Loved this property! It was clean, easy parking, and easy to navigate/communicate with management. Even though it is a virtual front desk, they respond to any needs you have. Our balcony overlooked beautiful Lake Anna and was next to a seafood restaurant. It also had a nice commons area to sit and relax.

we did not have a kitchen - but room was wonderful. parking was extremely easy! entrance fantastic - The price was affordable and if it stays that way -- we will continue to search for KASA always!

This property is very clean, it was incredibly easy to get into the building, room, etc. No issues at all with the virtual part of the check in. It does list amenities as having "free parking" but on the check in did seem like they were going to charge - so will be looking into that. That aside, the location was great - next to restaurant, ice cream parlor, arcade and mini-golf. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was bigger than some apartments I've lived in! Huge living room, full kitchen, dining table, small balcony that overlooks the water, two rooms down a long hall. Rooms were large, comfortable. Great stay. Room did feel a bit barren at times, there were numerous alcoves that could have had an easy chair along with a lamp, for instance, and the living room could have done with a side table somewhere. Amazing location with lake views and a restaurant next door. The hotel is spacious and very clean. The bed is super comfy, and we loved having a balcony in the room, but also really enjoyed using the large community balcony seating area.

Our stay was great! A very simple and easy check-in and check-out process.The view was wonderful and the cleanliness was on par. We definitely have this location saved to come back and hopefully a suite is available next time! Our only recommendation is a microwave in the room in the event something needs to be warmed up.

The property was beautiful and the room was awesome. We were very impressed with all the amenities that the hotel provided. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 was because the towel rack was missing and the wall rack was coming away from the wall. And, there was no hot water the first day. Also, the check in process took too long. Jan was so helpful and we appreciated her assistance. We would definitely stay again.

Advertised as having “kitchenette” had a refrigerator and somewhat of a coffee pot, I don’t drink coffee so that was not important. Did not have microwave in the room, I have not stayed in a hotel without microwave in room in 25 years. That’s unheard of, the only microwave is in a common are where the ice machine is not even on same floor. You shouldn’t have to go to another floor and then wait because someone else is using it. Would not stay here again unless that has changed.

The hotel was incredibly clean. I love the location and I loved it that it’s right beside a restaurant and right on the lake… The problem was was that there were an immense amount of mosquitoes and gnats in the room from the time we got there.

Making the arrangements were easy the virtual check in was no issue. If something does go wrong being virtual I'm not sure how that is handled. The room was clean and large. The location was great. My reason for only 4 stars is because there is no place in the room to hang clothing and only 1 towel rack

Loved the 3 bedroom/3 bath layout. It allowed for such individual privacy at the same time, the common area to be together. Also liked that it was a smaller hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Anna.

The property was easily accessable, clean and in new condition. the room size was very good. The furniture could have been better. the two chairs were not confortable and the king size bed was too low to the floor and the mattress was not confortable.

Property was beautiful with lakefront and restaurants. Advertising needs to be accurate with room. I paid for a deluxe king with microwave and sink and there was neither in the room that I received. Walls were thin and working nights, I could hear conversations from other rooms in the mornings when trying to sleep

The property was beautiful and the room was awesome. We were very impressed with all the amenities that the hotel provided. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 was because the towel rack was missing and the wall rack was coming away from the wall. And, there was no hot water the first day. Also, the check in process took too long. Jan was so helpful and we appreciated her assistance. We would definitely stay again.

Making the arrangements were easy the virtual check in was no issue. If something does go wrong being virtual I'm not sure how that is handled. The room was clean and large. The location was great. My reason for only 4 stars is because there is no place in the room to hang clothing and only 1 towel rack

Loved this property! It was clean, easy parking, and easy to navigate/communicate with management. Even though it is a virtual front desk, they respond to any needs you have. Our balcony overlooked beautiful Lake Anna and was next to a seafood restaurant. It also had a nice commons area to sit and relax.

This property is very clean, it was incredibly easy to get into the building, room, etc. No issues at all with the virtual part of the check in. It does list amenities as having "free parking" but on the check in did seem like they were going to charge - so will be looking into that. That aside, the location was great - next to restaurant, ice cream parlor, arcade and mini-golf. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was bigger than some apartments I've lived in! Huge living room, full kitchen, dining table, small balcony that overlooks the water, two rooms down a long hall. Rooms were large, comfortable. Great stay. Room did feel a bit barren at times, there were numerous alcoves that could have had an easy chair along with a lamp, for instance, and the living room could have done with a side table somewhere. But the minimal furniture likely just makes it easier to clean - and it was very clean, very comfortable.

Amazing location with lake views and a restaurant next door. The hotel is spacious and very clean. The bed is super comfy, and we loved having a balcony in the room, but also really enjoyed using the large community balcony seating area.

The hotel was incredibly clean. I love the location and I loved it that it’s right beside a restaurant and right on the lake… The problem was was that there were an immense amount of mosquitoes and gnats in the room from the time we got there.

The property was beautiful. It was quiet and the check in process was unique but easy. The only thing I could critique is there was no option for a close breakfast. There was a nice seafood restaurant next door but only open for lunch or dinner.

We went for our anniversary for a weekend getaway. We had an amazing time or rest and relaxation. When we entered the room we had a nice surprise with chocolates and wine. The company communicated with us every day to ensure we had every thing we needed. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. They have a wonderful seafood restaurant (Tims on the Lake) next door within walking distance from the hotel which was perfect. I highy recommend this hidden gem!

Balcony was covered in spiders, webs, and a wasp nest under seats. They are very small with only enough space for the two chairs and not room to even walk around the chairs. With no front desk or people there to report issues you rely on the app and virtual desk which I was prepared for. Concierge closet had no linean/towels both time we checked and trash cans were so small it only fit two bottles in before you had to take trash to the dumpster nextdoor across the packing lot or it would be over flowing in the room. The restaurant next door is loud and has parties weekend nights and isn't very family friendly. Would say it would be an ok stay for single or couples who like the loudness/bar scene but not very family friendly stay or for small children. Overall not the worst place I have stayed but definitely not the best.

Unfortunately, the balcony was overwhelmed with bugs and spiderwebs, so it had to be cleaned and we had to put towels on the chairs before we could even sit out there. Disappointed that it was not cleaned like the room. Another big inconvenience is that the hotel does not provide any self serve vending for snacks/ drinks. Even if you wanted a last iced tea, or soda you had to walk over to Tim’s restaurant. The rates were a bit on the high side for what you got.
