The Block Hotel

Very clean throughout and very tiny room. Breakfast area was well-stocked and clean. Toaster was broken on one side. Seating ok but patrons left waffle syrup on chairs and tables. Will certainly stay again but will choose the two bed setup to get a larger room. Lots of parking available even if you have a trailer.

NO WORKING TOILET - NO Maintenance staff on hand to fix it and no help or offer to move us to a different room, This place looks nice but was literally horrible

The hotel is advertised as a boutique hotel in downtown Bentonville, both of which are a stretch. The hotel was 2 miles from downtown Bentonville, and located behind a Starbucks on a section of road that’s filled with strip malls. The “boutique” hotel looked like an updated Travelodge at best and the furniture in our room was beat up. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff, they were a highlight.

This is an old hotel that has updated its lobby only. I would not recommend it.

General Manager was very hands on, personable and ran a tight ship!
