Check in went very smooth. The manager told us to look at the room and make sure we liked it, said if we didn't he could move us across the hall. The room was fine. The place is older, but was clean. The tub had a hole of sorts that had a rubber mat over it so you really did not see it and did not affect showering. The ice machine was great, always had ice when I topped off my cooler. The manager was quick to bring me an additional wash cloth when they only gave us one for two of us. Was a very short drive to IMS. It worked for us as we were not in the room very often. I would stay again.

Everything in the hotel was clean and available. Well-lit parking area. Felt safe. A few unruly guests were shouting in Spanish down the hallway until about midnight but someone came to quiet them down. The hotel was as advertised and would stay there again.

Not a fancy hotel but was upgraded to a bigger room due to an early check in. Very unexpected and greatly appreciated. Could have made us wait till check in time. Very clean with nice features - kitchenette with sink, cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. Very quiet. Very comfortable. I would stay here again. Priced right. Only thing missing was a mirror in the room.

It was nice place to lay my head in a fairly underfunded neighborhood, it wasn’t too active and I felt safe. It was also quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Upon walking in, you can tell that people have definitely smoked in the hallways at one point, but the rooms are clean and don’t hold any odor. Housekeeping was fantastic, I did request extra pillows because I needed to elevate my ankles after long walks at the convention center, but I managed to make it okay. Definitely bring your own soap though, for an “extended stay” the soap is the size of two quarters stacked together so it will barely last a single shower. The small fridge, kitchenette and microwave definitely came in handy, and was clean and ready for use. May definitely book again for next year!

We reserved a room based on the photograph, which showed a kitchenette. Our first room had only exposed plumbing. After waiting 15 minutes for someone at the front desk, we were assigned a different room with a kitchenette. Both units smelled, but in completely different ways. The new kitchenette had no utensils and one chair. Yet another 15 minute wait. After another 20 minutes, two plastic spoons and knives were delivered to our door. No extra chairs available because "all the rooms were occupied". They most definitely were not. Complimentary half eaten cottage cheese container left in fridge for us. Otherwise, it was fine. Clean sheets and bathroom. Pay the extra $5 for a well managed facility.

Studio 6 is very unique! They provide you with more than just a bedroom to sleep in. The kitchenette and little dining table and refrigerator made it a very cozy living space. Very nice.

At a quick glance the room appeared to be decent but the longer you’re there the roaches start to come out in the kitchenette area . There was also a large gray cat roaming the building.

Room was ok for the money. Hallway had a smell. Bed was very comfortable, renovations are somewhat recent. I give them credit for trying. Wouldn't recommend using the ice for drinks, disgusting.

It was a decent hotel but not for the price. I get it was INDY 500 weekend but the room was okay. There was trash in the bathroom floor and the wood in the bathroom floor was all bubbled from water damage, toilet ran constantly, hallways smelled of weed all the time, area was a little sketch, pretty sure one night I heard ~15 gunshots and a car speeding off at about midnight. I will be booking somewhere else but it is close-ish to the track and somewhere to put your head down and shower after a long day in the sun.

Extended stay hotels are always a mixed bag, and this is no exception. The desk was manned by a friendly couple that were very helpful. The room itself had been well-used with dings and scratches everywhere, and some sloppy painting. However, it was very clean. The mattress seemed newer, or at least in good shape, as it was surprisingly firm. We bring our own pillows, so no comment on those. A slight annoyance was only one chair in the room, but since we weren't really eating or anything there, it wasn't a big deal. Water pressure and temperature was good, and the HVAC seemed to work properly. I was initially concerned due to the lingering smell of marijuana in the hallway, but there was none in the room, and the other residents these two nights seemed to be quiet. The towels and washcloths, however, were some of the roughest ones I've ever used in my life, which might be my biggest negative. All in all, it's a Motel 6, so set your expectations accordingly.

Could not get Wi-Fi from my room, had to go to the front desk to able to get Wi-Fi password down loaded , had to have the front desk come to my room to turn the television on, the control for the A C did not work, the A C is now connected by a thermostat on the wall, I did not know or see the thermostat, bed was very comfortable ,location was right off the freeway !

Room was advertised with a queen bed but its only a full. Pillows are horrible. So broken down they feel like a bag of cotton balls. Couldnt get extra towels for the room at 8PM cause housekeeping was gone for the day.

Not sure why there wasn't a mirror in my or my friend's room. No chair in my room, friend had at least a usable 4 legged chair. I appreciated the vinyl plank flooring. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. When I first entered the room the smoke detector was chirping. The television in 151 has bad pixels and should be replaced. I payed about half price of normal by booking 7 months ahead and I did get a better experience than I expected.

Terrible. Do. It stay here. Couldn’t contact hotel before or after as phone line never worked. They called us and tried to cancel stay before we came. Door deadbolt didn’t work. Then when my wife got sick and we had to leave, there was no one at front desk to check out early. Tried to get partial refund but because no one was available at desk and no one would answer the phones, we were completely unable to contact hotel. Highly advise AGAINST staying at this facility.

Woke up late and had to pack witha newborn baby who also needs tended too, they were very pushy about me leaving, kept knocking and interrupting me packing, and i even offered to pay foe another night if they coukd just wait for my pay check to come in at 1 but they refused.

I called the desk for sheets and towels, hours after housekeeping rounded due to having an accident. The manager and housekeeper came to the room and the manager questioned me about why I needed these things after telling housekeeping I didn’t need anything. I explained I had an accident and he told me he would need to come into the room to check. I was very uncomfortable with is and just told them both nevermind and I would figure it out myself.

Great check in and so very friendly! The only downside was the area, I had a group of men standing by my car when I came out to run to get food and as a single female traveler it was a bit scary. More lights in the parking lot would be my only suggestion!

Everything in the hotel was clean and available. Well-lit parking area. Felt safe. A few unruly guests were shouting in Spanish down the hallway until about midnight but someone came to quiet them down. The hotel was as advertised and would stay there again.

The propertywas great for what we needed. The room was clean and the staff friendly. There was a conjoined hotel connected to the property for long-term tennents who were often a bit noisey at some parts of the evening. There was also part of the parking lot was used to store U-hauls so there was plenty of parking space but we did not have a vehicle. There was a nearby busstop that brought you right down town, which was very helpful.

It was a decent hotel but not for the price. I get it was INDY 500 weekend but the room was okay. There was trash in the bathroom floor and the wood in the bathroom floor was all bubbled from water damage, toilet ran constantly, hallways smelled of weed all the time, area was a little sketch, pretty sure one night I heard ~15 gunshots and a car speeding off at about midnight. I will be booking somewhere else but it is close-ish to the track and somewhere to put your head down and shower after a long day in the sun.

Cons: Absolutely NO kitchen utensils, cooking supplies (pots/pans), plates, cups, etc., SO MANY POTHOLES in the parking lot, had to check in thru a kiosk (while a person sat behind the desk and read a book), phome did not work, and did not feel like a really safe area.

The parking lot is in shambles. Potholes everywhere. There is no live person at the front desk ever. Internet didn't work. Television didn't work. No one answered the phone when I called about the Internet and television not working. Would recommend staying anywhere else.

The hotel room was clean it was a smooth check in. There is a 50.00 deposit which came back quickly. However the staff is very rude and not helpful at all. Especially the housekeeper lady she is very rude and getting things is like pulling teeth they expect you to know but they don’t tell you anything. Communication sucks I will not stay there again.
