Ich möchte Ihnen eine Rückmeldung zu meinem Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel geben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung des Zimmers, die insgesamt gut war. Auch der Pool war sauber und ansprechend. Die Umkleidekabinen hingegen waren äußerst kalt, und es gab keinen einzigen Schlüssel für die Schließfächer im Bereich der Frauen, was sehr unpraktisch war. Leider gab es einige gravierende Mängel, die ich nicht unerwähnt lassen möchte. Im Badezimmer waren die Fliesen beschädigt, das Waschbecken war defekt und auch die Beleuchtung funktionierte nicht. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war akzeptabel, jedoch nicht makellos. Besonders unangenehm war, dass das Zimmermädchen ohne vorheriges Anklopfen kurz nach 8 Uhr morgens in das Zimmer kam. Ein schwerwiegendes Problem war zudem der Flohbefall im Bett, wodurch wir beide stark zerbissen wurden. Dies ist absolut inakzeptabel und stellt ein ernsthaftes Hygieneproblem dar. Darüber hinaus war die Sauna während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktionsfähig. Ich bitte Sie dringend, diese Punkte zu überprüfen und entsprechende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um zukünftigen Gästen einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen

Sehr netter Empfang, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (Mehrpreis), großes Zimmer, Bett und Ausstattung top, sauber, Zimmer mit Badewanne, WLAN sehr gut, Frühstück top (Mehrpreis), ruhige Lage, Restaurants in der Nähe (zu Fuß erreichbar), Schwimmbad und Saunas im Hause: beides genutzt und top, ruhige Lage, Rezeption konnte unsere Fragen immer beantworten und war auch sehr hilfsbereit…

Ungepflegtes Hotel Mein zweiter Aufenthalt und es war etwas grausig. 3 Tage Aufenthalt. 1. Zimmer stank nach Zigarettenrauch und ich bekam direkt ein neues Zimmer. Zimmersauberkeit könnte besser sein. Haare im Bad und alles etwas staubig. Seife und Kosmetiktücher werden nicht aufgefüllt und das während 3 Tagen Aufenthalt. Housekeeping rennt ab 8:00Uhr durchs Haus und es werden Türen geknallt. Zimmerservice könnte ruhig ab 10 Uhr anfangen. Ausschlafen war somit nicht möglich. Ebensowenig wurde im Zimmer die Kaffeetrinken aufgefüllt. Diese ist zudem wenig bestückt. Bettdecken und Kopfkissen sind gefühlt 30 Jahre alt. Boden und Fliesen sind defekt. Poolbereich war ja mal die reinste Chaos. Keine Handtücher, verdreckte und ungepflegte umkleide und liege Bereiche. Der Boden wurde wohl ewig nicht gereinigt. Kaffeemaschine in der Eingangshalle defekt. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da ich keins gebucht habe. Positiv: 24h Rezeption und Getränke/Snackautomaten sowie Tiefgarage obwohl in der Umgebung genügend öffentliche kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden sind. U-Bahn U7 Rohrdamm 5 Minuten entfernt. Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind recht freundlich. Housekeeping grüßt nicht schaut einen nur doof an.

Das Mobiliar ist sehr veraltet. Hinter den Heizkörpern wird gar nicht sauber gemacht. Die Bettwäsche ist zwar sauber, aber mit wohl nicht mehr auswaschbaren Flecken drauf gewesen. Spinnweben an den Decken. Ein komplettes No Go für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel!!!! Bei Anreise musste man lange warten bis an der Rezeption jemand endlich kam und man wurde einfach nur auf sein Zimmer geschickt, ohne irgendwelche weiterenä Hotelinfos zu erhalten, wie z.B. Frühstücksmöglichkeit etc. Der Empfang war wirklich nicht herzlich. Im Gesamten bin ich sehr über dieses Hotel enttäuscht. Dieses Hotel gleicht definitiv nicht einem 4 Sterne-Hotel und ich würde dieses Hotel weder nochmal buchen noch weiter empfehlen.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Für zum Übernachten echt gut geeignet. Die Reinigungsfachkraft hatte leider mein Bitte Nicht Stören Schild ignoriert und einfach in mein Zimmer gelegt. Die Spinnweben am Fenster könnten bei Gelegenheiten auch weg. Sonst war alles super.

I am very disappointed in this IHG Hotel. Having stayed in the one in Amsterdam I have such good expectations especially because the staff there were very hospitable. However for Berlin City West, booking via Expedia I am sure that I booked the room with “Breakfast included” and upon checkin the staff said breakfast is not included and I showed him then he agreed, the next morning going for breakfast I was told that I need to buy breakfast which I was shocked because I thought upon checkin the staff fixed it. I went to the reception again and the person said oh I’ve added now. However, on the day of checkout, I was told I need to pay for breakfast for the 3 days. which left me utterly shocked. I said no, I told the person upon checkin but he argued upon which I said I wanted to see the manager. The guy who is the manager came out, he said oh with such low rates you booked breakfast definitely was not included. I booked a month ago, where the rates were low, I didn’t book 2 days prior to check in. The staffs are unfriendly. This is not what I had expected from an IHG Hotel at all. It should be made explicitly clear on Expedia as well as on IHG if or not breakfast is included. Having paid more than fair share of money for something that was said to have been included but was not, this is absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay at this IHG hotel again especially due to the lack of hospitality by the staffs and for not making things perfectly clear instead of the back and forths

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Reception was understaffed (particularly at peak times) and disorganised - tried to charge me for my stay, despite our having pre-paid and a receipt. Also forgot to pre-book a taxi for me, despite having agreed to do so.

I like this hotel, I´ve used it ever since the old airport at Tegel was operative since the hotel is very close, either by going with a taxi or by rental car. Now, with the new airport at the opposite side of Berlin, I still use this hotel, which can be reached by S- and U-bahn.

Many years ago, I found this hotel very practical for it´s closeness to the Berlin Airport at the time. Now that the new airport is at the totally other end of Berlin, I still use this hotel because I like it. Good standard, reasonable prices, free street parking just outside, fairly big rooms, nice personnel - significally better than similarly priced hotels downtown. Fairly good restaurant also. I haven´t used breakfast so cannot comment on this. Reasonably easy to reach the nearest U-bahn U7, some six minutes walk.

Dieses Produkt ist leider nicht mehr was es einmal war. Gewählt wegen Lage (Busstation fast vor dem Haus) und Innenpool. Zimmer gut, Frühstück leider sehr enttäuschend, für diesen Preis ungenügende Qualität der Speisen und wenig Auswahl. Personal nicht kompetent und nicht freundlich, Eingang Speisesaal lautstarker Streit zwischen Frühstückskraft und anderen Gästen. Eine Stunde late check out wurde direkt abkassiert, 0 Kulanz, nichtmal ein Gratiswasser auf dem Zimmer, bin mir als hotels.com-Goldmember besseres gewöhnt. Personal leider so enttäuschend dass ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen werde.

Sehr netter Empfang, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage (Mehrpreis), großes Zimmer, Bett und Ausstattung top, sauber, Zimmer mit Badewanne, WLAN sehr gut, Frühstück top (Mehrpreis), ruhige Lage, Restaurants in der Nähe (zu Fuß erreichbar), Schwimmbad und Saunas im Hause: beides genutzt und top, ruhige Lage, Rezeption konnte unsere Fragen immer beantworten und war auch sehr hilfsbereit…

I am very disappointed in this IHG Hotel. Having stayed in the one in Amsterdam I have such good expectations especially because the staff there were very hospitable. However for Berlin City West, booking via Expedia I am sure that I booked the room with “Breakfast included” and upon checkin the staff said breakfast is not included and I showed him then he agreed, the next morning going for breakfast I was told that I need to buy breakfast which I was shocked because I thought upon checkin the staff fixed it. I went to the reception again and the person said oh I’ve added now. However, on the day of checkout, I was told I need to pay for breakfast for the 3 days. which left me utterly shocked. I said no, I told the person upon checkin but he argued upon which I said I wanted to see the manager. The guy who is the manager came out, he said oh with such low rates you booked breakfast definitely was not included. I booked a month ago, where the rates were low, I didn’t book 2 days prior to check in. The staffs are unfriendly. This is not what I had expected from an IHG Hotel at all. It should be made explicitly clear on Expedia as well as on IHG if or not breakfast is included. Having paid more than fair share of money for something that was said to have been included but was not, this is absolutely ridiculous. I will never stay at this IHG hotel again especially due to the lack of hospitality by the staffs and for not making things perfectly clear instead of the back and forths

Hatte Zimmer mit Doppelbett reserviert und bekam eines mit zwei Betten. Dann ging Fernseher nicht. Als ich abends um 23:10 noch einen Absacker an der Hotelbar trinken wollte, sagte man mir, dass die Bar um 23 Uhr geschlossen hat. Und das in Berlin. 🙈 Am nächsten Morgen klopfte um 9 Uhr ein Zimmermädchen und fragte, wann wir das zimmer täumen, weil eir dich heute abreisen.
