Vue sur le jardin public avec la route entre les deux. Mais chambre très propre et confortable. Pièce petit déjeuner petite et on est tous les uns sur les autres. Pas de possibilité de gérer les bugs de réservation quand celle ci a eu lieu par une application.

The hotel is ideally located, in easy reach of the city centre, the Promenade des Anglais and the old city. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We went out for breakfast but the hotel offering looked perfectly adequate. The room was small, as was the bathroom but the bed was very comfortable and we were not troubled by noise. The lift is up a few steps, we had large cases, which had to be carried up the steps. There is only one customer lift, when we left early in the morning, it was being used for linen, which made getting the lift difficult, however Reception staff did help once they were aware of the situation.

We stayed for 2 nights in May in a superior room with a sea view (3rd floor). I can honestly say this was one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in - about 0.5m space around the bed, and the balcony was less than 1m wide. The room faced onto the park with a partial sea view, and there was a rock concert on both nights we were there, which ran until after 11 pm and which the meagre soundproofing offered scant protection against. The hotel had been in email contact prior to our check in and never mentioned this concert was on, despite it starting the day before we arrived and happening every year around this time. The staff weren’t very sympathetic to our complaint and only after writing to management did we get a grudging 10% refund. Would not recommend!!

Overall great stay in the heart of Old Nice. Very close to the beach and loads of great restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is excellent and staff are very kind and helpful. Very quick to get to and from the airport. There is some road noise but the room itself is quite soundproof. Could improve on available toiletries (needs moisturizer and conditioner in the room) and lobby could make coffee available all day. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
