Excelente el hotel, gracias a él servicio de las personas, él sauna y la piscina muy excelente todo me pareció muy bueno recomiendo mucho edt y hotel

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Waschbecken hat Risse), aber sehr sauber. Leckeres Frühstück, gute Betten, prima Schwimmbad zum Schwimmen, ordentlicher Fitnessbereich (könnte noch ein paar Geräte mehr haben). Fahrräder können eingeschlossen werden. Cooler Trinkbrunnen im Foyer.

Virkelig dejligt hotel med rigtig lækker morgenmad, stille på gangene og grønt uden for vinduerne. Man er tit vant til at kigge ind i et andet hotel eller en mur i byhoteller men her var der grønne træer og egern på den anden side. Pænt hotel, dog var der lidt afskalning i loftet og rust på toilettet. Vi benyttede poolen, som var lækker - dog var rengøringen her ikke i top. Der lå skrald og hår rundt i kanten. Fitnessrummet var sparsomt, men med fine maskiner. Fedt at man kunne caste sin egen telefon til fjernsynet og at der var info på fjernsynet også. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand til gode restauranter. Alt i alt et dejligt hotel vi vil anbefale til andre.

Very disappointing experience – not what I expected from a 4-star hotel I booked a two-night stay here and, unfortunately, it did not live up to the 4-star experience I was expecting. The lift was not working during our stay, and the key card access to the adjacent building was faulty, which was inconvenient. The cleanliness of the room was also very disappointing. The bin still had litter in it, the coffee cup had clearly not been properly cleaned from the previous occupant, the coffee machine was dirty, and we even found an empty beer bottle under the bed. To make matters worse, there was building work taking place next door, with loud noise starting as early as 7:30am. This was particularly frustrating as I had booked this trip to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the experience was far from what I had hoped for. Even the checkout experience was disappointing. I handed over my key card and there was no interaction whatsoever — not even a simple “thank you”, “goodbye” or a question about how our stay had been. Given the issues we experienced during our stay, I would have expected at least some basic level of customer service or interest in our experience. Overall, I am really disappointed. When a hotel is advertised as 4-star, I expect a certain standard of cleanliness, facilities and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay fell well short of those expectations, and I certainly did not feel that I received the 4-star experience I had paid for.

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist zentral und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders positiv war das Frühstück. Ausserdem verfügt das Hotel über ein Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnessbeteich, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich attraktiv macht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
