Chris at checkin was amazing. Fast, nice and great at his job. Property is amazing - staff are super helpful and the amenities are brand new and open 24 hours. Parking is super convenient. Rooms are 10 out of 10.

Hotel is new. Staff friendly & informative. Beds & pillows are very comfortable. The Bar restaurant in hotel is convenient. Hotel is not connected to the Casino, but is just a short walk. Courtesy golf cart transportation is available, if desired.

Hotel was absolutely amazing. Beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept on in any hotel. Clean, upgraded amenities. Pool was a little bit cold but the hot tub and patio were fantastic. I will 10 percent stay here again!

Super nice hotel everyone was friendly. The only thing I would say is the pool is way to cold should be warmer for sure. Everything was clean and we enjoyed staying. Thanks

This property is very nice and convenient with the gas station being an easy walkable distance from the hotel/casino. The staff were very helpful, the pool was a little cool but still comfortable, and the hot tub was very nice.

Rooms are not insulated well. You can hear everything. It's newer so most things are up to date. Food at the hotel bar was probably the best thing. Stayed a week and didn't get my room cleaned once aside from removing the trash one day and new washcloths. It's the nicest hotel in chewelah.

The heater would not get the room warm enough, so the maintenance man had to override the regulated thermostat. The bed was comfortable, and being able to do laundry was nice.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The food at the casino was amazing. I would give this place 5 stars, however we asked for a late checkout and we're told we could stay until noon. We were a bit later than that checking out as we had a lot of stuff we had sorted from paying to do laundry the night before. No one knocked on the door or told us otherwise, and when I called down to ask if they had a luggage cart, they told me they weren't aware we were still in the room and that they'd be charging a $50 USD ($85 CAD) late fee because it was after 12. This fee wasnt posted anywhere or mentioned at any time during our stay. Wasn't impressed with that and I don't think its fair to put arbitrary fees on people. I could have rented another night of accommodations for $20 bucks above that. The rest of the stay was great.

The staff was super slow to check in and check out. I waited over 5min to check in and out. The bartender was racist, she made several comments about our group. I tried to talk to supervisor and no supervisor was on duty. Definitely not kid friendly the staff kept eye rolling because our kids were playing out door in the sitting area. I will not be staying here again they are rude, racist.

The customer service was horrible! This place has allowed staff to bully customers and have them trespassed after they antagonizes you. They have no cooperate office to report these instances to. Be careful with this location, they could ruin your livelihood by their passive aggressive actions! I have never dealt with such disrespect and exaggerated importance in my life! Once an again, stay away from this place, they are trash! These people are horrible human beings!

Found this hotel during a two day drive and decided to stop for the night. What a gem. The hotel is new so it is in great repair. All amenties are updated due to that. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. I typically never give ratings of exceptional or a 10 but this hotel deserves it

This is a new and very nice hotel connected to a dated casino. The decor was nice, the room was clean, and the pool area was fun. Definitely would stay again. The restaurant is closed on Monday through Wednesday, but the casino offers decent pub food.

Did not like the fact the hotel says they have certain menu options on the menu, but only if you eat at the Casino vs. the hotel restaurant/cafe. So you walk the block to go to the Casino and the service is "walk to the window, order, and we will bring your dinner to you". Needs some improvement. More like a cafeteria than a restaurant. Hotel cafe was much better atmosphere and service.

The room was outstanding and extremely clean. Very spacious. Sheets were nice and soft and the bathroom was generous sized and very clean as well. Food? A little bit harder to come by. We had to get something from the café at the casino. The quantity was huge! However, the quality was below par. There was a restaurant in the hotel, but it was not open.

This is one of the nicest places weve stayed in this past year. The staff was very nice and helpful! No breakfast included here, but you can buy it at the casino behind the hotel. There is a specialty coffee bar in lobby for a cost but we would prefer just a simple coffee/tea service area in the lobby. Keurigs are in each room though.

This hotel met our expectations. It was clean, quiet and really comfortable and relaxing to stay at. The staff were very accommodating. The hotel restaurant food was not great. We would stay here again overall though.

Loved the hotel restaurant. Food and drink choices were wonderful. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Truly enjoyed our stay!

I like that the property was new and very clean. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. My room was very nice and spacious. Their restaurant and bar were only open on Thursday through Sunday, which didn’t help me since I was there Monday and Tuesday. I had a nice dinner at the casino behind it though and a 16 ounce draft beer at the casino we’re only six dollars. Couldn’t get anything for breakfast before 8 AM though. Overall, it was a great place and more reasonably priced than staying in Colville at the older hotels. I would definitely stay here again.

I like that the property was new and very clean. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. My room was very nice and spacious. My favorite place to stay in the Chewelah area, super clean, nice amenities and everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful. You'd pay double for this near any bigger metropolitan area. If this was a chain at these prices I would stay at them all over.

Rooms are incredibly large and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed here 4 times over the month of July to attend my son’s travel ball tournaments in the area. Pool is clean and perfect temp. Steps to the casino- has a restaurant in it kids can eat at! Buffet on weekends. The coffee bar in the lobby was def the icing on the cake- perfect lattes every morning! Staff was very accommodating and ensured we had the best stay!

It was very hard to control the temperature in the room. We left in the morning and when we came back it was about 73 degrees. We had it at 77 when we left. It kept blowing the really cold air. Needs to be more hangers for towels. Hook for towel in the shower. No place to put your own products for hair etc.
