel, ideal um Paris zu zweit zu erleben da die Metrostation nur 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist und es in der Straße mehrere für Paris preiswerte und sehr leckere Restaurants gibt. Der Supermarkt ist auch nur 300m entfernt. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert 😃

Lovely staff and very helpful. Clean and everyday they make your bed and give you fresh towels. When you leave to go out they take your key so no responsibility for looking after your key! Room way lovely for 4 night stay. 2 minute walk from metro and very easy to get food and snacks. They offer breakfast and have out door seating area. Security really good as doors lock so have to buzz the bell to get in which is a great idea so no one can randomly come in. Over all lovely stay and would definitely come back!

Rapport qualité prix médiocre . Le personnel n’est pas organisé et ne semble pas en accord. Beaucoup de discordes. Les photos ne sont pas fidèles aux lieux. Tout est étriqué et plutôt vieillot. L’isolation est horrible, j’ai entendu tous les ébats d’un couple entre 1h et 3h du matin. Cela dit , cet hôtel est idéalement bien situé, ce qui a rendu mon séjour particulièrement pratique, pédestre, à proximité de tout . Il y a un vrai potentiel à exploiter.

Hotel nel cuore di Montparnasse a due passi dalla metro di Pernety, super collega in 15/20 minuti riuscivamo a raggiungere ogni punto di Parigi. Il quartiere è bellissimo pieno di locali e alla Torre con osservatorio e ristorante al 56esimo piano. Camera un po' piccola ma molto accogliente, migliorerei solo il bagno troppo piccolo. In generale struttura consigliata, personale gentile e disponibile.

Easy to access the Metro, close to Montparnesse train station which were two of my must-haves. Friendly staff, breakfast each morning was convenient before I ventured out. My room was a bit noisy but that was more a product of facing the street. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe, comfortable.

Clean rooms with upgraded bathrooms. A good shower and hot water. Very conveniently located to the "Pernety" Metro station (line 13) and the Montparnasse railway station. Look, I can't speak to other travellers' experiences but this hotel was really good. A friendly staff, a good breakfast service and a mostly comfortable room. My only issue was that the bathroom is rather small and the shower was a little cramped. A good place to stay if not a little far from the main Paris attractions.

L'état du pommeau de douche reste à désirer ainsi que l'état de certaines prises. Et enfin un petit-déjeuner franchement basique pour le prix.

We liked that the metro station was around the corner and that the reception is open 24/7. The hotel was not that good as we thought. The water was liking, the pippes were in bad shape, room was quite clean, but pretty worn out. We missed the fruit at breakfast.

Hotel building was charming. There was stinky mold in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was ok, though the vegan products were missing (oat milk, oat gurt). Breakfast tables were cleaned quite slowly so we had to clean the tables before sitting down. After all ok, but unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel to our friends.

This is a small and cozy hotel in a small street with shops and cafes. Very nice and close to the metro station Pernety. We were travelling two adults and two children and had two rooms. Positive: + Small and cozy with a small atelier for eating. Very nice atmosphere. + Nice staff. + Aircon. + TV. + Refrigerator. Negative: - Rooms are a bit smaller than depicted in the sales ad. But overall, they compare fine wih the price (i.e. value for money ratio). - Queen size beds are a bit narrow for two adults. - The breakfast is not worth the money. Your money is better spent going to a small café instead. - The hotel is undergoing facade renovation, which means it is packed in scaffold. This has nothing to do with our impression of the hotel, as it is only a temporary thing, but it did mean that workers were working throughout the day, which was a bit noisy if you were in your room. I was told at check-in that breakfast was included, but at check-out (4 nights) I received a bill for more than €100, which I had to pay. I don´t believe that is fair.
