Basic hotel with great location and fair price. Staff is really friendly, the rooms could have been more maintained and better cleaned. Breakfast ok as well. All together a good place to stay.

In the morning there was no hot water even after leaving the water running. The toilette flap was broken. And the room was smeeling to fresh paint.

Exceptional hotel and customer service. Situated in a prime position, close to everything, including the beautiful esplanade. The room was very comfortable, warm and well appointed

This hotel is a great location walking distance from the beach & Nice ville train station. The breakfast was fantastic & staff are very friendly. Barbara at reception was especially extra helpful. Highly recommend.
