Located in a former palace within the old town, we had four perfect days here. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The best of Dubrovnick was right outside our door. The small staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations and arranging private tours. They really helped us to make the most of our time here. The restaurant and bar, though they closed early, were nice, and in the morning, they served a full breakfast, which was included with the room. We have nothing but good things to say about Pucic Palace and the team that works there.

The hotel is right in the center of the old city and convenient to the sites. Unfortunately the elevator was broken for our 1 day and we had a room up 5 flights of stairs (lots of stairs to climb all over the city). The room was comfortable, luckily with good air conditioning. The charming hourly ringing of the church bells kept me up or woke me up almost every hour of the night, but I would think that one would hear the bells from anywhere in the old city. Breakfast was lovely and included.

The hotel is right in the center of the old city and convenient to the sites. This is a lovely boutique hotel in Duvrovnik old town. They arrange pick up at the airport and a porter at the town’s gate (no cars allowed in) to take luggage to the hotel. We had a health issue and hotel staff were great in helping us get medical attention. The restaurant there is good.

Probably the only hotel in old town with a lift which makes this a great choice for mobility challenged. Very central and could see the Jesuit steps from our room. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast very tasty. Not a cheap place to stay but well worth it.

The Pucic Palace dates back to the 1800’s and is located within the Old City Walls; it is perfect for sightseeing. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you and to ensure you have wonderful holiday. The interior of the hotel is historic and impressive. The rooms are luxurious. Our window looked out to the marketplace and Game of Thrones Walk of Shame steps location. Our stay included a full delicious breakfast. The staff arranged and assisted us with our airport transfers and helped detail where to meet our tour guides. We also had the privilege of seeing the beautiful onsite chapel. It is the only hotel in the Old City Walls with an elevator. They helped us with our luggage to the main road as no cars are allowed in the city walls and even packed us a lunch for our return flight. We highly recommend Pucic Palace and would love to return. Thank you.

If you want to stay in the old town, you can do no better than this. Air-conditioned rooms, helpful staff and Fantastic location. If you want a garden/swimming pool this is not for you – stay outside city Walls..

I can’t say enough good things about the Palace. I stayed in DBV with 4 couples, and we chose the hotel vs STR options our friends took. The location of this hotel is amazing in old town. They arranged travel from the airport that was very high quality. They had porters meet us at the gate. It was everything you would expect of a high quality hotel. Walk out the doors, ask the bar tender to fill up your water, and go see one of the most amazing cities - a place with no cars and history that will blow your mind. 10/10 would do this again.

Mais bien rattrapé Sinon hôtel très bien situé et mention particulière pour mise à disposition d une petite terrasse fumeurs au Premier étage Sinon dommage Tv en français ne fonctionne pas et même pas TV 5 monde Enfin repas du réveillon très en deçà des attentes Mais dans l ensemble très bon séjour avec équipe sympa et compétente

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Directly within old town but with that comes a bit more banter outside of your window. Staff was great and included breakfast buffet was even better! Highly recommend. Parking is just outside the old town walls (8 mins walk) but was very costly (~60 euros a night).

Specifically, the in-room AC unit was extremely noisy (we had to corner it between things to stop the vibrations) and the bathroom was smelly due to odors coming from the pipes. To be honest, we didn’t ask for technical help since we were staying 2 days and didn’t want to be bothered.

In general, the condition of the room was pretty poor. The bathroom had a lot of different problems and needs be fully reconditioned. The bath/shower was dirty and difficult to use without spraying water everywhere. The room has an alarm or detector that blinks brightly at night and the bulbs for lights over the paintings flicker even when power is turned off requiring a sleeping mask.

Excellent service and cleanliness in the heart of the old town. Staff were very attentive from Luca our porter to Sonja at front reception. Rooms were pristine and beds were very comfortable. In-house dining and service was amazing and we could not recommend The Pucic Palace highly enough.

Perfect central spot to stay in the Old Town. Lively area with a morning farmers market outside and can easily explore the city. The staff we very accomodating and provided many recommendations to us. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Pucic Palace is a fabulous hotel but during our visit they had problems with the air conditioning, and so we had touse a VERY noisy temporary system. Also on one of the evenings there was no hot water. It is an old building so these things happen.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town. Great porterage service to/from taxis and buses. Excellent breakfast. Let down only by room replenishment - water, tea bags, toilet rolls not stocked up over a 4 night stay. Given the hotel costs over €500 per night this was poor.

There was NOhot water. NO heat. Terrible meat cooking smells. A dirty used disposable slipper left for me so cleaners aren’t cleaning. I filed a claim with my bank card company to get a full refund per visa rules as I left early due to not getting a room change and no heat or hot water. Staff is awful. Don’t be fooled by nice when you arrive. It’s an awful management team

Definitely a case of paying for location. It was twice as much as other smart hotels eg hilton and rixos which are both within an easy walk to the city walls. Having paid over £400 per night for the room we were disappointed to find ourselves in an attic with no windows-just a skylight. Also our heating/air con unit did not work.

Property Condition - Their air conditioning in not working properly. The hotel had added portable A/C unit to assist, but very uncomfortable. Room would not cool below 78 first night and 80 the second. We were with 2 other couples and their rooms were the same.

Lovely hotel in the center of everything. Our room had a balcony right on the square and it was so nice to go out and people watch. The breakfast was also amazing and fantastic that it was available till 11 am. Finally, the staff is excellent. They were very kind and helpful with any questions, directions and even providing umbrella when raining out.

5 star location but not a 5 star hotel. Staff was wonderful. The best part was the transfer help from the gate to the hotel. Location is fantastic. The room was not so nice as the AC barely worked and the bed was not comfortable. When it’s hot outside this is not the place to stay. We have stayed all over Europe in less nice hotels with better AC.

If you're staying in Dubrovnik's old town, it's hard to get a better location than the Pucic Palace. Was easy to find and quick access to everything inside the walls. Check in was quick and easy. The room I had overlooked Gundulic Square. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful when I had questions and made it a pleasant stay.

Sania and all the staff were amazing. The room was a bit challenging to keep cool but was worth it to be able to stay in the heart of old town with the game of thrones “shame” walk right outside of our hotel. Surrounded by 5 star dining, easy walk access to everything including the tram to the top of the mountain. I highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoy the Pucic Palace for three reasons. The first one is its central and convenient location, near the food market, shops, restaurants, and attractions. Secondly, its friendly and helpful staffs make us feel comfortable and cared for. We only had one day to cover the city. Marijana at the front desk went the extra to ensure we could have enough time to enjoy the beautiful city; she recommended restaurants and sights and arranged a taxi to the airport. Lastly, the room is big and clean and brings you back to the old times. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. We highly recommend it to anyone who seeks a hotel that feels like a home away from home.

Where do I begin? I had no idea I was booking the most gorgeous room in the most stunning building in a perfect location. Add to that an amazing staff! Shout out to Marin who greeted us at the old city’s gate and insisting on lugging our 4 large pieces to the hotel. Always a smile on his face, sweet, happy, and informative. The whole staff was great but unfortunately I don’t recall their names. I can’t wait to recommend to friends who are planning a trip to Croatia. ❤️

Shout out to Marin who greeted us at the old city’s gate and insisting on lugging our 4 large pieces to the hotel. Always a smile on his face, sweet, happy, and informative. The whole staff was great but unfortunately I don’t recall their names. I can’t wait to recommend to friends who are planning a trip to Croatia. ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about the Palace. I stayed in DBV with 4 couples, and we chose the hotel vs STR options our friends took. The location of this hotel is amazing in old town. They arranged travel from the airport that was very high quality. They had porters meet us at the gate. It was everything you would expect of a high quality hotel. Walk out the doors, ask the bar tender to fill up your water, and go see one of the most amazing cities - a place with no cars and history that will blow your mind. 10/10 would do this again.

My Mother died 7 hours before I was due to fly so had to cancel, this hotel would not refund or even reschedule to a later date due to their strict policy even when proved with a death certificate. Absolutely disgusting behaviour with no leniency shown to me during this immensely sad time.

The staff was amazing. Our flight was cancelled early in the morning a few hours before we were supposed to leave. The helpful woman at reception made every effort to help us out. She kept a room open for us for the next night if we needed it and even contacted the hotel’s travel agent to help us.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pucic Palace! From when we first got to Dubrovnik, we were greeted by the most caring staff who helped us with our luggage from outside the city walls. The amenities in the hotel were amazing as well- we could not have asked for more! Any transportation we needed was arranged and we didn't have to worry about anything. We only had breakfast in the restaurant in the hotel (as we were only there for one night) but it was incredible. The wait staff at the restaurant was so attentive and gave us great insight into Old Town Dubrovnik. All in all, I could not recommend the Pucic Palace more for a great stay in Old Town.

The hotel is right in the center of the old city and convenient to the sites. Unfortunately the elevator was broken for our 1 day and we had a room up 5 flights of stairs (lots of stairs to climb all over the city). The room was comfortable, luckily with good air conditioning. The charming hourly ringing of the church bells kept me up or woke me up almost every hour of the night, but I would think that one would hear the bells from anywhere in the old city. Breakfast was lovely and included.

This is a hotel that is right in the middle of the main thoroughfair in town, right inside of the old city. So the location is convenient as anything could possibly be. It is literally right on a square where there is a market and dining in the evening. The area right outside the hotel is extremely lively and fairly loud but once you are inside, you don’t hear anything from your room. There are less than 20 rooms and the staff is very accommodating. Because of the location and convenience, the price to stay there is high, but we considered this a splurge. The rooms are large enough, but certainly not huge being that the place was built into a very old building of course. The breakfast on the patio is excellent and a pretty setting. It is part of a larger chain of premium, Croatian hotels.

If you're staying in Dubrovnik's old town, it's hard to get a better location than the Pucic Palace. Was easy to find and quick access to everything inside the walls. Check in was quick and easy. The room I had overlooked Gundulic Square. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful when I had questions and made it a pleasant stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Directly within old town but with that comes a bit more banter outside of your window. Staff was great and included breakfast buffet was even better! Highly recommend. Parking is just outside the old town walls (8 mins walk) but was very costly (~60 euros a night).

Located in a former palace within the old town, we had four perfect days here. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The best of Dubrovnick was right outside our door. The small staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations and arranging private tours. They really helped us to make the most of our time here. The restaurant and bar, though they closed early, were nice, and in the morning, they served a full breakfast, which was included with the room. We have nothing but good things to say about Pucic Palace and the team that works there.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in Duvrovnik old town. They arrange pick up at the airport and a porter at the town’s gate (no cars allowed in) to take luggage to the hotel. We had a health issue and hotel staff were great in helping us get medical attention. The restaurant there is good.

Lovely hotel in the center of everything. Our room had a balcony right on the square and it was so nice to go out and people watch. The breakfast was also amazing and fantastic that it was available till 11 am. Finally, the staff is excellent. They were very kind and helpful with any questions, directions and even providing umbrella when raining out.

Mais bien rattrapé Sinon hôtel très bien situé et mention particulière pour mise à disposition d une petite terrasse fumeurs au Premier étage Sinon dommage Tv en français ne fonctionne pas et même pas TV 5 monde Enfin repas du réveillon très en deçà des attentes Mais dans l ensemble très bon séjour avec équipe sympa et compétente

Staff at the front desk are exceptional They made two reservations for us at two great restaurants. Housekeeping needs improvement. They didn’t come one day. We don’t know why demanded that they come they did, but I do think the housekeeping staff is mediocre. The location of the hotel is perfect Breakfast was average The room was very nice and the amenities in the bathroom were excellent I can’t see enough about the front desk staff, including the bell man who was very, very helpful when our booked driver didn’t show up he stayed with us in our luggage over and above the call of duty —not that has anything to do with the hotel but people chain-smoke in this city and it’s quite overwhelming to breathe

El hotel está un una excelente ubicación pero la chica que nos recibió fue muy desatenta, no fue por nosostros a la entrada a la ciudad, no nos dio. Ada de información del hotel, nos mandó al piso equivocado, no conocía nada del hotel. El estado del hotel deja mucho que decir… el aire acondicionado es una máquina suelta que hace mucho ruido y muy malo, en el restaurante no había aire acondicionado… El baño es un peligro, acceso a la regadera esta muy alto, además de estar muy mal resuelto el baño, se sale toda el agua. Para terminar nos cobraron por error, 20,000€, en lugar de 2,000€, aunque corrigieron y nos reembolsaron cuando reclamamos, nos pareció un error sumamente grave.

Great location in the centre, but is also quiet at night, though if you are in a front facing room you will hear them setting out tables in the Square from around 6ish. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room we were in was very good. Staff were helpful. The only things to be aware of are - breakfast. It is very poor in terms of quality and also its quite cold in terms of the welcome you get. No one says hello, shows you to a table etc for example. The granola is possibly the worst granola I have ever tasted and the other options aren't great either. But there are excellent breakfast venues just a short walk away - the one just past the steps of shame next to the school is great for example. Secondly, it's never clear when/if the restaurants are open. They weren't when we were there despite good weather and having booked one of them. Finally, there are no tea making facilities, which for us as big tea drinkers was a bit of a shame. Overall though, a good hotel. I don't think you would do better within the walls.

Very nice hotel with the perfect location. We could take rests during the sight seeing of the Old town of Dubrovnik. We had to leave early for a tour and an early flight, and the hotel prepared for the breakfast box to accommodate as the included breakfast-plan. Please there were professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
