Convenient for ski bus and to stroll around historic Chamonix. Staff helpful. Our room was cold but they moved us to a warmer one. Cooked breakfast not great quality but you can queue for freshly prepared eggs and crepes.

Beautiful hotel - probably one of the best spots in Chamonix especially for a first-time visit like us. Pros: - Location: located just at the end of the pedestrian section of Jospeh Vallot, you literally walk outside and cross the street to have access to the shops, restaurants, art galleries and bars of central Chamonix. Also bus stops for the bus and skibus lines (Place Mont-Blanc and Mummery) give you great access to public transportation. - Services: in the hotel, there is a ski rental store, as well as ski lockers with direct access from outside and bus stops. You can buy ski passes onsite. Bar in the hotel is more of a family gathering spot, with decent drinks and snacks - Views: views of Mont-Blanc and the town of Chamonix were great. - Family: family friendly hotel with some amenities for kids, small arcade, etc. - Spa: small but nice spa, with dry sauna, steam room, relaxation area and 2 hot tubs, as well a 2 private massage rooms. - Room: We had a superior room with balcony and view mountain view . It was very nice in terms of decoration (colors, furniture, look and feel). Cons: - Room: The room was small. Bed could have been more comfortable. - Spa: other guests did not respect quiet zones in spa Elevators: expect to wait when the hotel is very busy Lobby: fairly noisy and busy with young kids running around at times. Great hotel in the center of Chamonix. Ski shop in the building, excellent breakfast. They have a great game room as well. Nice spa. Hot tubs are too cold but great view.

Only one elevator working. The hotel seems rundown and worn. Not my favorite stay for sure. Waited 10 minutes for elevators. No stairs. Everyone going to breakfast top floor made problem bigger. No thanks

Everything is walkable so no complaints on location. parking was confusing but they do have parking, but it gets taken quickly. there is a lot close by that the hotel team will direct you to if you are driving. The spa is only 1 hour per person per booking, nice facilities but would like to use the space a little longer. It is a big hotel so I understand limiting it though.

Nice hotel , small room but clean and welcoming, very convenient in town, a supermarket next door, many restaurants and shops across the street, ski bus stop just outside the front door, walkable to the train for ice cave. Jacuzzi in spa is luke warm so we didn’t really stay long but other than that a lovely stay

Arrivés à 15h30 la chambre n’était pas disponible … Pas de chambre avant 16h et il faut l’a rendre à 11h le lendemain matin, dommage. Le spa serait à entretenir. Malgré cela le petit déjeuner est vraiment très chouette et l’hôtel est très bien situé !

The ski equipment rental shop and lockers are very convenient. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal too and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are basic and a bit dark but good for a ski hotel. One issue is that we needed to carry skis everywhere, as the hotel is a walk or bus ride from the slopes and ski lifts

Amazing stay, hotel has great facilities and staff were very friendly and helpful too. Upgraded to a room with a mountain view and balcony and it was well worth it. Also got an hour in the spa included which was a super nice touch and is worth a visit itself. Rooms were lovely big and clean, would definitely stay again.

Hotel qui donne l'impression d'être plus petit qu'il ne l'est. Situation exceptionnellement pratique (skibus à la porte; téléphériques du Brévent et de l'Aiguille du Midi à distance de marche). Chambres avec balcon et vue magnifique sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. L'heure de spa par jour (un avantage qui vient avec la chambre) n'est pas négligeable après une journée de ski.

Magnifique Hôtel 4☆ très bien situé Bel accueil par une équipe souriante qu'on sent motivée en ce début de saison. Belle chambre spacieuse décorée avec goût, très propre, WC séparés. Tout y est pour votre séjour soit très agréable, bonne literie, peignoir, linges moelleux, machine à café Nespresso, grand écran TV. Seul bémol, pas de mini-refrigérateur dans la chambre, dommage pour 4☆ et certainement très ennuyant l'été en période chaude.

Just had 7 nights at the wonderful AlpinaEclectic hotel. 5 minute walk from the Savoy beginner area. 2 minute walk to the start of the pedestrianised high street, with lots of shopping and dining options. Ski bus stops right outside the hotel as well, if want to explore further afield. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel is very clean and warm, including heated ski lockers in the basement ski room. Fantastic breakfast selection, including cooked to order eggs and omelettes, and lovely mountain views from the restaurant to get you excited for the day ahead. Thoroughly recommended.

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei aqui. Caiu bastante a qualidade do café da manhã e a limpeza do apartamento ficou a desejar. Cestos de lixo não foram limpos, sujeira na sacada e cama mal arrumada. Bem diferente da primeira vez.

La décoration de l’hôtel est à la fois moderne et parfaitement inspirée de l’esprit montagnard. La chambre, propre et confortable, offre un petit balcon avec une superbe vue sur le Mont-Blanc. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, et le petit déjeuner est tout simplement royal. Une belle adresse où je reviendrai avec plaisir !

They had this go green rule about water which was not suitable for a family trip at all, and they weren't any flexible about it. They were handling each room at the checkin one glass bottle to fill through their dispenser during your stay which they werent enough even at least to have one on each floor. Also they werent offering water bottles for sale in the hotel which is so annoying. The room service were terrible they dont clean properly and the room when we entered was not clean at all and we asked them to clean it after we came into it. The only good thing was about the hotel is the location.

Great hotel right in the heart of beautiful town of Chamonix. The view from our room and the breakfast restaurant are picture postcard. The staff are really efficient and friendly, nothing was too much to ask. The room and the corridors were a little bit too warm but we had the balcony door opened and had a large Dyson fan. Would love to go back and would stay at the same place without any hesitation.

This hotel is in a great location. It makes walking Chamonix super easy. Lots of great eating all around. The room was great, spacious. They provided a fan which helped the no AC issues. Our view was amazing off our balcony. Staff was super friendly. Arrived early at 130pm and room wasn’t ready to 430. That was the only drawback.

The room didn’t have the view we book. The staff were very rude. We requested bottled water and the boy on reception told us to drink from the faucet. I am 76 years old and they didn’t help us with the luggage, so we had to drag it through a carpeted hallway with the wheels not sliding.

The entire staff at this hotel is outgoing and makes a proactive effort to ensure you have a great experience at their hotel and in the Chamonix area. They were helpful with special requests and when we had an issue with a late arriving shuttle they stepped in and resolved it with the vendor. Our room had a spectacular Mountain View and the amazing breakfast is served atop the hotel with an even better view. I would definitely stay at the Alpina Eclectic again.

We loved our stay at the Alpina! They helped us arrange transportation from/to the airport ahead of time and everything was seamless and on time. The buffet breakfast and dinner was wonderful, everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and they helped us plan fun activities like paragliding, which was amazing! It’s centrally located in town and the farmer’s market on Saturday is right outside the hotel. We would love to stay there again!

The ski equipment rental shop and lockers are very convenient. The buffet breakfast is phenomenal too and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are basic and a bit dark but good for a ski hotel. One issue is that we needed to carry skis everywhere, as the hotel is a walk or bus ride from the slopes and ski lifts

Perfect. the only note is that the reception said we could enter the breakfast anytime up until 10h30 am and stay later to eat but the team upstairs was already putting everything away at 10h30 am so not actually true. We had to run around trying to gather some items to eat. BUT amazing breakfast and excellent breakfast view. The best in chamonix.

Hotel maravilhoso!!! Impecável o atendimento. Todos muito solícitos. O café da manhã também é muito variado. A vista do nosso quarto era linda demais. Um dos melhores hotéis que já ficamos na Europa. Além de Chamonix ser uma cidade linda demais, o hotel é um capítulo à mais.

The property is in a great location. The restaurant unfortunately is closed due to it being out of the ski season. The rooms are very warm, unfortunately leaving the door open to the balcony isn’t really an option due to the noise from the river outside. There is a dyson cool fan in the room, but can't be moved from its location due to the wire being nailed to the desk, so you have to turn it up to full to feel the cool air.. the hotel and staff are faultless and can not help you enough. Its a great hotel apart from the warm rooms.

Would I recommend the hotel? Well we may have been unlucky when we stayed but absolutely not. The room we stayed in was incredibly hot with no A/C but it did have a Dyson fan, that helped move hot air around. In an attempt to cool the room down I opened the door to the balcony to let the cool air in only to be met by a strong smell of cannabis from one of the other balconies, so the door was shut. We went out for the evening but on returning to the room the cannabis was still being smoked so the door remained shut and the room hot. Our room was ok, but had some stains on the walls as if something had been thrown and not cleaned Laying in bed all you could hear were doors banging and sounds of people running along the corridors and banging from the rooms above. At about midnight there were raised voices that sounded like people arguing. The banging continued until the early hours of the morning and we couldn’t wait to check out. The staff were not friendly on arrival and seemed uninterested, but they had just checked in a coach arrival. They were however very friendly the next morning when we checked out and allowed us to keep out car in the car park until 1pm. The car park is shown as 1m 70 cm and my car only just fitted. The car park is large with plenty of reserved parking, but you cannot access until after you have checked in, this was frustrating as there was a coach taking up the drop off area, so nowhere for us to park.
