As fotos do anúncio não são compatíveis com a realidade da hospedagem. Tivemos dificuldade para localizar a propriedade, para entrar, o proprietário nos atendeu por telefone e enviou uma funcionária que alegou estar de folga. Visivelmente constrangida, nos conduziu até o que seria o espaço pra nos hospedar. Havia bolsão de água e infiltração nas paredes, o chuveiro não tinha registro pra abrir e fechar, ficamos quase uma hora em contato com o proprietário por telefone, tentando nos empurrar qualquer quarto, pra no fim oferecer uma suíte “presidencial” por mais 280,00, além do que já tinha sido pago. O vaso sanitário estava sujo quando entramos, a segunda opção de quarto tinha um chuveiro cuja água não esquentava… Diante da colocação de meu marido de que só sairia dali com o estorno do valor, ele acabou nos cedendo a referida suíte, que era o único quarto disponível em condições de uso. A água da banheira não esquentava. A sensacao era de estar sendo sabotada.

Quartos confortaveis. Cafe da manha muito simples e somente um banheiro compartilhado. Atendimento muito bom. Pena que nao bate sol na piscina.

O local é maravilhoso, atendimento ótimo, limpeza muito boa, o condomínio é muito confortável, mas o entorno é perigoso, e circular ali a noite é muito arriscado.
