Mercure Paris Boulogne

We were at the end of our 10 day trip and were going to the PSG game on our last night. We stayed at the property due to its proximity to the stadium. We booked a suite for three people. We were put on the 8th floor [FYI - The 8th floor is a dump!]. A big problem for us was that the only elevator to the 8th floor was not working. We we not told this until we checked in and received our key. We had to drag three suitcases up the stairs from the 7th floor. The only benefit to the suite was the balcony. The bedding provided for the fold out couch did not fit. It was very warm in the room and we couldn't get the a/c to work. I never received an e-mail with our final bill, so I am not sure what I paid for. I couldn't find any contact info. online to discuss our issues with management. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!

Dommage que les wc ne soient pas séparés et une mauvaise odeur dans le couloir menant aux chambres était très présente

Plateaux de petit déjeuner posés par terre dans la couloir pendant 24heures… État général de la chambre moyen…

Chambre propre. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner au top !
