Very nice hotel, modern has tablet in room controls all electrics. If you have Netflix you can sign in. The pool and sea area are amazing lots of space don’t need to fight for sun beds.

Hotel is well-maintained; clean and with nice green areas. Location is great, directly next to the sea. We booked bed and breakfast (not all inclusive) and it was the right choice. The breakfast served was extremely simple and repetitive, with poor presentation. We stayed for dinner twice, it was better but still far from an evening to remember. Entertainment for kids was limited, disco only 2 times per week.

I find myself puzzled about the numerous positive reviews for this hotel, especially since we visited towards the end of the season in late October. The hotel itself is of a fair standard, but I was disappointed to find that it lacks adequate facilities for children. The kids' club was rundown and offered very few activities. Similarly, the gym and spa were in poor condition, and the staff seemed unfriendly. The playground was extremely small, and the evening entertainment was quite disappointing. Most notably, the food was the worst we've ever experienced at a resort. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a remote area, and we were surprised to discover that we had to pay for sun loungers at the beach, even though we were on an all-inclusive package. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not consider returning.

A brilliant hotel for families and couples. Not too big, not too small. Great facilities which are modern and well maintained. The staff are welcoming and professional, making your stay feel extra special. The hotel offers an extensive range of Food and beverages options which cater for most and are delicious and well priced. The rooms are wonderful which are clean and tasteful with all the mod cons. I will definitely recommend Cavo Maria as the the perfect hotel for all. For sure, I will return on my next visit to Cyprus.

Hotel was super clean with lovely,friendly staff. The pool area and surrounding gardens had many sunbeds so no need to rush to put your towel out! The breakfast was fabulous! So much choice with hot options being hot! Overall an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again.

The hotel floor and room were recently renovated and I believe it is the case for the entire property. The grounds are beautiful and steps from amazing beaches! Breakfast is extensive though coffee is mediocre if you are a coffee fanatic like myself. There’s no conditioner or lotion in the room so best to have some with you. There’s a small fridge with a free bottle of water. There’s a water kettle and instant coffee and tea bags. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was very clean and stuff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are a bit old, but supposed to be renovated in the summer. Pool was great, and the beach is amazing

Hotel was netjes schoon. Zwembad prima en ruim voldoende ligbedjes. Bar met goede kaart. Ontbijt was goed, diner was oké. Personeel is afwisselend vriendelijk bij de receptie en ontbijt. De kamer was netjes maar daar is ongeveer alles mee gezegd. Je kunt kiezen tussen een koele kamer en herrie (harde airco) of een warme stille kamer. Kamer is snachts niet donker door het blauwe badkamerlampje wat altijd blijft branden en en ganglicht wat flink onder je deur doorkomt. Daarbij gaat de tv random aan, zeker 2x per nacht. 5 nachten geweest, 5 nachten slecht geslapen

The hotel is on a very nice location for the beach. Some staff where nice and others not so friendly. Food options where good but what let’s it the most down was the house keeping. The draws had dust and hair inside which I cleaned with a wipe. Many times our bed was straightened never fully made. On one of the days I had to ask the housekeeper to come back and clean my bathroom sink, tap and mirror because it was dirty. There was a black mark on the side of the basin which I left there to see if they actually clean the inside and it was left for days, in the end I wiped it myself. When staying in a four star hotel you expect not to have to do the cleaning.

Our second time staying at the Cavo Maris and can’t fault it! Rooms are lovely, modern, airy and clean, staff are all friendly and really helpful, food options are amazing, pool area is clean - 10/10! We’ll be back next year!!

Very disappointed. We had a superior room with sea view on the 5th floor. The 2-3d day of our staying, a lot of water was coming out of the toilet seat. The technician arrived and fixed it properly, removing the whole toilet seat, adjusting the hoses underneath etc, using silicone gel.We asked and he told us, better not to use he toilet seat for several hours. In that time, we had to use the public toilets of the hotel. For us, it is completely unacceptable, to do the check in of a room without checking properly AHEAD the general condition of the room. Further more, during our 7days stay, the linen was changed only once and only after we put the sheets on the floor. 2 days before our departure, we kindly asked to pay and prolongue our stay for a couple of hours until 15.00 , due to a late night flight back home. We also brought up our disappointement of the condition of the toilet seat and the fact that almost for a whole day, we had to use the public toilet of the hotel. The lady in the reception ( Lito ) said that she will get back to us, but never did or somebody else from the reception desk. A bad experience!

Hotel was lovely. Room (exec suite) was well appointed and in great condition - ideal for a family of 4. The location of the hotel was amazing in that it was next to a lovely beach. We didn't really leave other than a wander into Protoras once but we were happy lounging around the pool. We didn't go for the ultra all inclusive option but the standard one was fine. Drinks inluded in the package were also fine. Overall a great hotel, room, and week away!!!

Very disappointed. We had a superior room with sea view on the 5th floor. The 2-3d day of our staying, a lot of water was coming out of the toilet seat. We also brought up our disappointement of the condition of the toilet seat and the fact that almost for a whole day, we had to use the public toilet of the hotel. The lady in the reception ( Lito ) said that she will get back to us, but never did or somebody else from the reception desk. A bad experience!
Very disappointed. We had a superior room with sea view on the 5th floor. The 2-3d day of our staying, a lot of water was coming out of the toilet seat. The technician arrived and fixed it properly, removing the whole toilet seat, adjusting the hoses underneath etc, using silicone gel.We asked and he told us, better not to use he toilet seat for several hours. In that time, we had to use the public toilets of the hotel. For us, it is completely unacceptable, to do the check in of a room without checking properly AHEAD the general condition of the room. Further more, during our 7days stay, the linen was changed only once and only after we put the sheets on the floor. 2 days before our departure, we kindly asked to pay and prolongue our stay for a couple of hours until 15.00 , due to a late night flight back home. Lovely surroundings , pretty gardens and lots to do. but the service is really poor. Front desk check in took ages and no one showed us anything. Resturant ataff had no idea what to do, got many things wrong. jad to wait ages to pay after asking time and time again. this happened everywhere. such a shame if the staff were trained it would be a perfect place to take your family.

Hotel assez calme et tranquille pour chambre vue sur mer et pas piscine. Souhait d avoir une chambre en etages superieurs et j'ai eu une chambre au 1er etage (115). La receptioniste n a pris le temps de parler plus lentement en anglais et nous a fait comprendre qu elle n avait pas de temps a perdre, et donc souhait non respecté. Hotel assez impersonnel... On checking in the people at the reception were so professional and courteous. The hotel is very beautiful and clean and the welcome from the receptionist was very welcoming and warm. Because it was late and we missed dinner she told us they had a sandwich for us if we go to the bar they would sort us out. We went to the bar and a young girl asked us to go through to the other side . A young waiter asked us what we wanted and behold a sandwich with fries was given to us. After we finished the young girl came in with the same . A sandwich for both of us. That was the start of a really bad time myself and my wife had with the bar staff. Every time through the holiday we ordered drinks . They got the order wrong ? I had to send wine back because it was like a viniger wine . 3 times in one order they got it wrong. So the 3 drinks they got wrong was wasted and poured away?. (Is that profits wasted)?every time my wife and I entered the bar after that we were made to feel so uncomfortable. On the last day early in the morning we heard shouting down below near the pool , there was a young Indian girl there in tears as her (what we thought was her supervisor ) was screaming at her and waving her arms at her. This was 7 in the morning. The young Indian cleaner was in tears.when we thought it was over , she turned and had another go at her. I find myself puzzled about the numerous positive reviews for this hotel, especially since we visited towards the end of the season in late October. The hotel itself is of a fair standard, but I was disappointed to find that it lacks adequate facilities for children. The kids' club was rundown and offered very few activities. Similarly, the gym and spa were in poor condition, and the staff seemed unfriendly. The playground was extremely small, and the evening entertainment was quite disappointing. Most notably, the food was the worst we've ever experienced at a resort. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a remote area, and we were surprised to discover that we had to pay for sun loungers at the beach, even though we were on an all-inclusive package. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not consider returning.

A brilliant hotel for families and couples. Not too big, not too small. Great facilities which are modern and well maintained. The staff are welcoming and professional, making your stay feel extra special. The hotel offers an extensive range of Food and beverages options which cater for most and are delicious and well priced. The rooms are wonderful which are clean and tasteful with all the mod cons. I will definitely recommend Cavo Maria as the the perfect hotel for all. For sure, I will return on my next visit to Cyprus.

Hotel was super clean with lovely,friendly staff. The pool area and surrounding gardens had many sunbeds so no need to rush to put your towel out! The breakfast was fabulous! So much choice with hot options being hot! Overall an excellent hotel and we would definitely stay again.

Our second time staying at the Cavo Maris and can’t fault it! Rooms are lovely, modern, airy and clean, staff are all friendly and really helpful, food options are amazing, pool area is clean - 10/10! We’ll be back next year!!

The hotel is on a very nice location for the beach. Some staff where nice and others not so friendly. Food options where good but what let’s it the most down was the house keeping. The draws had dust and hair inside which I cleaned with a wipe. Many times our bed was straightened never fully made. On one of the days I had to ask the housekeeper to come back and clean my bathroom sink, tap and mirror because it was dirty. There was a black mark on the side of the basin which I left there to see if they actually clean the inside and it was left for days, in the end I wiped it myself. When staying in a four star hotel you expect not to have to do the cleaning.

Hotel was lovely. Room (exec suite) was well appointed and in great condition - ideal for a family of 4. The location of the hotel was amazing in that it was next to a lovely beach. We didn't really leave other than a wander into Protoras once but we were happy lounging around the pool. We didn't go for the ultra all inclusive option but the standard one was fine. Drinks inluded in the package were also fine. Overall a great hotel, room, and week away!!!

The hotel floor and room were recently renovated and I believe it is the case for the entire property. The grounds are beautiful and steps from amazing beaches! Breakfast is extensive though coffee is mediocre if you are a coffee fanatic like myself. There’s no conditioner or lotion in the room so best to have some with you. There’s a small fridge with a free bottle of water. There’s a water kettle and instant coffee and tea bags. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was netjes schoon. Zwembad prima en ruim voldoende ligbedjes. Bar met goede kaart. Ontbijt was goed, diner was oké. Personeel is afwisselend vriendelijk bij de receptie en ontbijt. De kamer was netjes maar daar is ongeveer alles mee gezegd. Je kunt kiezen tussen een koele kamer en herrie (harde airco) of een warme stille kamer. Kamer is snachts niet donker door het blauwe badkamerlampje wat altijd blijft branden en en ganglicht wat flink onder je deur doorkomt. Daarbij gaat de tv random aan, zeker 2x per nacht. 5 nachten geweest, 5 nachten slecht geslapen

Οverall a great bed and breakfast hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Great buffet. Nothing negative to share except maybe for the fact that the room amenities were poor. If you pay 250-300€ per night you would expect at least a bottle of water daily. But no complaints.
Οverall a great bed and breakfast hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Great buffet. Nothing negative to share except maybe for the fact that the room amenities were poor. If you pay 250-300€ per night you would expect at least a bottle of water daily. But no complaints.

To start with the positives, the hotel was modern and clean throughout. Staff were great and welcoming. Food in the main all inclusive restaurant was varied and tasted nice. The pool was too small for the number of people there although there was more than enough sunbeds. Swim up pool was nice and bar staff chatty although very limited drinks on all inclusive. This was a theme throughout our stay, lots of choice on food (5 restaurants on site) but only 1 catered for all inclusive (not even 1 visit allowed per week). To charge £50 per person per day for full all inclusive is extortionate. For those travelling from England, there were not many of us there for the 1st week although 2nd week saw more arrive. Lots of Russians were staying and generally polite. Location wise, quite a bit outside main area of protaras but a 20-30 minute stroll or local buses if you wanted something outside of the hotel. On a big negative, entertainment was very low key - singers with or without guitar every night except the cypriot evening. We saw one singer 4 times in a fortnight playing same songs each night. Overall an enjoyable stay
