This hotel offers wonderful amenities and an amazing staff who always greet you with a smile. The breakfast at the restaurant was great with the chef offering a variety of choices as well as being able to accommodate any specific needs. Overall, my experience in Bangkok was made that much better due to the wonderful treatment by staff and the overall condition of the property will not hesitate to stay here again when I return

It was a really bad experience. The rooms is really dirty and humid. The hotel is really dark and has bad smells. Will never come again

The room was alright, we had expected a slightly better standard, but were very satisfied with the room for the price paid. The room was a little bit worn down, but had all the amenities we needed. Not having been in Bangkok before, we were not aware of distances but Sukhumvit has a lot to offer and the train was about 20 min walking distance from the hotel.

Pros: Sizable room in studio layout Free shuttle to BTS station (otherwise it's a 10-15min walk) Priced lower than nearby hotels Cons: Facilities are old and run-down, in need of renovation (shower door doesn't shut properly, stains on the wall, walldrobe smells The mosaic tiles in the pool peeled off and cut my feet Very soft bed Found a few ants in the room (on the bedside table and the bed)
