Had to carry bags a long way from parking. Accommodation was also a distance away from reception. Not bad as a couple, would be annoying if you had children and lots of luggage.

Check in was easy and quick. Friendly staff. We stayed in one of the serviced apartments. Really big. Like a proper one bed apartment. I would stay here again. Very enjoyable overall.

dim room, frayed carpets, had to have lights on all the time even daytime when it was sunny outside, couldn't open double doors to balcony. After requesting key received the key for another door to balcony that was like a fire door -heavy and no way to leave open, still no key to double doors, windows were dirty and despite requesting be cleaned did not happen, outside the balcony (stoned area that had old mops, cans and other rubbish. There were no facilities in building we were in and told the only access to open air pool (which was a key reason for the booking this accommodation) was in a building that has only 2 bedroom apartments....finally given access to the outside pool - the process was to go to reception which was not in our building to collect key tag for another building up another road and then to return key to reception when finished -unable to access indoor pool with our key tag which again was not in the building the apartment was in and to top it all had to ring and bang on door to reception at 4am on departure which was 24 hours - the quick return box was inside the reception area - The Sebel failed to meet its 4 and a 1/2 star rating and the advertising of this place is misleading.
