Told there was parking, checked in no parking. Had to cancel surgery next day because of nowhere to park for two night stay. Checked out after one night. Lost room money and $4000 dollar surgery costs.

My only issue was with parking - website says "Self parking available" but only after I booked was I told that the parking was fully booked out. Finding alternative parking was disruptive and inconvenient. Staff tried to help but their information was incorrect.

The lift smelt like fish the entirety of our stay (? the carpet). Sadly, the carpark was not tall enough for my car. We live 4 hours ago & rang to check before getting on the road with no answer. A voicemail was left & just horrific/relentless hold music!! The bed was very comfortable.

Found this hotel close to hospital easy 5min walk back & forth. Quick checkin & very welcoming & helpful. Clean & comfortable . Metered parking on hotel side free from 7pm-7am, then you pay $5 per hour max 2hour from 7am. You just have to come back & forth during day to top up. Hotel offers convenient parking (limited spots) $30 per night also. Just a couple min walk from reception. So best to checkin drop bags off then park car. Would recommend.

We chose to stay at Adara due to an appointment at epworth. It had everything we needed. Lovely little cafe just down the street. Parking was $30 a night which I think is a bit expensive. We would stay again

Great location when going to the MCG! The additional car parking available close by when have a bigger vehicle was very appreciated. 1 bedroom apartment was great having an actual separate room and kitchen, very good value and a comfortable bed. Only down side was having to step out of a high edge bath to shower with no hand rail, there was a towel rail that had a broken tile from someone using as a hand rail, we also used the sofa bed for an extra bed and this very uncomfortable..

Well appointed studios, clean, comfortable, convenient location to shops, cafes, supermarket and tram. Also an easy walk to tennis centre and MCG. Reception welcoming, polite and helpful. If you have a car, book a car park early to avoid the hassle of external parking.

Within 2min walking distance to Epworth hospital which was perfect for us. Absolutly beautiful rooms. Very clean & quiet with great access to all necessary ammenties. Highly reccommended.

The room I had was really not that clean. All around the edge of the bath had mould in the chalking. The carpet was old and stained in a few places. The kettle had handprints all over it and looked filthy. Limited parking and not one word from the staff about where to park etc,. There was noisy people yelling out from the balcony near me. Not great. Didn’t think it was good value won’t stay there again

Excellent place to stay. Close to tram line into CBD and just a 15 minute walk to MCG. The property was great and the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean well set up. The only tiny issue I had was that the heater was unable to go above 22 and being winter I definitely needed it warmer. The TV was a little on the budget side, most channels didn’t work and was barely able to use Netflix as it kept dropping internet connection.

Room was great and very well catered for as a very compact but fully serviced apartment. our room was straight over the delivery bay and for about 2 hours trucks came and left and picked up the wheelie bins. 2 hours of that distinct (full, then empty) wheelie bin rolling up and down ramps noise. not a good night sleep before our business conference the next day. We would stay again but ask for a room above the ground or first floor.

Was certainly adequate, albeit it's all a bit faded & tired. The rooms are large. Not fussed that on a multi-night stay the room was unserviced but extremely disappointed that when I requested new towels, soaps etc my request was ignored & nothing provided.

Was given key to room with someone already in there , was sent to some room down below with air conditioning not working on hot day went to reception the next morning to tell girl behind counter who looked up at me with a disinterested look on her face , asked her if somebody could get it going , she said she would give the manager a ring , i told her i will wait there unrill he turns up, she told me sorry but he is not answering the phone, she never offered to come and come and have a look herself , i asked her to which see did and got it going straight away , will never be stopping there again.

Upon check-in, the front desk staff member seemed new and mistakenly gave us the key to a room that was already occupied, with personal belongings still inside. While we understand mistakes happen, it was a bit unsettling. When the manager returned from break, she didn’t acknowledge the issue with any empathy and seemed rather dismissive. We hope this was an isolated incident, as the hotel itself is otherwise well-located and comfortable.

Tried contacting the property via both phone numbers for 5 hrs. Could not arrange a late check in. Have never received a call back & had to no show for the booking. Have followed up with email & have not had a response. Also had Expedia follow up & they have not been answered either. Terrible customer service!

Positive check-in experience however I was charged twice for my stay without being consulted first. When I checked in I paid for my stay upon arrival. 3 2 nights later I was charged again and only knew when my netbanking notified me. When I spoke to the front desk they told me I 'hadn't paid yet'. I showed them the paymwnt receipt as well as the transaction on my netbank app and they weren't convinced they should refund me and had to 'speak to someone about it'. Turns out they did try to ring me to notify me of charging me again for my stay but they rung my room number and not my mobile which was provided to them... I was bemused as to how staff would think guests would be more accessible to them from their rooms than on mobile since guests tend to be out while on holidays and not sitting in their hotel room. They eventually resolved the issue and refunded me for the second amount they charged me and waived my parking fee which was appreciated. The place itself needs some revamping. The hallway smelled old and the bathroom was dated. I hoped to like Adara more but was disappointed. I was frustrated

We were in Melbourne to go to the MCG. This property was perfect, it was an easy walk for us, but if you needed, the trams are at the end of the road. Everything you would need is supplied. Thank you

Property is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Good location can walk to MCG , Rod Laver Arena or catch tram into city . Coles supermarket in walking distance and plenty of wonderful food options . Good range of different types of shopping available. Would recommend.

Well appointed studios, clean, comfortable, convenient location to shops, cafes, supermarket and tram. Also an easy walk to tennis centre and MCG. Reception welcoming, polite and helpful. If you have a car, book a car park early to avoid the hassle of external parking.

I have stayed at adara Richmond quite a few times now and always found it to be very clean and reasonably comfortable. My only improvements would be that the chairs on the balconies are very low and difficult to get of. And the pillows are not great.

I had to attend Epworth Richmond and this was so close and affordable as we are from Regional NSW. We found the proximity to things and the ease of finding what we needed was great. We would love to plan another stay which doesn't involve the hospital to really enjoy the offers of the area.

A pleasant room with plenty of space, comfy bed and very quiet. I liked the openable sliding window with the balcony grille and flywire - very safe and lots of air if wanted. It was good to have a washing machine and dryer right in the room, ready anytime, also a drying rack for those clothes which don't go in a tumble dryer. The little kitchen set up was fine and the amenities were all as described. I enjoyed my stay. There was a good looking gym in the building, but I didn't use it. Friendly desk staff. No food provided at the aparthotel but plenty of nearby places for coffee and food.

We chose to stay at Adara due to an appointment at epworth. It had everything we needed. Lovely little cafe just down the street. Parking was $30 a night which I think is a bit expensive. We would stay again

We loved our stay at Adara Apartments. We were in Melbourne to go to the football, and the apartments were so close to the MCG. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by too. The space had everything we needed. We missed out on parking at the property, but there was heaps of on street parking at a reasonable rate. My new favourite accommodation in the city, and have booked again for a couple of weeks time.

While the staff we were good. Reception leave at 17:30. Then they sent a code for a lockbox at the front door. It dropped but was not under the flap. I had to get fingers underneath to fish the card and instructions out. Not at all acceptable. The room was quite big. The kitchen was good. But the shower head falls off and onto your foot. And there was no shelf there for soap or shampoo. Maintenance is very poor.
