Great option for our night in London compared to central prices. Tube line just down the road and northern line straight into Picadilly. Easy parking friendly staff cosy and what you pay for. Quite a big selection for the continental breakfast

I couldn't have asked for a better check in or more gracious hosts/staff. They were kind, flexible, and professional. The hotel had easy parking, it was safe and secure, they have a beautiful back patio with a garden and green space, and the room was HUGE. It was clean, quiet and a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and a whole street full of culture. The continental breakfast puts US continental breakfasts to shame. So tasty! I'm so glad I found this gem!

Great communication, warm, room refreshed each day, fridge in room was a bonus, free off road parking for 5 cars, very quiet and less than 5 mins walk from the northern line. Some areas of decor are slightly dated but it was clean, homely and suited us perfectly.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The staff couldn't be more helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice and laid out. Rooms were spacious and clean (TV, big shower, Comfy chair, hot drink supplies). The property was quite warm, but the room was equipped with a good fan, which was amazing as this isn't always the case with some hotels. Quite and good for parking as this is what we needed and actually made it quite difficult to find somewhere to stay. Public transport is very close if needed too. Amazing stay, thanks so much!

I booked the Twin Bed Room as was the only one available. It’s up two flights of stairs but was Quiet, very warm, & spacious. Also, had a Fridge. 👍 I did not have the Breakfast as I was leaving early. Walkable to Town & free parking space on site. Overall, a great place at a great price. If I’m around this area next year, I would happily stay here again.

Stayed at Heatherbank for 1 night and we had a great stay. Room facilities were great and we had everything we need. Slept well, quiet rooms and clean with no complaints. The team allowed us to check in early so we could spend the day in London. A 10 minute walk to the tube and 20 minute tube journey got us into central London. They also allowed to us to park our car before check in and after check out. So accommodating and would definitely stay again - thank you for a lovely visit!

We had a lovely couple of nights here, we were in London for the Eras show and needed somewhere with parking and handy for the tube. The family that own the guesthouse are lovely, plenty of off road parking and you can see Woodside tube station from the path outside the guesthouse. The house has a breakfast room that opens onto a beautifully maintained garden. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here terrible room dirty payed a £200 deposit they said I will get it back at end of stay when I went to leave they said it will take 2 days to come through I rang up and said can I get my deposit back and the lady behind the desk said she has forgot to do it, it has been 2 weeks I still haven’t received my £200 and they have blocked my number. There breakfast was disgusting iswell.

Very disappointing as the property was not as expected. Noise from room above as floorboards were noisy, no plug for the sink. Very musty smell in the corridor. Breakfast was terrible nothing to offer at all coffee was the worst I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this to anybody.

Average hotel. Clean but dated furnishings. Beds were hard and the pillows were too. Continental breakfast, again ok but nothing special. Didn't check out the local area but it seem to have plenty of shops and restaurants/cafes.

Good parking, nice room, was comfortable and quiet and had tea and coffee in the room. However check in was meant to be at 12, but room wasn’t ready so I had to wait 45 mins in reception for it to be ready

I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was serviced and I did not need to ask The room was huge with a great view of the garden The shower cubicle was the nicest I have seen. One area for improvement the WiFi, the codes were impossible even if you got the right one! The WiFi worked fine when reception put the code in but when it dropped of that was that.

We arrived late at the property and let ourselves in with the key left in the key safe which was fine. The room was clean, although one bedside light not working. Bathroom very clean. A duct-taped wire hung down from the TV which was a bit alarming. TV worked ok first night, but by second night we couldn't get it to work at all. Kept saying no signal. Seems it's an outdated aerial system and Wi-Fi was patchy too. When we came in Saturday evening plus our eldest daughter to do presents in our room, a woman barked at us from the back of the house, "how many people?" My husband went to explain she wasn't staying, just coming up for an hour. There was no welcome at all, or introduction. When we checked out Sunday morning there were also no staff apart from cleaners who had no idea what was going on. We wanted to talk to someone about the TV not working but the cleaners barely spoke English and there was a lot of confusion. All in all, I'd say it was clean and a convenient location, beds small doubles and pillows hard. The only plus was that our beds were made up during the day on Saturday. It was ok but we won't be returning.

We were given a warm welcome and our room was very large, with 2 double beds! It was quiet and spacious, if a little dated. There was a fridge, which was a bonus for storing food and drinks.

When we checked out Sunday morning there were also no staff apart from cleaners who had no idea what was going on. We wanted to talk to someone about the TV not working but the cleaners barely spoke English and there was a lot of confusion. All in all, I'd say it was clean and a convenient location, beds small doubles and pillows hard. The only plus was that our beds were made up during the day on Saturday. It was ok but we won't be returning.
We arrived late at the property and let ourselves in with the key left in the key safe which was fine. The room was clean, although one bedside light not working. Bathroom very clean. A duct-taped wire hung down from the TV which was a bit alarming. TV worked ok first night, but by second night we couldn't get it to work at all. Kept saying no signal. Seems it's an outdated aerial system and Wi-Fi was patchy too. When we came in Saturday evening plus our eldest daughter to do presents in our room, a woman barked at us from the back of the house, "how many people?" My husband went to explain she wasn't staying, just coming up for an hour. There was no welcome at all, or introduction. Breakfast extremely poor. Choice and quality was very limited. Egg was rotten and green. Juice was off. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were not friendly and were unwelcoming. They came across as completely disinterested and we were made to feel unwelcome. Would not return.

Stayed at property for closeness to Alexandra Palace. Staff were welcoming, polite and very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend and stay again

Loved that it was quiet. I felt safe in the community. It was close to the Train station and there where lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Great communication, warm, room refreshed each day, fridge in room was a bonus, free off road parking for 5 cars, very quiet and less than 5 mins walk from the northern line. Some areas of decor are slightly dated but it was clean, homely and suited us perfectly.

The hotel is located outside downtown London. Is far away from all the tourist traps. You get to experience life like the locals do. The metro station is nearby and it will take you directly into London. There are a lot of dining options a few minutes walk from the hotel. You will be impressed.

Stayed at Heatherbank for 1 night and we had a great stay. Room facilities were great and we had everything we need. Slept well, quiet rooms and clean with no complaints. The team allowed us to check in early so we could spend the day in London. A 10 minute walk to the tube and 20 minute tube journey got us into central London. They also allowed to us to park our car before check in and after check out. So accommodating and would definitely stay again - thank you for a lovely visit!

We had a lovely couple of nights here, we were in London for the Eras show and needed somewhere with parking and handy for the tube. The family that own the guesthouse are lovely, plenty of off road parking and you can see Woodside tube station from the path outside the guesthouse. The house has a breakfast room that opens onto a beautifully maintained garden. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Average hotel. Clean but dated furnishings. Beds were hard and the pillows were too. Continental breakfast, again ok but nothing special. Didn't check out the local area but it seem to have plenty of shops and restaurants/cafes.

Stayed here terrible room dirty payed a £200 deposit they said I will get it back at end of stay when I went to leave they said it will take 2 days to come through I rang up and said can I get my deposit back and the lady behind the desk said she has forgot to do it, it has been 2 weeks I still haven’t received my £200 and they have blocked my number. There breakfast was disgusting iswell.

We stayed at the property for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The staff couldn't be more helpful and polite. Breakfast was nice and laid out. Rooms were spacious and clean (TV, big shower, Comfy chair, hot drink supplies). The property was quite warm, but the room was equipped with a good fan, which was amazing as this isn't always the case with some hotels. Quite and good for parking as this is what we needed and actually made it quite difficult to find somewhere to stay. Public transport is very close if needed too. Amazing stay, thanks so much!

Very disappointing as the property was not as expected. Noise from room above as floorboards were noisy, no plug for the sink. Very musty smell in the corridor. Breakfast was terrible nothing to offer at all coffee was the worst I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this to anybody.

We had a very pleasant stay here, greeted by lovely owners. The establishment was very clean very tidy. We had air conditioning in our room so this was very comfortable when we arrived. Beds made lovely extremely comfortable & fresh towels. Although the decor is somewhat dated this does not matter when you have everything you need. The shower head was no longer being held up by the stand but this was a small negative as the shower itself worked fine. Thank you for a very pleasant stay we will definitely visit again as it is very conveniently located close to the tube station making it ideal to go to& from London centre. Best wishes Emma

Good value for money, a little tired in terms of decor but a beautiful, well-kept sunny garden to the rear with doors leading out from the dining room. Great area for accessing central London, but lots of local bars and shops nearby. Woodside Park tube station just down the road.

Never anyone around to ask questions had to go outside to ring door bell to get someone to come to reception inside the house . Beautiful garden, room was ok but had to hold shower head as it just kept falling off .very good for train station only 10 minute walk .
