The West End

Lovely place.

Amazing concept, very safe and convenient and very well located.

First, I could not understand the clerks speech when I was checking in, very frustrating. I figured for a five star rating that they say they have there would be coffee downstairs at the very least every morning which there wasn’t. I didn’t think the beds were very comfortable. They don’t have a boxspring and it’s a thin mattress that’s on board slats. Could hear a lot of knocking noises from other rooms. The room doors are not sealed, and you can see the light around clear around the door edges. The last thing I noticed was the floor I’m gonna call it lamentation is coming up and it squeaks when you walk on it. I just figured there would be better accommodations for the price of $250 a night. And one last thing they charge $10 a night for parking.

The parking garage was good and safe, but that was about the only positive. There were no room keys. Access tot he room, the building, and the garage was controlled by codes, which were not shared until after check-in. The room had no overhead lighting and the lamps didnt light the room. The shower was tiny. The TV remote was useless. Overall very disappointed.

We would have loved to enjoy the fire pit but appeared to be out of propane. Also the hot tub wasn't open but may have been to early in the season.
