Claimed to have parking on site, we arrive - only have like 2 parking spots and they are reserved. First room they give us does not have AC. Terrible neighborhood - felt very unsafe As we were checking out, the lobby let in a man into the lobby, and he attempted to steal my purse from my 87 year old father. Concierge and staff watched as this happened IN THE LOBBY!!! And didn't do anything. Didn't offer to help my father, didn't call the police, just watched. Awful service - made us never want to even go to Paris again

Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing some renovation, so one of the lifts was out of action and also the air conditioning. As it was about 28° when we stayed it did mean the room was extremely hot. Although a fan was brought in to the room on our last night. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is situated on a bit of a downmarket side street, but in a great area. I would stay here again

Ótima localização, excelente estacionamento em frente ao hotel e bom custo x benefício. Um único senão: apesar do forte calor, o ar refrigerado não funcionava, pois o hotel estava em obras e não fomos previamente informados.

Kjempe bra hotell med gode rom størrelser. Eneste som var noe negativt var størrelsen på heisen 😊. Gode shopping muligheter og nærliggende attraksjoner.

My second stay at Hotel Mondial. Please note. The hotel is currently being renovated (May 2025). Therefore there is building work noise during the day, including Saturday. Unfortunately I was not assigned a newly renovated room so I am unable to comment on the new rooms. My room was fine, although very tired. Fortunately I booked early and secured a good price. The bed was extremely comfortable, less so the pillows. But I am a very fussy pillow user! The bathroom was small and the toilet was temperamental. There is a kettle, which was welcome, with top up drinks in the foyer, and bottles of water in the fridge. The breakfast is buffet style and plenty of simple choices to fill you up. The biggest negative for me was that the room was at the front of the hotel and therefore was very noisy with nighttime revellers passing by until the early hours. The previous room was at the back of the hotel and extremely quiet. The local area is buzzing and busy. Plenty of bars and restaurants. Metro stations close by and in a great area for exploring. I would stay again but I would insist on a room away from the main entrance.

Excelente desayuno, personal amable, pero el hotel se encontraba en construcción una parte y estaban empolvados los pasillos. Se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de la construcción.

The rooms was fine. The drilling and hammering at 8.30am was not.

Excellent and friendly staff, they even have free Madeline and croissants by the reception desk.

The hotel was fine and the service was good however the hotel was under construction right outside our room with workers looking pretty much through our window during the day, outside the window it was full of building materials, and all we heard in the morning was construction. It was very hot and the ac didn’t work when I asked about it the reception said it would not be able to turn on and that we would need to open the windows however we were unable to due to the fact there was a construction site outside our window.

Hotellet befinner sig under ombyggnad vilket har pågått även vid våra senaste vistelser här. Denna gång i augusti under värmebölja fungerade inte AC:n någonstans. Bara en hiss igång vilket ibland ledde till långa väntetider (upp till 5 minuter) i synnerhet när städpersonalen transporterade sig , tvätt och material mellan våningarna.

Nossa quarto era no andar da recepção devido a isso era muito barulho, pessoas falando e barulhos de pratos. No banheiro não tinha box, toda vez que tomávamos banho molhava o banheiro todo, no teto do quarto tinha teia de aranha e o quarto possuiu um cheiro desagradável como se tivesse muito tempo fechado. Tomei um café e a xícara suja ficou por dois dias sem lavar.

Carpets in hallways and hotel room were filthy. Bathroom extremely small. No soap. Products left in shower from previous guest. Mold in shower. Showerhead loose.

L'hôtel est bien situé près du boulevard Haussmann idéal pour une visite de Paris à pied En ce qui concerne la chambre 305 elle est silencieuse et suffisamment spacieuse avec un grand lit. cependant il y a un point négatif la très petite salle de bain qui nécessite un grand nettoyage au niveau de la douche moisissures et autres sur les carreaux de faïence dommage ....... J'ai une impression que lorsqu'on réserve une chambre sur hôtels.com, on nous octroie une chambre de qualité inférieure différentes que celle qui apparaissent sur le site de l'hôtel......

Overall an acceptable hotel but some of the decoration is tired, could do with deep cleaniing. Daily cleaning was good by the staff. The breakfast items were very good, almost 'Full English' as opposed to continental. Could do with a new Toaster, one where the handle to push the bread down doesn't keep falling off!!! If visiting Paris again, I would use this hotel once more. Very close to a Metro Station which is always a bonus!

A parte la posizione, non ritengo di raccomandare questa struttura a nessuno. L' ho trovata in pessime condizioni strutturali e pure molto sporca. La camera che inizialmente mi è stata assegnata si presentava con pareti con intonaco sollevato e con evidenti infiltrazioni di acqua che scendevano dal soffitto. La moquette fatiscente presentava macchie di colore rosso un po dappertutto. In una parola "imbarazzante". Dopo aver fatto le mie lamentele mi è stata cambiata la stanza anche perchè non avrei dormito lì con l'acqua che mi gocciolava sul letto. Non mi era mai capitata un esperienza così. Evitatevela.

the potion is perfect, you can easily reach the metro and there are plenty of options to explore many places to eat and drink. The breakfast was complete and very enjoyable. The bathroom was tiny, not properly clean.

The reception and restaurant areas were spotless. The staircase and halls were very grubby and tired. The room was the largest I have ever stayed in, in Paris. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A great location. I will absolutely stay here again.

Climatiseur en panne. Demande de changement de chambre, la reponse a l accueil a ete "il est précisé que nous ne sommes pas responsables de la chaleur certaine chambres ne sont pas rénovées"... ok j irai voir ailleurs a les prochains séjours. Sans compter les traces de moisissures dans la sdb. Un hôtel qui vit de sa position a paris et qui ne fait pas dans le suivi.

Rummet var dammigt. Mattan dammsögs dagligen men i övrigt städades inte själva sovdelen.Vi hade tre bäddar och en var soffan som hade ett lager damm längs hela övre kanten. Hade nog inte dammsugits på ett år. Ac:n läckte vatten på tv:n. Låset på dörren krånglade och gick till sist sönder. Den heltäckande mattan luktade konstigt. Bra läge nära affärer, restauranger men inte några ljud från gatan, däremot från andra gäster.

Stayed 3 nights in a triple room(106), unfortunately for us the air conditioning didn’t work, a room at the front of hotel, windows open due to hot days, the noise from outside all night kept use awake, tv remote didn’t work, sink kept blocking up, mould around bath, probably due to no extractor fan in bathroom, don’t have a shave after showering. Stayed here on our first visit to Paris, 4 years ago and can’t believe how the hotel has gone, it’s a shame. Advise the lady at the desk, hopefully the management sort it out for the next guests.

Hotellet ganska okej men det saknades inriktning på hållbarhet och miljötänk. Det var också märkligt att ge ett rum till två ganska långa personer (180, 189 cm) där vi inte kunde stå raka i rummet, utan fick röra oss sakta med böjda ryggar för att inte slå i huvudet i tak och bjälkar.

Quarto com bom espaço, porém banheiro um pouco apertado, embora o espaço do banho seja muito bom. Cama de solteiro do quarto triplo é na verdade um sofá cama, logo não é a mais confortável. Café da manhã completo, com várias opções e bom atendimento no geral. Localização um pouco confusa no começo, já que o hotel se encontra dentro de uma "vila" de hotéis. No geral, o hotel atende bem as necessidades.

Wi-Fi fungerade inte alls. Vi bodde på våning 6. Det tog lång tid innan varmvattnet kom, ca 5 min. Överlag märktes det att hotellet är under renovering, rummet var inte fräscht. Mattan var väldigt ofräsch. Frukosten var iallafall bra, mycket att välja emellan.

Chambre incroyablement spatieuse pour le prix, renovée tres récemment, assez calme malgré le passage dans la rue Un leger bémol toutefois le wifi et la connection aux réseaux téléphoniques sont médriocre malgré la multitude d'opérateur téléphonique (free, sfr et orange)

全体的にホテルが暗く感じる。陽も入る部屋でもないし、ライトも暗いしインテリアもダークな色調なので、ずーと暗い。それでなくても時差ぼけでボーとしがちなのでせめて部屋を明るくできるライトなどが欲しかったですね。

The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and eateries for different price range. Only 5 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station Grand Boulevards. The room that we were in had been renovated.

Na realidade ficamos do dia 27/11 a 03/12, tínhamos 2 reservas. Para ser bem justo, vamos aos pontos fortes e fracos. Pontos fortes, a localização e o atendimento do pessoal que cuida do café da manhã (cozinheiras) e pessoal da zeladoria e para por aí, só isso! Fragilidades: Atendimento muito ruim do pessoal da recepção (falta cordialidade e muito!). O rapaz que fica no período da manhã se acha dono do hotel, um cínico! Sarcasmo e pouca ou nenhuma disposição para resolver seu problema. O quarto (ficamos em 3 pessoas, sendo eu, esposa e filha) era um pouco apertado. Banheiro deu pro gasto. Logo de cara notamos que o controle remoto da TV não funcionava, tentamos resolver com eles, mas notamos muita falta de vontade. Não ofereceram outro controle e muito menos outro quarto. Conseguimos por conta própria (tentativa e erro) que o controle funcionasse parcialmente quando ligado na energia. Tínhamos 2 reservas distintas, com datas emendadas, isso também foi um problema porque eles não encontravam no sistema a outra reserva e mesmo apresentando documento comprovando deu uma certa dor cabeça. O hotel fica em uma viela, que, apesar de bem localizada na cidade, precisa de atenção quanto aos transeuntes do local. Já li relatos de furtos de bagagens dos clientes na recepção, mas quanto a isso não tivemos problemas, evitamos deixar a bagagem sem supervisão. No geral não vale o valor que cobram. Já ficamos em hotéis de mesmo valor e boa localização por este preço. Esse não compensa!

The location is excellent!! Close on foot to everything! The lobby was cool and festive and service was great!! We had a problem with our shower not draining the first morning, we let the front desk know and they were quick to move us to another room with no further issues!! When I go back to Paris, I will definitely stay here again!!

We had a great experience with this hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. Helpful with restaurant recommendations and calling taxis. Its close to the Metro and shopping. Nice breakfast.

The hotel was very conveniently located at the metro station with many eateries and shops. Clean lobby and room. Have stayed here for the third time and will choose this stop again when travelling to Paris. The staff are helpful.

Très grande déception pour notre séjour de 2 nuits. Accueil déplorable, chambre lamentable ne correspondant en rien aux photos du site. Fenêtre donnant sur un mur gris obligeant à avoir de la lumière même si le temps est ensoleillé car le jour ne peut absolument pas rentré. Aucune touche de déco agréable pouvant apporter un peu de fantaisie à cette chambre très morne. La salle de bain adaptée aux personnes à mobilité reduite est aussi triste , complètement différente des photos apparaissant sur le site de l'hôtel. Point positif le petit déjeuner et les personnes qui s'en occupent qui sont très agréables.

Sweet, and helpful staff at the hotel! Nice, clean and quiet rom. Very nice and new bathroom. Beds and bedsheets nice. Air conditioner worked ok. The refrigerator was not working. They tried to fix’s it - but without luck.. We walked around in the city and only used the hop one and off bus one day. Perfekt location if you want to live in the middle of Paris-life.

Ho prenotato una tripla. Sono arrivata alle 10:00 presso la struttura, ovviamente ci viene detto che la stanza non era ancora pronta. Decidiamo di lasciare i nostri bagagli nello storage e torniamo la sera alle 20:30 per il check-in. Una volta entrati in stanza la troviamo in condizioni indecenti, non pulita, ciabatte lasciate a terra dei precedenti ospiti, spazzatura non svuotata, asciugamani sporchi lasciati in bagno e capelli dovunque. Andiamo a segnalare la cosa alla reception, dove il gentile night auditor si è scusato dell’inconveniente e, non avendo altre stanze da darci, ci manda in una nuova struttura a più di 1 km di distanza. Ci chiama un taxi che aspettiamo per più di 20 minuti. Tra una cosa e l’altra arriviamo nel nuovo albergo alle 22:15, il quale si trovava in una zona scomoda e pericolosa. A MAI PIÙ!

First I book my room I didn’t get it. They say air condition not Work then they give me the first floor room behind the desk and they say we will you give tomorrow. but they never give us a we’re asking for iron frist day we get and next day I ask and they say we have only one iron for the whole hotel so we didn’t get I am asking every day they say someone take it I am very upset For wholeweek. This is a big business. Why not iron for each room this is terrible I am not satisfied.

Ubicación excelente en el centro de Paris

The hotel was acceptable. Nice lobby and reception. Rooms, hallways and carpets all very tired. Street and surrounds quite dirty and felt unsafe.

Initially we chose the hotel because of the price, we discovered that the hotel is located right next to a metro station and a major transportation artery, and most importantly - we were very surprised to find that the hotel is in a happy and lively area, full of restaurants and bars, very charming.

Otima estadia, quarto limpo,impecável. Cafe da manhã, excelente com muita variedade de pães, queijos, geleia. Otima localização, perto de varios restaurantes. Regiao plana, da pra ir a pe a vários pontos turísticos. Adorei a estadia.

Really good hotel, nice clean rooms and room service. In a great location too next to bus stops, metros and shops. Just need a range of more breakfast options.

Chambre supérieure très confortable, propre et soignée. Petit déjeuner très bien.
