We purchased parking, but instead got a ticket for driving through a pedestrian area. No maps. No directions. No information. Could not find the building, then could not get in. Lots of calls to make it all happen Hours of exhausted frustration, and wondering if anyone would even answer the phone. We did get in, and loved the place. Air conditioner was moldy downstairs, so used the kitchen a/c to filter cold air. None of the promised WiFi existed. Still wonderfully located, and comfortable. Savoy Cafe next door - a favorite for breakfast and coffee.

The property has a old family home feel to it. Very comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast on the roof terrace. It's very peaceful up there. The location is absolutely perfect for every possible place of interest. We always came back to freshen up etc in Between visiting places as its so close that you are never far from anything.

Maybe this is typical of apartments in the old town... There are multiple hazards in the building - an unexpected step down inside the front door of the building - another outside the front door of the apartment, coming out, a very narrow very steep spiral staircase down to the dungeon bedroom, a low doorway to the bedroom, a bed that only just fit into the room with sharp wooden corners to bang your shins on, a big step down from the shower. Not suitable accommodation for the overweight and over fifties. The WIFI was crap and the building smelt. The area is really interesting.

The property was clean and exactly what the photos looked like. It was in the heart of old town. It was great for the price, and I would absolutely stay there again! Absolutely recommend.

Door #1, deluxe studio, main floor. Right after opening the apartment\'s door, the smell of moist/mold hit my face. Rushing to open the window, I found out that it\'s fake. The only access to "fresh" air was thru a door to a dark wet atrium, shared with a unit across. The kitchen was equipped with a dehumidifier. This machine was constantly on, turning on a long, loud beep when full of water. This scared me in the middle of the night as I was convinced it was a fire allarm. I have cut my stay short, switching to another location as I started having an allergy reaction, not mentioning the stress. Ive reached to the management and i was promised a compensation that was later denied. I do not recommended to book woth this owner.

The location of this place is perfect, and it is on a quiet street which doesn’t have noise during the evening. It has kitchen but I didn’t use it at all. Some improvement: After checking in, I noticed that it here are hairs on the floor - they didn’t hoover the floor properly. FYI, they are dark hair and mine is blonde. In the bathroom, the plug in the sink doesn’t work. Toilet roll holder comes off, those small things can’t be improved

Location is nice. Close to main attractions. However the unit is different from online pictures.The actual unit has an awkward layout.in order to get to the unit you have to climb up a flight of stairs to the second floor.the kitchen is on the 2nd floor,but the bedroom is on the ground floor.in order to exit the unit from the bedroom you have to climb up very steep spiral stairs to the 2nd floor, and walk down a flight of stairs to the ground floor again. The bedroom is not big; the bed is. This leave a very narrow walkway between the bed and the wall. The customer service does not seem to exist. The only clothes cabinet is locked.sent massages to the owner but didn't receive any response during the 2 days of our stay. We had to put our clothes on the floor.

The location is fantastic and close to many sites. The apartment itself was very cozy and quaint with plenty of room for the family. Would recommend it as a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Afuera parecía inseguro y olía mucho a orines. El check-in fue muy laborioso y el hotel no se pudo poner en contacto para enviarme la información del check-in (esto es para Hoteles.com). Si estoy reservando el hotel medidante hoteles.com, deberían compartir la información necesaria con el hotel, para que nos puedan contactar como huespedes. Regresando a las instalaciones, la regadera era demasiado pequeña y la habitación de muy nubes tamaño.

It is a nice, quaint property with nicely decorated rooms. It is in a good location that is easily walkable to the town square.

Our 3 bedrooms 2 bath property was very large and all 3 bedrooms had comfortable king size beds. High ceilings and double sound proof windows. The pictures on the listing were pretty accurate. Kitchen is very basic and worked well for us to primarily heat leftovers/takeouts or make tea. The bathrooms are basic but more than adequate. You can hear the people staying on the floor above but we were lucky that they weren’t particularly loud during our stay. The location is superb in the middle of Old Town but tucked away on a quiet street. Excellent cafe for breakfast and snacks on the ground floor. There is no reception and all doors operate with key pads. Would recommend for families and a large group traveling together.

Afuera parecía inseguro y olía mucho a orines. El check-in fue muy laborioso y el hotel no se pudo poner en contacto para enviarme la información del check-in (esto es para Hoteles.com). Si estoy reservando el hotel medidante hoteles.com, deberían compartir la información necesaria con el hotel, para que nos puedan contactar como huespedes. Regresando a las instalaciones, la regadera era demasiado pequeña y la habitación de muy nubes tamaño.

Ubicación inmejorable. Limpio. Disponibilidad continua del personal. A mejorar, se echó en falta un sofá en la zona superior, que era la de acceso para pasar el rato más cómodo ya que el dormitorio y baño estaban en la planta inferior con escaleras estrechas.

Det er på ingen måde et hyggeligt sted. Ingen reception, mørkt og samtidigt er der rod i organiseringen. Hvis ikke det lå godt og personale var venlige, havde det fået et stjerne.

The property was clean and exactly what the photos looked like. It was in the heart of old town. It was great for the price, and I would absolutely stay there again! Absolutely recommend.

The location is fantastic and close to many sites. The apartment itself was very cozy and quaint with plenty of room for the family. Would recommend it as a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

We purchased parking, but instead got a ticket for driving through a pedestrian area. No maps. No directions. No information. Could not find the building, then could not get in. Lots of calls to make it all happen Hours of exhausted frustration, and wondering if anyone would even answer the phone. We did get in, and loved the place. Air conditioner was moldy downstairs, so used the kitchen a/c to filter cold air. None of the promised WiFi existed. Still wonderfully located, and comfortable. Savoy Cafe next door - a favorite for breakfast and coffee.

The property was absolutely stunning. On a quiet side street very close to everything. We also greatly enjoyed the cafe next door. Would definitely stay here again.

The property has a old family home feel to it. Very comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast on the roof terrace. It's very peaceful up there. The location is absolutely perfect for every possible place of interest. We always came back to freshen up etc in Between visiting places as its so close that you are never far from anything.

Our 3 bedrooms 2 bath property was very large and all 3 bedrooms had comfortable king size beds. High ceilings and double sound proof windows. The pictures on the listing were pretty accurate. Kitchen is very basic and worked well for us to primarily heat leftovers/takeouts or make tea. The bathrooms are basic but more than adequate. You can hear the people staying on the floor above but we were lucky that they weren’t particularly loud during our stay. The location is superb in the middle of Old Town but tucked away on a quiet street. Excellent cafe for breakfast and snacks on the ground floor. There is no reception and all doors operate with key pads. Would recommend for families and a large group traveling together.

The property and features exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the 2 BR with terrace. The pictures are accurate and the spaces are larger than expected. The rooftop terrace is a great way to end a day on the town. There is a great view of the Church of St Giles spire and clock from the terrace and one of the bedroom windows.

Amazing place to stay, full of character! Great location! Loved everything about it except the noise from a neighbor. There were drunk, loud people coming and going all night two nights in a row. We called the security phone number provided and someone came and spoke to them. We appreciated their help, but it was still frustrating. Would still recommend, but make sure to have that phone number handy.
