The room was not very clean. The ice bucket had stuff in it, hairs on the towels, grime all over the TV and TV stand. The TV didn't work at first and we had to get staff to come fix it, which they did. The laundry room gets locked at 9pm which also had the ice machine inside so I couldn't get ice when I needed it.

It’s not like the pictures. It’s pretty clean and the clientele is a bit concerning. The staff is very helpful.
