It's a grear place to stay for the beach. The location is perfect. It's a few minutes walk to the center of the strip. But it's on the main strip, not on a side road or back strip. It's just over the bridge. The rooms are clean, the manager, Gary, is awesome. The outside guest area is adorable. Perfect for people to hang out. Parking is excellent. It's a great place to stay at the beach.

Simple but nice clean remodeled rooms. The manger is wonderful- helpful and caring. Great location near the sand dunes.

Location is the key here! Great walk to the beach and other restaurants and bars. The bay on one side and ocean on the other side. The host was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 2nd floor with our own private entrance. Clean. We'll be back!

The toilet had brown streaks in it. The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close. There was black mold in the bathroom as well. There was no blow dryer for your hair. The room had it smell to it that was unpleasant. There were stains on the blanket in the front grass sitting area. There was food left out overnight with empty bottles and cigars strung around.
