We have stayed here before and it was amazing but this time... I got two rooms for my family of 5. Both were pet friendly rooms. I had never been so disappointed when opening my hotel room. I was hit with a very strong pet urine smell. Looking around the room, where were covered girls

We were very pleased with our stay and will stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk folks were congenial. It's not ever really a knock, but there is no mar vista from the Hotel Mar Vista. A line of trees that blocks the view of the ocean. But this is Ocean Shores, not Fiji, so, no big.

The hotel rooms are falling apart. Windows are disgusting, mold on the windows and heating units, room smelled like cigarettes. Trash found in room when we checked in. The entire building needs work. I understand ocean shores is a dying town, but badic maintenance is important. When quinalt owned this building, it was clean, things worked and the rooms were half the price.

This is really a "get what you pay for" kinda place. Room was clean enough but there were stains on the shower curtain and some of the towels along with the bottom of the tub/shower. There's chipping paint and window screens didn't fit properly, so you cant have the windows open without letting bugs in. There was an issue with the door latching which didn't get properly fixed during our stay. Also, watch your charges. After checking in the charge that appeared on our card was $50 more than what the email confirmation stated for the room and there was an additional $50 charge that we later learned was a deposit no one told us about. We have yet to see if those get removed and corrected after speaking with the front desk. Apparently they are unable to print copies of your receipt which isn't a great business practice. Was fine for a place to sleep but we would not stay here again and would recommend spending the extra $100 for a better place of you're able.

It was a great hotel for our stay. Very quiet and clean. Definitely will be in our list of places to stay at in our next visit to Ocean Shores.
