2 nights spent here. Lovely clean and modern rooms with beautiful views to the mountains, central walking distance to tram/train, nothing further than 10/15 mins. Maid service daily with beds made and towel replacements. Luggage storage services and super accommodating, pleasant staff on reception. Can’t comment on hotel amenities as we only used the room as a base. Only slight thing was thin walls but our neighbours were quiet luckily. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Hotel muito bonito, recém reformado, bem localizado e próximo de atrações para o turista. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, com armário, escrivaninha, máquina cafe, frigobar (sem itens-você precisa solicitar), cama confortável e muito bonita decoração. Tinha vista lateral para a praia. O banheiro é separado, área de vaso sanitário e área para banho. A área da ducha era bem apertada e senti falta de local para colocar necessarie. Tinha shampoo, sabonete líquido e condicionador, porém não tinha capa de banho, hidratante e nem outras amenidades. Tem chinelos disponíveis. Não tem estacionamento no hotel e você pode usar um estacionamento fora e apenas 2 min de caminhada e bem próximo ao hotel. Tem muitos restaurantes e cafés ao lado, então não tomei café da amanhã no hotel. Uma quadra de caminhada da orla da praia. Apenas 5 min de caminhada para a rua de compras Jean Médecin. Voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel com certeza!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Ambassador! The room was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hotel is conveniently located near old town and there are plenty of parking options nearby if you’re renting a car. Lastly, the staff is awesome and were very accommodating when we had to make some last minute changes to our stay. Although one of the more expensive options in the area, it was worth every penny.
