Booked and when I showed up at 4pm no one was there, I called the number and some kid who is the owner answered, told me he would check on the missing staff, then stopped answering the phone. restaurant next door says guests at hotel 81 are not welcome.. which was very ominous

We got the the hotel and told us we didn’t have a room so we ended up having to pay another $60 and when we got in their out bed had plastic covering then hair all over the sheets.

The owner was great. At check in we were told if we had any problems just ring the bell no matter what time and she would assist us. We had a problem with the remote and she brought us a new one. She said if we couldn’t get the tv to work she would move us to another room. We did get it working. Then it was raining one day and she brought me an old towel to dry my puppy off after we would go out.
