It was fine overall. Parking in particular was very convenient. Shuttle service for $20 to see the Broadway scene was available from a real character who went by the name, Hollywood, was a delight!

Black mold in room. Air conditioner unit was not clean and had dust bunnies and mold. Lamp shade missing. Toilet seat not attached to toilet. Tub paint peeling. Cigarette burns in blanket. Bathroom door does not close all the way. The room was overall unclean and poorly maintained. Pool has dirt on the entire bottom of pool with bags of trash floating on top of pool. Elevator door closes forcefully and closed on us while walking on and hit us and appears the sensor does not work properly. Only 2 towels provided for 4 person room. Safe in room did not function properly - could not use.

This hotel is poorly managed. Our room was deplorable at best. Found lots of leftover food from the previous visitor. The shower did not have hot water. Hotel.com's description is not even close at all. No laundry facility, there is a pool but not operational at all. Disgustingly filthy at best.

Room had a fridge & microwave. Clean room, bathroom was clean&hot water for shower. Friendly staff, taxi driver Hollywood drove us&picked up downtown very friendly and we used him each time.

The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. There was a hole behind the toilet. There was black mold in the tub. On the door to the bathroom there was a piece of tape with hair on it. The staff just stared at you with no friendly expression. Did not sleep well do to other people screaming in the hallway and slamming doors.

The cleanliness of this building is horrendous. The rooms had serious odor they attempted to cover with incense and the building needs a lot of attention to keep it attracting future guests. The front check in rep was very rude and dismissive.

The floors were very dirty, stains on the wall, hardly any lighting, no outlets except in the bathroom that were accessible. The bed had weird stains on the comforter and one of them had what looked to be a burn hole. The room had a smell of animal pee and overall, it just was not clean at all.

THE SHEETS ON THE BED WERE STAINED. THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY, I HAD TO WASH MY FEET OFF WITH A WASHCLOTH AFTER WALKING AROUND BARE FOOTED. VERY FEW CHANNELS ON THE TV WERE AVAILABLE. IF YOU ARE JUST LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO SLEEP THEN YOU ARE OK. THE SHOWER WAS ALSO DIRTY.

Property is not well taken care of. The bathtub was stained or not wash correctly , bed sheets were stained, door was peeling , floor was so black, smelled like cigarettes even tho it says no smoking. Do not book. Luckily I travel with my own bath towels , Clorox wipes and pillow cases but for 85$ for a night , deff not worth it. Worth 20$ a night.

The hotel could definitely use some work. The paint was peeling off the wall and there was mold around the toilet base. There was no shower liner, so the floor got soaked when we showered. The appliances were not clean at all! On top of that, the people next door fought and slammed doors all night. I got no sleep at all. The guy at the front desk was nice. That was the best part of this hotel. I will definitely not be back.

Overall the hotel is dated. AC worked but floor was sweating and uncomfortable to walk on. The bed has spots all around the sides. So we slept on the bed and not under the covers. Shower had mold ans couldnt be moved from the wall where it was spraying. Will not recommend or return.

The room was nasty. Our tv did not properly work when we arrived. The bathroom door handle was falling off. The base board was falling off the wall. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm a Red roof member and I've stayed at this hotel serval other time. The room I received was outdated that it didn't have plug in no where near the bed. The lamps were rusted which I cloud had sworn the had lamps you could plug into near the bed. Microwave chipped off corner, Frigidaire was nasty. I didn't need to use these appliances so need to complain.This was the second room they move me because room#1 has water leaking all over the bathroom floor. The front desk worker was great about getting me moved immediately I hated to complain about the second room because I knew I was only sleeping there and I wasn't going to be using the appliances in the room. The beds was clean and comfy was my concern.

Although promising looking on check-in, it turned out to be disappointing in the morning. The bed was comfortable, but with only 3 pillows on a double bed? The lifts were very questionable. The aircon system in the room sounded like sleeping next to a tumble dryer all night, even after turning down to a level that had quietened it down. When we tried to have a shower in the morning, the switch that transfers the water to the shower head did not work.

Took forever for someone to check us in and out at front desk. They have a sign that says “back in 10 minutes” but we was waiting at least 20. Everything else was wonderful though

I did not like that I wanted to pay with cash and there was NO continental breakfast just coffee! Arrived and a sign on counter said be back in 10 minutes and she was sitting in a room behind desk with door open on her phone! A cab driver had to come to desk and say something to her to get her to help me, and tell me you might have to help her because her English is not very good! Thank goodness another employee showed up to help.

Pictures are totally misleading. I booked this room because it was close to downtown and the price. Checked in went to my floor got off the elevator and immediately met with the smell of trashy marjiuana. Went to room only one light in the room it too smelled. Room looked like something out of a horror film. Went to from desk told of my experience the guy gave me a different room on another floor. That room smelled better but wasn’t much more than the first. Later pulled the sheets back to go to bed. Hair was all over the sheets where they weren’t washed. Went back to front desk ask for new sheets. I went back to the room cleaned everything I could changed the sheets. Woke up with a small rash on my arm. Next morning I checked out and asked to cancel my next 2 nights. And a refund on those nights. Called back spoke to the manager/owner who was great to work with he apologized and refunded the next two nights I had originally booked.

There was a disturbance around midnight in their parking lot, which we understand was out of Red Roof control, but unfortunately the ppl involved in the disturbance ended up in the room next to our - they were very LOUD and at one point we felt UNSAFE in our room-I finally called the front desk and the gentleman I spoke with, which the following day we learned he was the GM was very short with me when I asked to either move them or at least call and ask them to be quiet! It was like it was a very BIG inconvenience for him-the next morning we asked to be returned the night as we did not sleep at all..needless to say we got nothing!!.

The check in process was very simple. The surrounding area did not make us feel safe. A lot of homeless people and sketchy business going on all around the hotel. The room looked very old. Bathroom looked like someone tried to update it but forgot to come back and finish it. Overall it was a cheap room for the weekend. I probably would spend the extra money next time and stay in the city.

The photos on Expedia were misleading. This is a very shady area…lots of homeless people, did not feel safe at all. Guy at check in asked maybe 2 questions and took my money. Wasn’t very friendly or informative. Room was not very clean, TV was terrible….bed was very uncomfortable. This property needs updating badly…will not stay here again.

There’s no breakfast at this hotel. There was virtually no coffee as all they had was cinnamon and decaf with no cream or sweetener. There was an iron in the room, but no ironing board. There’s no closet in the room. The hair dryer supplied was unusable due to the destroyed plug . There was virtually no water pressure. The bedspread supplied was very thin. This was pretty expensive so we were unhappy with the price.

Hotel was dated. Our room smelled like someone stayed there for 5 days and didn’t bother showering the whole time he was there. We had to spray perfume everywhere to mask the smell. No fridge even though it was in the description. The only clean thing in the restroom was the toilet. The bathtub was dirty and in need of a deep bleach and scrub, I didn’t want to step on it barefoot. Didn’t eat breakfast since it didn’t look appetizing. Coffee was bland. Saw someone who looked very unruly and had a joint in his mouth when we were in the elevator. The only good thing about this is it is near (like 10-15min away) from downtown Nashville and the ac works. X

I only stayed one night this week but will be back next week. The hotel its self was okay. The pool was closed and they don’t have breakfast. The room was fine. I had a small issue and the staff fixed it while I got some dinner so it’s nothing to complain about on here as they fixed it immediately. It’s not a 5star hotel but I also don’t expect it to be. My room was clean and that’s all I cared about.

I did not like that I wanted to pay with cash and there was NO continental breakfast just coffee! Arrived and a sign on counter said be back in 10 minutes and she was sitting in a room behind desk with door open on her phone! A cab driver had to come to desk and say something to her to get her to help me, and tell me you might have to help her because her English is not very good! Thank goodness another employee showed up to help.

Old building with one elevator working. In-room safe was broken, hair drier was broken. Room was dusty. No breakfast was served. You need to drive around to get food. Only good aspect was they provided housekeeping service daily.

On the website they advertised free breakfast, there was no breakfast at the property. Behind the bed was not swept and very limited outlets in the room. The property did have free parking.

The price for the room was too high considering the overall conditions. The breakfast was especially disappointing it's advertised from 6 to 9 AM, but when I arrived at 7 AM, most of the food was already gone. All that was left was coffee and some dry bread.

The room I was assigned to had bed bugs. Arrived to the room after 10pm but woke up to bed bugs and checked out around 2am and the gentleman at the front desk claimed he couldn't check me out until 6am. I gave him the key and left anyway

room was fairly clean, rust and mold around sink and shower. hole in the wall in the bathroom near the toilet. first night we had 1 little sliver of soap in the room. went to Walmart to get supplies after the first morning. they had a coffee bar in the lobby but when we tried to use it the pot was empty. the guy at the desk just looked at us and smiled. we went to 7eleven for coffee. Never stay there again.
