Guesthouse on Girod

The room was clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed.

The house in Girod was exactly what I was hoping it would be. Our family stayed in the Rosalie suite and it showed even better in person! I couldn’t believe how spacious it was and the owners took great care to maximize every inch of living space. There were so many drawers and storage areas for clothing etc…, the beds and bedding were very comfortable and the space was incredibly clean and inviting. And again, the suite is surprisingly spacious. The owners had coffee pods and creamers at the ready which was very helpful. This particular part of Mandeville is quaint and walkable to all restaurants and the waterfront. We ate delicious food, rode bikes( bicycle rental is steps away) and enjoyed having little to do for the long Easter weekend. We highly recommend the House on Girod to anyone visiting Mandeville!

Wonderfully decorated, looks just like photos. Bed mattress was amazing. Kitchen, pantry bed linens and towels were all first class. Can’t beat the location to lakefront.
