Wyndham Garden Erie

We have stayed here several times and there is always consistency with how clean the rooms are along with how good the breakfast is. This time we had the pleasure of working with Stephen. He went well and beyond to make sure we had a great and comfortable stay. Everyone was very friendly as well. Thank you Wyndham Garden in Erie for another lovely experience!

No lamp or plug stations at desk. Shower water ran out into the hall and soap and other pump bottles difficult to access. Beverages in lobby very expensive. The staff was terrific and beds very comfortable.

Clean room . Good breakfast . Front desk personnel accommodating. Attached to water park

Fireplace wasnt working asked for it to be fixed and no one did, soap an shampoo bottles were empty upon coming to the room, sink in bathroom didnt drain properly no house cleaning services wete provided phone didnt work to call front desk so we didnt have extra towels i received a text message from the hotel to text of if we needed anything and i did text the number and my texts were never answered. We purchased milk in the lobby drank it then looked at the expiration date an it was expired as well as the other milks in the fridge
