When I arrived it was difficult to find the office but as a non Korean speaking woman, I had plenty of help from the other holiday makers. It was a very comfortable stay. The rooms are brand new and the technology is outstanding. Twenty five minute walk to the markets and very close to public transport. Very clean.

The accommodation by and large is excellent, modern. But, the first night the washing machine flooded the bathroom and though I sent multiple emails and went to the office (nobody was there), they did not help or fix the washing machine. I booked this property to have this amenity, and they ignored my requests for help. Zero communication even though I stayed for four nights.

바다전망 스위트룸이었는데 부분전망 정도이고 사진에 비해 별로였어요. 무엇보다 샤워수압도 약하고 물 수압 약합니다. 뜨거운 물 나올때까지 한참 기다려야 했습니다.

This is a like a little home in Busan. Huge fridge, a/c works perfectly, microwave, double glass door to shield from city noise, amazing ocean view rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer and clean for less than $100 USD in the best location in Busan. It’s not a huge space but you don’t need more than the private bathroom and a balcony to sit and contemplate 🙌

The space was super clean. The check in is a little unconventional as the 'hotel' is actually just part of a bigger building and the reception is just an office on the 3rd floor. There is a huge convenience store with an assortment of food and drink including alcohol on floor 1 which was super awesome. The view is spectacular but be aware the closest bus stop is a ten minute walk away from the hotel and the restaurants are a bit limited, especially before noon.

La vue. Très belle vue. Proximité avec plusieurs attractions. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les draps étaient sales et n’avaient pas été changés. Nous avons du demander en urgence un changement de draps. Le sol était sale et pas nettoyé.

Advertised as Ocean view but was not. All the depicted pictures were of a beautiful ocean view. Got a side view of the Cable Car Building. Contacted hotel staff. At first spoke fluent English until they realized it was a complaint, then it was, "Don't understand English". On an email response they stated that the description stated that you may not get the ocean view. That was a lie. No where in the description or anywhere on their page does it state anything like that.

Stayed in the one-bedroom suite at Elmomento Songdo — absolutely loved it. The oceanfront view was breathtaking, with Songdo Sky Park right outside the window. Just a 10-minute taxi ride to Jagalchi Market, BIFF Square, and Gukje Market. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. An amazing stay all around!

The Songdo beach area was more lively than expected. We were there during the Busan Mackerel festival and it was a sight to behold! The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only downsides were: 1. No toaster provided 2. Given a low floor unit so the view was disappointing and not what was shown in the pictures. 3. Communication with the provider was terrible. We wanted to know if we could store our luggage somewhere after checkout, I messaged them through Expedia, and it was total radio silence.

Great property with amazing views. There are really good food and coffee options within a few minutes of walking. The check-in process is not great. After booking you should receive an automated message letting you know you will receive your room number and code 5 minutes prior to check-in. They should provide bath size towels free! I saw many foreign visitors staying there, we don’t typically use hand towels to dry after shower or bath. When I asked for it, they charged for each bath towel! Hope they would improve the service.

We were given inferior rooms which did book. When I questioned them they advised all rooms were booked out. So I showed them my booking and said if this not the same rooms I would like a refund, magically new rooms became available. The apartments are run by different groups of people… I would recommend you book with the December Stays are there more professional. The Sparta are all in the same building.

Gorgeous apartment. Good location. Beach, walks, cafes, restaurants. Short walk to buses that connect with underground. Loved it! Just need to mention the name of the building in directions Sky Ocean Residence otherwise the taxi driver won’t be able to find it.

Stayed in the one-bedroom suite at Elmomento Songdo — absolutely loved it. The oceanfront view was breathtaking, with Songdo Sky Park right outside the window. Just a 10-minute taxi ride to Jagalchi Market, BIFF Square, and Gukje Market. Clean, spacious, and relaxing. An amazing stay all around!

The space was super clean. The check in is a little unconventional as the 'hotel' is actually just part of a bigger building and the reception is just an office on the 3rd floor. There is a huge convenience store with an assortment of food and drink including alcohol on floor 1 which was super awesome. The view is spectacular but be aware the closest bus stop is a ten minute walk away from the hotel and the restaurants are a bit limited, especially before noon.

Great property with amazing views. There are really good food and coffee options within a few minutes of walking. The check-in process is not great. After booking you should receive an automated message letting you know you will receive your room number and code 5 minutes prior to check-in. I think the room could also use an information book for the different appliances/lights/ac

The Songdo beach area was more lively than expected. We were there during the Busan Mackerel festival and it was a sight to behold! The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Only downsides were: 1. No toaster provided 2. Given a low floor unit so the view was disappointing and not what was shown in the pictures. 3. Communication with the provider was terrible. We wanted to know if we could store our luggage somewhere after checkout, I messaged them through Expedia, and it was total radio silence.

広さ清潔さ便利さ…思っていた通りで、非常に満足！近くに美味しい店もあり、海水浴も出来充分楽しめました。洗濯機や照明の操作が、全く分からず日本語での説明書が欲しかった。チェックインデスクの方が日本語堪能で助かりました。是非リピートします✌

체크인 전에 숙소에 전화해서 직원과 통화했고 친절히 응대해주셨습니다. 카톡으로 메세지를 보내서 주차장 입구 위치를 문의하니 사진으로 자세히 알려주셨습니다. 오션뷰 넘 좋았구요, 침대도 편했습니다. 주방에는 필요한 모든 게 있었고 세탁ㆍ건조기도 있어 잘 썼습니다. 1층에 편의점도 있고 주변에 식당도 많았어요

La vue. Très belle vue. Proximité avec plusieurs attractions. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les draps étaient sales et n’avaient pas été changés. Nous avons du demander en urgence un changement de draps. Le sol était sale et pas nettoyé.

Loved our stay in this place and would highly recommend it. Staff are accomodating and helpful. Communication was great and prompt in responding to all my enquiries. Clean room and it has everything that we needed. The location and place itself is perfect for me. There are lots of restaurants in the area and is adjacent to Songdo cable car. Uber Taxi was our main mode of transport and find it easy and most convenient. I prefer to come to a place where I could unwind after a busy and hectic day. The ocean view from our hotel room gave us just that-relaxed and comfortable peaceful 7nights stay.

Large accommodations with great view of Songdo Beach and Cable Cars. Separate bedroom and large balcony assessable from bedroom and living area. Full kitchen and combo washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean. The check-in process was a little frustrating as we did not recieve the codes untill 30 minutes before check-in. As it was described as self-checkin it worried us as we were not sure if we could ever checkin on time. It would have been better if the message sent the day before mentions that it can be send till half an hour before the earliest check-in time.
