I like the possition of this hotel, the crew is friendly. The rooftopbar was closed that was disappointing. Housekeeping took my daughters empty parfumbox from her desk. The hotel is okay but not excellent.

Hotel is clearly undergoing renovation - the hallways were a bit scrappy while they were being fixed up - the rooms however were perfectly comfortable. I had a room with a spa bath and a spa bath on the balcony and it was great! Would stay here again - would love to see what the hallways are like post-renovation!

Der var renovering igang( larm og lugt og støj . Gangene var fyldt med dele . Vi blev beskyldt i at have drukket noget for minibaren som vi ikke havde . Virkelig ikke et sted at anbefale . Kommer ikke der igen.

Struttura da rivedere … allarme antincendio alle 5.00 della mattina partito per un falso incendio .. piscine sempre piene di persone e mai utilizzato … servizio gluten free pessimo ..

It was a nice hotel in a really good central location. The pool/spa was good although it took a long time to book in a treatment. The room was nice with a good power shower. Breakfast was ok but with room for improvement.

Very good location. Pool on roof a . My room didnt had a window thats very bad..and communicate room are bad too. you can ear everything in the other room. Breakfast is ok to start your day. Go early lot of people and no room to sit down. Clean rooms. Everything is brand new. Old building fresh new look. Would recommend and i will go back.

Die Jacuzzi Suiten sind zwar klein, aber funktional. Der Roof Top Pool ist toll. Schade ist, dass die Sauna im Keller nicht wirklich Temperatur hatte mit knapp 40°, dafür war das Dampfbad mega heiß. Alles in allem Preis Leistung mit ca. 100€ für Jacuzzi Suite mit HP / Nacht ein Top Angebot aber das Frühstück hat Potential und vor allem das Abendessen viel room for improvement ;-). Wir würden es wieder buchen ... 👍

I stayed at the Peak hotel years ago and I must say they've really did a good job with the renovations,the lobby is beautiful and glitzy.On arrival we were warmly welcomed and offered drinks while the check in was being done. Unfortunately the room I booked was not available for the first night but I was offered one of three other rooms which I reluctantly accepted, I was offered a complementary dinner for the inconvenience for my family and I. The location is absolutely perfect, just off Istiklal street and close to Taksim square with loads of shops and restaurants around. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly and helpful especially Mohammed at guest relations. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Overall I was very happy with my choice and as a regular visitor to Istanbul I'll definitely return.

Oda temiz ve iki kişi için yeterli alana sahipti. Merkezde olduğu için İstanbul’un her yerine ulaşım çok kolaydı. Sadece girişte su veriliyor ve diğer konakladığınız günler için ise suyu kendiniz dışarıdan temin ediyorsunuz. Duş için ayrılan şampuan ve duş jelleri organic ürünlerden yapılmış, çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı saatlerinin uzatılması gerekiyor çünkü kahvaltı salonu her saat çok yoğun ve serviste çok fazla aksamalar vardı. Masalar çok temiz değildi. Bunun dışında otel resepsiyon görevlileri çok kibar ve sorun çözme odaklılar. Güvenlik konusunda harika bir otel. Otele giriş yapmadan gelen kargom alındı ve çok iyi bir şekilde korundu. Otelden memnun kaldım.

Det var små fluer overalt på ene rommet så sønnene mine måtte bytte rom men der var det frukt rester. Vi måtte vente 1,5 timer for å få rom. Rommet var på første etasje og vi hørte alle som gikk gjennom gaten og som satt på kafeen. Det var liten rom og han ene i skranken var veldig uhøflig.

Temizlik konusunda bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Her gün odamız toplandı havlular değişti. Kahvaltısı yeterli değil. Simit ve kruvazanlar kuru. Çeşit az. Hafta içi kahvaltı çok zayıftı. Hafta sonu çeşidi çoğalttılar. Otel eski, oda çok küçük. Personel yardımcı. Konumu çok iyi.

Konum çok iyi ama sadece konumuyla yetinmemeli kahvaltı kötü temizlik kötününde kötüsü on gün orda kaldık dört kere yerleri silmelerini söyledim dördündede sılmedıler .

We arrived at 12 midnight. Rooms were not ready. Waited for over an hour. They gave wrong rooms to me and my wife and my two sons. Did not have correct rooms on booking. They said hotel.com sent wrong reservation. It was late so we needed rest after long journey. We were in a very small room with small window for 2 nights before they moved us to our booked delux jetted tub room. My sons were moved yo there correct room the following morning. Dinner was really bad. Long lines. No plates. Long wait. We all got bad stomach from 1st dinner so decide to not have dinner at hotel again. Really bad food and badly organised. Breakfast was the same. Only i had breakfast on 2 occasions and it was very low standard. Coffee etc was very low standard. My son found some poop on his toilt seat in there new room. To sum it up. First 3 days was just running around trying to sort rooms out. Final week was ok when we got our correct rooms. This is not a 5 star or even 4 star hotel. It should be 3 stars. I always book with hotel.com and was dissatisfied with this booking???

Sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, jedoch lässt der Zustand des Hotels zu wünschen übrig. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und so herrschten zwischen 26-29 Grad in dem Zimmer. Das Fenster welches in den Innenhof ging konnte leider kaum Abkühlung bringen. Die Hygiene im Badezimmer war ok. Lage des Hotels ist sehr Zentral

Our stay at the Ramada By Wyndham was amazing. The rooms were so clean and the service was outstanding.

Was moved to a quiet room as my original room was on the first floor with no curtains in full view of everyone. The aircon didnt work was way too hot and the bathroom sink and door both came away. Informed reception and nothing was done!

Odalar çok küçük ve eski. Lavabo odanın ortasında mesela. Mobilyalar eski. Bence yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Konum mükemmel

Aile odasinin ebeveyn kisminda hic pencere yok, diger kisimda ise ışıklıga bakan kucucuk bir penceresi var. Basık ve sıkışık bir otel. Ama tabiki konumu çok iyi.

Unfortunately, the temperature of the rooms was not good. I had two different rooms there and one was too cold and another too hot, while one of them was on the street side and too much noise was coming into the room during the night.

First I was given the ugliest small room without a window. After complains and 1 night I got a nicer room. Still not acceptable.

We had several rooms booked, and reconfirmed a day prior to our travel (having seen other poor reviews), but upon arrival at the hotel and after 10-15 mins the reception at first advised we did not have all rooms booked and then said none of the rooms were available due to "natural disaster" The whole party was moved to another hotel for 1 night out of our 3 night stay. No manager was available until the 3rd night to be able to discuss this. On the second day in the hotel restaurant, whereby we had paid for dinner and was supposed to be open from 7pm to 9pm, ran out of food at 8:30pm and all food was taken away. The food situation was resolved on the 3rd day when management took note of our complaint. We were all vegetarian, had forewarned the hotel at the same time as booking and indeed on the morning of the 2nd night when we had to re-check in from the other hotel, yet the restaurant stated they had no idea about our request. Re:the inconvenience of room changes - the manager offered free access to swimming pool and steam room etc, which were included in the hotel stay anyway. One room\'s bathroom had mould all over the floor, nothing was done about it for the 2nd night, and on the 3rd night the room had to be changed. There were several other patrons at reception area either complaining or asking for rooms to be changed or even reduced to tears. Overall, the hotel seemed to be overbooked and staff were either stressed or appearing to be disinterested and even swearing.

Everything went wrong. Check in took 2 hours and ended up missing our sight seeing tour. Hotels says, we don’t have reservations. Had to call hotels.com executive several time to get it sorted. Later once the reservation was traced, they provided us standard rooms instead of our booked deluxe jacuzzi rooms and had to struggle another hour to get it sorted. Over all missed a precious day out of my two days stay in Istanbul. Such a waste when you are on a tightly planned holiday.

İzolasyon çok kötü, yan odalardan çok ses alıyor. Güzel bir yüzme havuzu var. Personel kibar, çok güleryüzlü ve çok yardımsever. Kahvaltı güzel ama akşam yemeği çok zayıf. Restoranda masa sayısı yetersiz. Sonuç : fiyatına göre çok başarılı bir otel. Tavsiye ederim

Waste of money, wish I stayed elsewhere, I chose this hotel because of the name and reputation however the experience lacked all to support the "big name". A hotel manager (the guy with the big hair and gel) was so unhelpful, he refused to call my taxi service upon checkout, I was struggling to understand them, I asked him to help and he said no, it\'s not our company?! Wow. Booked this ages ago, I asked for a room with a nice view, I was placed in a room facing a building, couldn\'t tell what time of day it was. My request fell on deaf ears. Asking to change rooms proved impossible, eventually after many requests they did, another awful room, a shower without a door to conceal the water falling out onto the bathroom floor. Air con in the room smelt like cigarette smoke. Biggest waste of money, Ramada is such a let down, honestly if you\'re reading this before booking, don\'t do it, it\'s crappy. Keep looking you will find something better, not worth the high costs they charge.

Such a dissapointment for Ramada chain. I booked this hotel for my wedding anniversary and to unwind after the war that happened in Lebanon during summer. I made sure to email the hotel a week before to tell them about my wedding anniversary so they would make sure to consider for this occassion. They didnt reply at my email at all, which is strange action from a famous chain. The check in was smooth and comfy, our room number#5119 (STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM ROOM) a very small and narrow room, the shower is terrible, the water will get outside the tube bcs there is no curtains nor door. The tub was very high, so with the water on the floor and the high tub, its a recipe for broken bones, but wait a minute, the guys has installed a support steel bar to help you out of this death trap, guess what?? Its not well installed bcs the wall is supporting it... the suggar strips that in the coffee table were half opened at the top and you can feel the sugar inside is granulized due to moist, so I said to myself its human error, so I put them out of the coffee tray next to the other used coffee capsules. THEY RETURN THEM TO THE COFFEE TABLE EXPECTING US TO USE THEM!!!!!!!! And when we complained at the reception, the guy was rude and uncooperative and told us that its nothing major... I decided I dont want to waste my energy on unprofessional individual, my sanity is way more important. Such a dissapointment for my anniversary and I and my people not going back to this pension. SHAME

Dette hotel er virkelig ringe. Ingen plads på værelse. Dårlig rengøring Virkelig slidt. Morgenmaden var virkelig ringe og der er ikke plads til alle gæster. Alt i alt en virkelig dårlig oplevelse. Dog var placeringen af hotellet centralt. Men skal være opmærksom på at der forekommer en del larm fra de omkringliggende barer/restauranter.

Great stay for exploring istanbul being close to Galata tower & bridge. Also close to Sishane metro and buses easy to get around and explore the city and its other monuments.

Konum olarak çok güzel ancak eski otel ve kahvaltı vs diğer Ramada konseptleri ile alakası yoktu, çok vasat hatta altıydı. Çalışanlar yardım sever be güler yüzlüydü. Ses yalıtımı yoktu asansöre binenler ii dahi dindiliyorsunuz.

Vasatın biraz üstünde. Kahvalti cok zayif, otel eski odada bakım geren yerler yapilmamis. Fiyat olarak ve konum itibariyle tercih ebilebilir. Daha iyi 3 yıldız oteller gördüm

I like to stay in Pera vs Taksim; it’s practically next to Taksim, only 2 minutes walk to Istiqlal street. Lovely hotel. Great breakfast and dinner options. I’ll definitely stay there again. Regards, David
