We enjoyed our stay at Green Apple. Love the place decor, very comfortable, clean and the host was so nice and friendly. Also the breakfast was lovely. Best thing also is there's free parking.

We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, and showed to our room which was spotlessly clean, if rather small, but perfectly good for a one night stay. Decor/furnishings/breakfast room really nicely done. There was lots of choice for breakfast (vegan options well stocked), however the was no 'full English'. Parking was road-side round the corner, but still within 50 metres.

Lovely clean room, plenty of space for our clothes for a 5 day stay. Fab view out to sea. Recently refurbed bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast, Adrian even got in extra stuff for me as I'm gluten free, and generally couldn't do enough for us. Very handy for buses and little supermarket only a few doors away.

The owner, Adrian, was amiable and very attentive. However, the room (Pacific Rose) we were given had a very musty smell. When we opened the door, we thought it was the initial smell of the room that had not been opened very often, so we decided not to make a fuss and try to enjoy the stay, especially since we came in the evening. We booked the room for two nights. However, the smell was so strong we couldn't sleep. I decided we could not remain in this condition any longer, and I booked a hotel for the next night. I was wondering how safe it was for us to spend another night there, especially since we had a child with us. We mentioned to Adrian about the smell in the room, and he was aware of the situation. Nevertheless, we were given the room. Adrain has taken what we said, so I hope this will change for future guests. Some might say that is why we did not ask for a different room and stayed another night. I would answer why we have not been offered a proper room in the first place if the owner was aware of the condition of the room, and was still happy to invite paying guests. Anyway, I hope the room will be sorted, as Adrian was a perfect host. However, I think for us it is the last stay in any B&B, and we will use hotels in the future.

I had a lovely stay at the Green Apple, the room was clean with a very nice view over looking the sea. The beakfast was continental which was good and the host Adrian was extremely helpful, would definitely stay again.

The B&B is run by two brothers who were very friendly and welcoming. The decor is very good and particulary liked the various quotes situated on the walls to the dining area. Our room had great views of the sea with an en-suite shower. However, it was a bit tight to get into along the bed (windowside). Breakfast is continental which was good, however, option for poached eggs, scrambled eggs would have been a preference if offered. Overall we had a nice stay there and it offered good value for money.

Absolutely loved our stay in St Ives. Green Apple b&b exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be back. Adrian is a truly wonderful host who made us feel comfortable at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He was always available when we needed him and extremely pleasant to talk to. He is very clued up about the area, this helped us a lot. We also aren't the type of family who would normally eat continental breakfast as we prefer a full english, but it was so lovely! Everything was so fresh and tasty and there was a lot of choice! The kitchen area was very pretty and quirky, and our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the sea, our beds were extremely comfortable. Nothing to complain about! Thank you!! :)

Well where do i start owner Adrian and his brother Craig brilliant hosts nothing to much trouble .the room quirky and as got everything you need for a nice stay continental breakfast plus other things very nice and plenty of it will be going again and would highly recommend thanks guys.

The B&B is run by two brothers who were very friendly and welcoming. The decor is very good and particulary liked the various quotes situated on the walls to the dining area. Our room had great views of the sea with an en-suite shower. However, it was a bit tight to get into along the bed (windowside). Breakfast is continental which was good, however, option for poached eggs, scrambled eggs would have been a preference if offered. Overall we had a nice stay there and it offered good value for money.

Absolutely loved our stay in St Ives. Green Apple b&b exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be back. Adrian is a truly wonderful host who made us feel comfortable at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He was always available when we needed him and extremely pleasant to talk to. He is very clued up about the area, this helped us a lot. We also aren't the type of family who would normally eat continental breakfast as we prefer a full english, but it was so lovely! Everything was so fresh and tasty and there was a lot of choice! The kitchen area was very pretty and quirky, and our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the sea, our beds were extremely comfortable. Nothing to complain about! Thank you!! :)

Affordable pricing. Good location. Very helpful host. Continental breakfast but that is an area for improvement. Overall, would stay here again and do recommend this property for your visit in St Ives.

We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome, and showed to our room which was spotlessly clean, if rather small, but perfectly good for a one night stay. Decor/furnishings/breakfast room really nicely done. There was lots of choice for breakfast (vegan options well stocked), however the was no 'full English'. Parking was road-side round the corner, but still within 50 metres.

Lovely clean room, plenty of space for our clothes for a 5 day stay. Fab view out to sea. Recently refurbed bathroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast, Adrian even got in extra stuff for me as I'm gluten free, and generally couldn't do enough for us. Very handy for buses and little supermarket only a few doors away.

A very comfortable stay with a lovely help yourself multi choice breakfast every morning, Easy access to St Ives and surrounding area. Very helpful and friendly owners. Would stay again if in area. Highly recommend

Very good- the breakfast room awesome with cute quotes on the walls. The the sweet tea pots 😃 Breakfast with a lot of alternatives that i think suit both Scandinavians and people's who wish a sweeter touch. I will come back!

I had a lovely stay at the Green Apple, the room was clean with a very nice view over looking the sea. The beakfast was continental which was good and the host Adrian was extremely helpful, would definitely stay again.

This was my second stay at the Green Apple. The owners are very helpful and friendly. My room was very comfortable and clean. Parking was no problem as there are spaces along the road at the side of the hotel. The hotel is situated quite close to Carbis Bay railway station and the journey to St Ives by rail is about three minutes. You can walk into St Ives via a footpath, which takes about 30-40 minutes. It's mostly downhill so it takes a bit longer on the way back.

Room was lovely staff were very welcoming, the only thing I could suggest is sweetener in the room with the tea and coffee making stuff and maybe low fat yoghurts in the breakfast area for the people who are healthy eating. Other than that it was pretty good place to stay and I would return.

Myself and the little one arrived a little earlier than expected and were promptly greeted by the host, who was warm and welcoming. He kindly gave us a brief tour of the amenities before showing us to our room, which was immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was enjoyable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely return.
