The West End

La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy atento. Nuestra estadia estubo muy bien.

The parking garage was good and safe, but that was about the only positive. There were no room keys. Access tot he room, the building, and the garage was controlled by codes, which were not shared until after check-in. The room had no overhead lighting and the lamps didnt light the room. The shower was tiny. The TV remote was useless. Overall very disappointed.

We would have loved to enjoy the fire pit but appeared to be out of propane. Also the hot tub wasn't open but may have been to early in the season.

The room was a little small in terms size but it worked for the 2 of us. The room was very clean & up to date. The bed was way too soft in my personal opinion though. Parking was a tight but easy & safe. The staff was nice. Air conditioning worked well. The parking garage gates, doors to get into the building & the doors to your room all used passcodes that you get at check-in. It was nice not having to use a keycard. No fault on the hotel here but the road outside of the hotel is absolute trash. They appear to be repaving. To be fair though most of the roads in St. Louis are trash.

There’s a paint smell in the living room all the time. Was just a little annoying.
