We stayed for 2 nights. Bed was comfy. Complimentary breakfast was good. The parking lot was the worst with big pot holes. The front desk said the city was responsible for the repairs of the parking lot so im guessing it wont be fixed no time soon.

The pool is being used for physical therapy every single day until 5:30 in the evening. We were there for a week with our family and we had a hard time using the pool during the day because of therapy. It was difficult to keep my small children away from the older folks doing. Therapy. I wish this had been disclosed prior to booking or at check in.

Interior of hotel was in decent condition. Other than the entire building smelling like chlorine from the pool. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Biggest drawback was the parking lot and driveway … pot holes that will swallow a small car whole. We were in an f250 and hard a time getting in and out , I can’t imagine a small car or motorcycle trying to get in there.

Parking lot and entrance road are in need of repaving. Lots of potholes and giant craters. Only one entrance for in an out, not including emergency exit only doors that you cannot use your card to reenter, as they are emergency exits only. Other than that, excellent stay for our needs. Clean pool, clean room, plenty of cable channels, full hot breakfast with cold options as well. We all loved the waffles from the maker station! Friendly and helpful staff on every shift!!!

The elevator was out of order. Ice machine out of order. Walkway into front door filled with cigarette butts. Hallway on first floor always wet from.people coming out of pool.The breakfast hostess very pleasant.Parking lot full of potholes.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was attentive. Parking lot is deplorable, some maintenance needed to the front doors and the shower, but still a great room for the price! Pool was very clean.

The property is almost pitch black upon arriving which feels especially unsafe for a solo female traveler. 3 staff members were outside smoking right in the entry way cussing when I arrived. The building is old, but clean. The air conditioning didn't really work. I had a hard time sleeping due to being hot. Half the ice machines were broken, pool was not the cleanest, and gym had 3 pieces of equipemt, one 2 working. It was clean and a place to sleep. I had to be in town and the only other hotel was booked, so it had to do.

The good: staff was very pleasant at check in. Had pumpkin spice Waffles that were great. Bed was comfy. The bad: was a little hard to get to with construction. Pillows are were those flat ones. The ugly: there was a nasty stain on ceiling. A picture had fallen from wall in bathroom and it was laying with all the pieces on toliet. The bed spread smelled like B.O.

Assistant manager is very abrasive, she needs to work on her customer service skills. Also our room was cleaned poorly. My kids found a vodka bottle and old pacifier. The parking lot needs to be redone. I wouldn’t ever stay again unless I absolutely had to.

Room smelled like stale smoke, bathroom walls and ceiling needed repair. Room needed serious updates. was not told about the $50 deposit needed when I checked in. I was very disappointed in the facilities for the money that I had to pay would not stay here or recommend us again.

Did not use the pool due to how filmy the water looked. Felt it was unclean. The room smelled "old" and there was food under the cushions of the couch. Immediately cancelled the 2nd night that was scheduled and showed photos to the front desk. The clerk working the desk was very apologetic and embarrassed by it. She called over the manager and had me show the photo. His response was a shrug off and comment of "so they forgot to sweep it out". They did cancel my second night without a problem. Unfortunately, they had no other rooms and due to the football game that I came down for, the surrounding hotels were booked. I will NEVER stay here again.

The staff checking in and out were wonderful. The property is very outdated. Very unkept and dilapidated. The elevator took forever so ended up taking stairs a couple times. The actual bed was very comfortable, but the room was very old with stained carpets, popcorn ceilings, and the thinnest walls i have ever exciting a hotel. I could hear everything a girl was saying in the next door room at 7:30 in the morning as she was talking on her phone. Like i said the staff was nice but I would not recommended this hotel unless its the last room available in the area due to no updates to help the Comfort Inn hotel line.

When i walked into my room it smelled like mildew. The keys kept not working on the door and at one point the keys didn’t work and my door could just open without a key. They didn’t have maintenance on the weekend and other rooms were doing it so they had to move my room. The pillows were uncomfortable and when i tried to check out no one was at the counter so i just had to leave my keys there

Best thing about the room is the wifi. Was getting just below 100mb/s on my 2012 laptop’s wifi. The included morning breakfast is decent, as they actually serve egg, sausage, shredded hash browns, and biscuits with sausage gravy. The room itself was below average for a few reasons. The general cleanliness was average and what you’d expect. Yet over the course of my 3 day stay I had 2 flies get into the room from outside.

They put noisy people with young kids partying by me then apologized for the excessive noise. But then the very next night put party across the hall again. Then the next night let a drunk belligerent man check in next door. I had to call the front desk 4 times during my stay for excessive noise. I traveled out of state on business and paid good money for a suite. I had not 1 full night of sleep.I will not recommend to my business partners.

Getting into the room was challenging from the start. Only after kicking the door in frustration was it possible to enter. The room was freezing at 66 degrees so I reset it to 72 only to wake up in the night in discomfort. Then the alarm went off at midnight. I’ve had far better experiences.

This is a hard place to review. The hotel itself was very nice and a great deal. We booked a two nights stay for our son’s travel baseball team for Friday and Saturday. It ended up getting a lot of rain down there so the tournament was cut short and I tried cancelling the Saturday stay. My wife went to the front desk and asked to cancel. The lady at the desk said you booked this through Expedia so you’re going to have to do it through them. I spent maybe 30 minutes chatting virtually on line with Expedia and after being on hold for 10 minutes the agent comes back on and says the hotel is t willing to cancel because it’s after 4:00 P:M. We ended up staying the 2nd night because we knew we were going to pay for it anyways. All the hotel would have needed to say was we can’t cancel after 4:00 to let us know, rather then pass the buck only to waste my time talking with Expedia. Seems to be no customer service anymore.

I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay so comfortable. They went above and beyond and if we are even back in Ohio, I would visit this specific Comfort Inn again. This location is about 20 minutes from the ProFootball Hall of Fame and everything in between. Thank you again!

The property was nice but a little dated. What made the stay amazing was the great customer service we received from a woman named Stacy. She was friendly and personable and made sure we had everything we needed. Five stars to her.

The hotel was good, the only downfall was the parking lot, which is controlled by the city. Lots of potholes and the parking lot lights were not working so its very dark when parking at night.

Hotel itself was clean and staff was friendly. The parking lot is shared with a mall and is a lunar landscape of craters and deteriorating blacktop. Marking to find the hotel is poor and difficult to follow at night.

You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy, nothing horrible. Except the dark pot hole filled parking lot. When we pulled in we thought the hotel was vacant. The front desk woman was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and decently comfortable. They had a hair dryer which was a plus.

It’s ok, clean room and comfortable enough bed. Hard to find, and park lot is a mess of potholes. But was much better price than alternatives that are not that much nicer

I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay so comfortable. They went above and beyond and if we are even back in Ohio, I would visit this specific Comfort Inn again. This location is about 20 minutes from the ProFootball Hall of Fame and everything in between. Thank you again!

We love staying here. The breakfasts are amazing. Sausage gravy and biscuits, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, juice, cereal, milk, bread for toast, muffins, danishes, yogurt, bagels, cream cheese. They make sure it is always clean

The front desk staff were very helpful at check in and checkout. The facilities are mostly clean but very dated. The "free" breakfast left a lot of room for improvement.

Continental breakfast was good, and very much appreciated. Room initially smelled of smoke, likely due to former occupant. Hallway lights were broken right above door. Room door was sticky and required lit of effort to open.

My room, I believe, was recently updated. It was clean and well stocked (towels, toiletries, coffee packets and cups). The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Construction in the general area around the hotel but it did not cause any issue. The pool is very nice and the breakfast had hot items and a waffles. Great place at a great price to spend a night.

Clean, super friendly, yummy fresh lots of free breakfast options. Would definitely recommend. Charlie at the front desk upon check out was great along with Stephanie I think was who checked us in. All employees were super nice and greeted us as during our 4 day stay.

I stayed 3 days. I had to request 3 times to have my room cleaned. On my last day, I spoke with a housekeeper in the hallway, and finally had my room cleaned. The food offered was a notch above dog food. Hot stuff was cold, cold stuff was hot. Bad, bad stay. That being said the staff was friendly.

Best thing about the room is the wifi. Was getting just below 100mb/s on my 2012 laptop’s wifi. The included morning breakfast is decent, as they actually serve egg, sausage, shredded hash browns, and biscuits with sausage gravy. The room itself was below average for a few reasons. The general cleanliness was average and what you’d expect. Yet over the course of my 3 day stay I had 2 flies get into the room from outside.

I don't normally respond to these, but it was a bad experience. Pictures were hanged crooked, pool and exercise room closed. Fire alarm went off at 4am. Lamp shade fell off. Power outage. No shower amenities like shampoo. Ceiling tiles missing in the lobby. Positive side the staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would not recommend a Comfort inn at this time

Pictures of hotel were obviously old. Hotel looked old and outdated. Swimming pool out of order, under construction and looks like will be for a long time if not forever. Fitness room could not be used bc was located in swimming pool area. Breakfast was good, hot and cold food and breakfast attendant was hard working and friendly.

This Comfort Inn has seen better days. The lobby was clean just had a tired old look about it. The pool was closed due to high winds blowing out all the windows. Don’t think the pool will be open till 2027 The closest elevator was down so I had to walk a long hallway to the working one, I’m disabled and walk with a cane. I went to my room on the top floor to a room that was clear at the other end of the hallway. I noticed the carpet needed cleaned really bad or replaced. Hallway needed painted to a lighter color, look dark and dated. My room was very clean but again that carpet was very dirty and needed replaced. The beds were made nice and had lots of pillows. Linens and top white blanket need replaced. The bathroom was clean stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. I went to adjust the shower head and the whole pipe moved in the wall. The room has a table and 2 chairs. That was nice but the chairs were very heavy and hard to move. The material is cloth on the chair tops and has seen better days. The TV was good just kinda small. My room had no TV guide. The table beside my bed has a plug in but my cord kept falling out. The bed was very hard to me. They still use box springs. The heat and air worked good. You get no housekeeping till your 3rd night stay I was told. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t review that. At checkout I asked if my $50.00 pet fee was taken off my Emotional Support Animal ? I was told, that just a way people get to travel with their Pet! Really
