Ingen restaurant andet end poolbar som havde snacks. Hvis man ønskede italiensk mad skulle man ud på en ca. 20 min. gåtur. Pool kan ikke benyttes efter kl 20 og ingen parasoller ved poolen.

Great hotel with modern facilities, comfortable, well equipped, spacious rooms. Really good breakfast buffet and all the staff were very friendly and attentive. Parking is very limited, so it’s very much a case of if you see someone move their car, then grab their space and think about whether you really need to take the car out during your stay.

This hotel has a very misleading location: it’s not located on the waterfront but in a faraway residential area! The pool was not open, the bar inside had no employee and it had the ambiance of a convention hotel, altogether not at all as advertised!

Amazing hotel, clean the rooms big, the pool area is lovely spacious and clean. The bar manager is so accommodating and friendly cannot do enough for you and the food is exceptional . Amazing place

Very good hotel reasonably well located to all facilities. Staff were really helpful and breakfast was good. Unusually there were no tissues to use in the room and the lights flickered a lot in the room. Other than that there was not a lot to complain about nice touch was a pool and bar on the fifth floor that we liked.

Great location - easy walk to the old town and restaurants and the ferry terminal. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast was good. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Nice pool area with lots of seating and a nice pool bar. My only beef is the €1.50 for the use of a pool towel.

This hotel was great, the rooftop pool and bar were a massive bonus, a great place to relax in the evening. The room was fine, had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and the bar snacks/meals on the roof were cheap and cheerful. The only negative is the lack of free parking, you have to park early doors to get a spot, there is underground parking you need to prebook that and pay for. HOWEVER there is a public carpark across the road from the hotel (directly before the hotel on the left) which a good ammount of spaces and is only a few euros a day and free from 7pm-7am. It takes about 20 mins to walk to the lake and theres loads of restaurant's and shops before that, would definatly recommend :)

Très bon séjour à l hôtel Como , grande chambre belle salle de bain , petit déjeuner buffet correct , parking gratuit devant l entrée de l hotel, prise pour vehicules electrique disponible. et surtout belle piscine 1m40 de profondeur suffisant pour nager facilement et espace bar restauration en roof top . Arrêt de bus à 5 min pour aller au lac et visiter le vieux centre ville.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help with any enquiry, our breakfast was wonderful and had a good selection for all. The room s hotel and pool were very clean and couldn’t fault anything the waiters and bar staff by the pool were fantastic and made our stay very welcoming.

Clean and modern place with easy access when arriving from elsewhere, easy to park and less than a 10 minute walk to the old city. Very good value.

Excellent cleanliness

A very modern and clean hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Staff were superb and we parked on the lake front without a problem, they do have their own parking a short walk away. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone, superbly appointed and ideally placed on the lake side.

The hotel is clean, simple, with all the necessary amenities provided. However, I would not classify it as a true 4-star hotel. Pros: Cleanliness: well-maintained. Amenities: Basic amenities are available, though nothing exceptional. Rooftop Area: The rooftop offers a beautiful view of the mountains, and the bar staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Location: While not in the downtown area, the hotel is within a 20-minute walk to the boat terminal, and the distance is manageable. There is also a large supermarket just five minutes away, which is convenient for picking up anything missing from the room. Cons: Staff Knowledge: The front desk staff were not knowledgeable about local activities, tours, or attractions. There were no brochures, flyers, or helpful recommendations for tourists. Even basic information about the local theater was unavailable. Room Comfort: The walls are very thin; I had to sleep with earplugs every night due to noise from other guests and furniture movement above. If a neighbor smoked on their balcony, the smell easily entered my room. Amenities for Price: For $320 per night, I expected more. There was no complimentary water (charged 2.9 EUR per bottle on the second day), and bathrobes were only available for an extra 10 EUR. The refrigerator barely worked, and there was no ice available. Breakfast: The breakfast was very basic and unremarkable. The coffee machine produced mediocre coffee.Service: The front desk staff were not helpful with plannin

The onsite restaurant for breakfast was perfect; staff was very friendly. The room was a perfect size. My only negative was that the AC was weak, the towel rack in the bathroom was at shoulder heights and me and spouse kept hitting our heads, the the shower pan floor was super slippery and the shower head was poorly placed. Overall though, worth the price based on amenities and location. Walking distance to the lake and self-serve laundry which was great for us.

Large size rooms and clean.

The property was okay. It’s an older hotel, and the rooms smelled a bit. The location was okay, not too far from amenities, but not close either. You definitely need a car, and the parking is very limited. The photos can be a bit deceiving, so keep this in mind.

I arrived at the hotel very stressed! I had lost my phone at the miami airport and I'm here in Italy for a week for work. The front desk ladies were super helpful and calmed me down!! I very much appreicated their kindness and ability to help me find a place to purchase an Italian phone and deal with all my questions!! thank you so much!

This is a great hotel just about 15 minutes away from the shore & centre. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Reception and breakfast staff were very nice and friendly. But our favourite was the rooftop bar and pool with the excellent service from Gaetano! He is a very attentive gentleman who made us very welcome and guessed our needs we didn’t know we had.

It was a small hotel in convenient location. However parking was a nightmare, spaces in front were hardly available, we were told paid parking available in the garage which was very tiny and kept getting told no space even when there was space and we were allowed to park not having other options. Hotel room was compact but served the purpose. Decently cleaned however very noisy, we could hear loud music at 11pm and loud dog barks on our floor. Staff were ok, did their job but made no extra effort to help. When we couldn’t find parking we asked if we could park in electric bays which had been empty but the manager kept saying ‘cant park, can’t park’ in any of the available hotel spots and walked off. Did not bother to help us actually find a spot or try to help. If you are hiring a car you are better off making sure something a little outside centre with parking. This place advertised 20 parking spots outside but all taken (probably by staff)

Staff all spoke excellent English which made life much easier for me. Pool had no shade but adjoining bar had plenty. Position very good and quiet and just a stroll through the old town to the Lake

Comfortable stay in Hotel Como with friendly service from the hotel reception and their service staff. The hotel room was given as described with the basic amenities and a decent size room with a cupboard and locker. Bathrooms were kept clean and hygienic. The location is in Como city but away from the main centre. However it takes around 15-20 minutes by walk to reach the central areas and the metro station.

The hotel was about 10 blocks from the historic city center. It was easy to get around and the hotel staff was very helpful with arranging transportation, looking up ferry schedules, and giving restaurant recommendations. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely and helpful. Plentiful breakfast choices and a warm welcome every morning. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation

Everything is great but I didn't like the breakfast. The food was the worst thing in my experience

The shower door was broken when we arrived, but the maintenance man fixed it right away. The laundry service was far too expensive, and the room had too few surfaces to put your things. The A/C was very nice, set at 18 celsius. The pillows on the bed were flat and hard. It was a long way from the lake, but reasonable distance to shopping and dining. The train was a quick 1 stop from the lake. Although the service at the pool bar was excellent, the menu and food quality were not great.
