ibis Paris Bercy Village

It was good, but parking was a royal pain for anyone with a van (no hotel parking with adequate clearance). Also, the ad is very misleading. I was on the 8th floor (highest) an you can't see the river from this hotel.

Nice hotel, good location, $40 for overnight parking (typical for Paris). Friendly staff, decent bar/restaurant. Commercial district, but a nice shopping center across the street with several good restaurants. Room was very small.

La Tv est installée trop basse dans la chambre, en passant entre le lit et le mur ,nous l'avons cognée a plusieurs reprises. Hotel super bien situé près d'un métro. Les tarifs des parkings sont exorbitants..

I stayed here twice during my trip. The staff was amazing. The restaurant was very good. It is also located in the midst of a wonderful area the has about 10 local restaurants. And, it is right off of the line 14 Cour St Emillion station.

When we stayed during the Xmas and NY season, the dining room was closed except for breakfast. The buffet was very expensive for a budget hotel. It was a good thing that there were at least a few restaurant options close by. The location was close to public transit and the train station which was good.

Accueil très sympa, le hall est agréable, très bien placé. Au niveau de la chambre : c’est service minimum, pas de poubelle dans la chambre, pas de coffre, pas de café ni mini bar (mais un bar au rez de chaussée) pas de mouchoir et une serviette par personne.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel parce que nous sommes allées voir un concert à l''Accor Arena, parfait très propre, calme... on a laisse la voiture au parking Indigo juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Bonne adresse pas loin de la gare de Paris avec le bus 24 ou le merto14. Chambres propres,spacieuses bien insonorisées, personel serviables,bon ptit déjeuné. La réception est ouverte H24. Un bon rapport qualité prix,je tecomande.

Stayed flasnpartnof group for rugby. Great for what we needed hotel for. Cleanliness lacks a little and rooms are a bit battered. Apart from this, ace location with metro 2 min walk and lots of bars/eateries in door step. Will be back in two years for Scotland game!

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Large medium firmness double bed with very clean and comfortable bedding. Good range of well prepared and presented tasty fare. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Eigentlich sehr schönes Hotel mit kleinen aber modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Ein Safe und etwas mehr Ablagefläche wären jedoch wünschenswert. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Zimmers stark zu wünschen übrig, da es nur schlecht bis gar nicht gereinigt wurde. Sehr dreckiger Teppichboden und auch das Bad wurde nur dürftig geputzt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das typisch französische Frühstück (viel süße Backwaren) war trotz kleiner Auswahl sehr lecker. Größter Bonus ist die tolle Lage des Hotels. Nichtmal eine Gehminute entfernt von der Metrostation erreicht man in wenigen Minuten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die nahegelegenen Shoppingmeile bietet ebenfalls viele Restaurants und Bars, bei denen jeder fündig wird. Das empfohlene Parkhaus für 30€/24h würde ich jedoch meiden und auf eine günstigere Alternative zurückgreifen. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel sind so gut wie nicht vorhanden.

Chambres tres petites avec une propreté laissant a desirer, lavabo bouché, telecommande tv hs, bruits de fonds dans les chambres et encore pire fenêtres ouverte. Petit dejeuner : industriel, digne d'un formule 1, salle bruyante et affublée d'une musique d'ambiance style boite de nuit, abec un personnel a la limite de l'amabilité qui se dispute devant la clientèle sur des sujets de cheek in de la veille. Aubreveil c'est complique. Le tout pour la maudique somme de 260 € la nuit... y'a comme un soucis

Bon hôtel et bien situé J’ajouterai un point très important, la vaisselle du petit déjeuner n’a pas été contrôlée. Vaisselle sale dans un contexte où nous parlons d’importance autour de l’hygiène. Malgré mon intervention, le personnel n’a pas bougé pour contrôler. C’est bien dommage…

Pros: Great friendly front staff! Plenty of little shops, a grocery store, gelato, and restaurants conveniently near by. The subway is literally right there. An awesome large beautiful garden is right across the street! Cons: VERY SMALL ROOM with no storage, hardly any standing room, no bathroom counter space, and literally one plug in. Everything was very dirty.

Ho soggiornato in una camera doppia con due lettini molto stretti. Abbiamo dormito su una specie di “topper” appoggiato al materasso che scivolava a destra e a manca. Peccato perché la struttura è in una posizione strategica.

Very good location, good service, but room was too small.

Nous sommes arrivées à Paris un jour de canicule et j'avais peur de mal dormir. mais la climatisation fonctionnait bien, ni trop forte, ni trop basse. De plus la chambre était très bien insonorisée.

部屋が狭かった。スーツケース1つだけ開く事が出来た。冷蔵庫が欲しかった。隣の部屋の携帯の目覚ましと話し声で、目が覚めた。

L'hotel est bien situé mais ma chambre était toute petite et aurait mérité un peu de rénovation (peinture qui se décolle dans la salle de bains, meubles vieillots...)

Fin beliggenhed i roligt kvarter nær metro, restauranter og en dejlig park. Meget varieret morgenmad og fin service fra personalet. Værelset er lille og sengenes madrasser trænger til en udskiftning. Badeværelset fungerer godt.

Noisy with the window up open. Small rooms and in need a a little TLC all round. Great location though!

Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal vom office, über Barkeeper, Frühstückspersonsal bis zum Zimmerservice, dazu kommt die ruhige Lage und die perfekte Metroanbindung, beim nächsten Parisbesuch checken wir hier wieder ein

The staff was not helpful with luggages as i had to struggle with 3 big k Luggages and the room was more like fir midgets too small with little space to move around. No drinks facilities as staff doesn’t knows how to serve drinks. Terrible service

Die Lage und Anbindung an die Metro, sowie die Anzahl der Redtaurants haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Verständigung mit englisch an der Rezeption war nicht einfach. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Rien à dire, Ibis est une valeur sure. En revanche je ne comprends pas le principe du check in en ligne avant d'arriver. Cela ne gagne aucun temps à l'arrivée. Pas de borne autonomatique par exemple donc il faut attendre qu'un réceptionniste soit disponible.

Séjour PARFAIT à l’hôtel IBIS BERCY VILLAGE. Personnel très accueillant, emplacement impeccable pour une soirée concert à l’accor Aréna. Petit déjeuner très copieux, chambre agréable et quartier vraiment sympa et sécurisant. Je recommande et j’y retournerais sans aucun doute.

Very central. Near everthing you need. The closest metro station is 2mns away.

The hotel is located in a safe area within a mixed residential/business zone. The area is quiet at nights. Unfortunately, the metro station and metro line #14 were closed for construction during our stay and the entire month of August. While I understand that repairs are necessary on the Metro system and are usually conducted in the summer, I regret not having been informed by the hotel BEFORE my stay. Metro repairs are scheduled by RATP ahead of time and the hotel knew about it but did not inform me before my arrival. Without metro available, it is impossible to reach the hotel easily by public transportation from the airport or train station or anywhere in Paris. It took us 4h to reach the hotel from the CDG Roissy airport while dragging 15 lbs suitcases in the streets! Should we have known the metro issue before, we would have taken a taxi directly from the airport. The lack of information from the hotel beforehand was very detrimental to our stay as we had to spend money on Uber everyday to leave or come back to the hotel. The hotel room was small, clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was no functioning door safety lock or door safety guard on our room door. The access to the room is done through a keyless entry system. Once in the room, there is no way to lock the door. Any staff member with a keycard can enter the room while you sleep as it is impossible to lock the door from inside. I did not feel safe. Would not return to this hotel for a future trip.

Close to trains

Otelin konumu tek kelime ile mükemmel. Metro istasyonu çok yakın , otelin hemen karşısında Bercy Village var, burası içinde alışveriş mekanları ,restaurant ve cafelerin olduğu çok güzel bir yer. Hem sessiz sakin bir bölge hem de oldukça güvenli , bir daha Paris’e geldiğimde kesinlikle bu otelde konaklayacağım.

Venue avec ma fille pour un concert à l'accor Arena, cet hôtel est idéalement situé car nous y sommes allées à pied et avons trouvé facilement un restaurant. Le personnel est super et le petit déjeuner bien suffisant et bon. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.
