Spent way too much time repeatedly entering my details online for the check in due to some processing issue only to find out that the online check in doesn’t work for this location anyway. The parking costs extra and the spaces are so tight it’s almost a guarantee my car is going to get scratched.

The parking situation was not the best, the parkade was very small and tight corners but I drive a sedan so it was easy for my trip, but I seen others struggling. The staff were kind, all our needs were met, we requested a microwave and we received it promptly. The staff fixed our room key when it was not longer scanning properly. The area has a lot of restaurants and bars so it was great. Didn’t experience any issues or noise from outside.

The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was very friendly, accommodating & knowledgeable. Any staff that we asked questions were very open, courteous & helpful! Very friendly!! Indoor parkade (extra $10 charge) was very clean, spacious & convenient.

Was disappointed there was no parking for full sized suvs in their lot so we had to pay an extra $47 to park across the street. The bathroom is very poorly set up and the sink is on the outside and the toilet and tub are inside but they're both on the same light switch so unless you want to wake everyone up in the night when you have to use the washroom you have to go in the dark. The place could use some updating but was clean. The front desk staff was friendly but i wouldn't stay here again.

Super convenient for walking downtown. Some excellent restaurants and coffee shops close by. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Room was clean but well used. Staff was friendly and anxious to please. Coffee mugs and glasses in the bathroom would be more classy than the paper cups. Microwave was good and fridge was cold. Wasn't crazy about the shared public parking garage. Just seemed like it was busier than if it were just for the guests.

We walked in and the whole hotel smelled horrible. Like they had a sewer backup problem. Had to relocate from the 3rd floor to the 5th, as the whole 3rd floor smelled like sewer. Staff members were nice, but the overall experience was wrecked by the awful smell.

Not recommended. Stay away from this hotel. Got deceived by other ratings. Extremely old building with bad smells, expected something newer for the price and per the photos posted online. Room didn't have a fridge nor a microwave. There weren't any USB ports to charge my phone in the room which most hotels have. Got extra charges on my credit card for parking. The parking area was dirty and had urine stains and bad smell.

The room was very clean and beds well made with fresh clean white sheets. The room was a good temperature and had good lighting. Clean white towels and wash clothes were provided in the bathroom. Very nice stay.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working and the room was too warm. We had to open the window to cool the room, but because we were located on the second floor beside/in the parkade, it was very noisy with people talking. I assume we were beside a smoking area. We did request and received a fan, which was very helpful! The view from our room was a concrete wall 2 feel away. We found the hotel to be quite dated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Probably wouldn't return though.

Room was clean Check in was smooth After check in as soon as I got off from elevator at 5th floor, a moldy unpleasant smell was noticed Room was spacious, temperature was comfortable Building is aged, carpet and walls tells the story Mattress was also very Uncomfortable, didn't enjoy the sleep after a long drive, I needed it I would recommend for budget or if you can't find any newer one nearby

Right in the middle of downtown, walking distance to shops, restaurants, Rogers Place, etc. Parking lot best suited for smaller vehicles - full size trucks won’t fit/manuever easily in their lot. There is paid parking across the street for bigger vehicles. Our room was very basic - no fridge or microwave. Temperature control not working, our window looked out to concrete walls of the parkade. Beds were springy. It’s very dated room, need updating.

The room was clean, however, the condition of the room with regards to outdated paint in the hallways and the room , very dated furniture, bar fridge on the floor and no place to perch luggage. It was fine to lay our head down while going to a hockey game.

We received excellent service from the staff at the Days Inn from the first email we sent them asking if we could have an early check-in time as we were coming for a family wedding that started at 2 pm. They were so accommodating to us and gave our whole group rooms by noon. Thank you staff for your excellent and friendly service. We are very grateful.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. I had an exam and asked to be moved to a quieter room and was accommodated instantly and smoothly. I was also cold on the room and within minutes and with a big smile, then went people to check out my AC then provided a portable heater. The people are the main strength of this place, very welcoming.

Stayed a total of 5 days, and it was excellent! Reception staff was great, and addressed our minor issues (plugged toilet, broken extension cord) quickly. Room was clean and provided a great place for my son and I to chill in the evenings. Great location as we walked to UofA, LRT to catch to Elks game, and excellent local eateries (Old Spaghetti Factory, Jinya Ramen). Only downside was electrical outlets was limited in the room. There was only 1 plug between the 2 beds, so only 1 of us could charge a phone by our beds, but we made it work.

I was very disappointed with the service that I received while checking in. The lady got very aggressive with the vehicle we had, and started to freak out. My boyfriend pulled in and we realized that we weren't going to fit, so I got out and was going to check in before we went to park across the street. The guy who was there was a little more calm, however when I walked in and said that I was here to "check in" the guy seemed worried about the truck, however the lady at the front desk was very aggressively concerned about it and started coming at me saying that I couldn't park in the parkade. I told her that that's okay and that we were here to check in nonetheless. She continued on about the parking situation, I told her that we are fine to park across the street, however we still needed to check in. It put a bad taste in my mouth about the hotel right off the bat. The situation could've been handled completely differently with more kindly and way less aggression.

I like the location of the property. All public transportation nearby to all major attractions. Clean room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Only minus is that there was no accessible outlet near the bed to plug my phone in to charge.

Hotel was clean and in a good location. We walked to and from Roger’s Center and felt safe. Rooms were clean. AC didn’t work great so the room was pretty hot in plus 28 temps outside

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay, Every Time! I’ve stayed here several times now, and it’s always a fantastic experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The rooms are super comfortable, clean, and nice and quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest. The location is also a huge bonus: tons of great restaurants just steps away. Whether it’s for a quick getaway or a business trip, this hotel has become one of my go-to places. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for going to Roger’s place. Felt perfectly safe walking to and from the hotel and stadium. On site parking (for a fee). No fridge or microwave in the rooms which is a bummer. No breakfast either. Needs a makeover soon, but it was clean and adequate for an overnight stay for a concert.

The staff was very attentive. Sadly, Cora’s restaurant was not open so we had to travel quite far to reach a breakfast/brunch restaurant.

Excellent location. Fridge and microwave only on request. Our fridge didn't work. No breakfast offered. Cora's restaurant is next door. Would suggest to Days Inn to offer a discount coupon for their guests to use there.

While the rooms are being renovated, serious issues are not resolved. The floors are warped leaving large gaps under the doors. Several shots don't shut properly! Every room has an exhaust vent in the bathroom that sounds like a hand dryer and can't be turned off. Parking is limited and very tight. The only upside is that it is close to Rogers Place. I won't be going back.

Room was fine but that lack of fridge and microwave were a bit inconvenient. There was also a fan blowing constantly in the bathroom. It was noisy but closing the bathroom door remedied this.

This is a non cash hotel, which would be nice to know BEFORE checking in. Front desk guy was nice enough. Super odd these hotel rooms don’t have a fridge and microwave unless you call to have one delivered. I was in a joining room, which I didn’t ask for. The people next door kept trying to open the door throughout my stay. Also, every door on the 3rd floor is about 1-2” short so there is a wicked gap. You’re smelling everything from the hallways and hearing everything that’s happening. Outside my window, was the biggest and brightest spot light - even with the blinds shut it still lit up the room terribly. There are huge boxes and bins all over the lobby. Very cluttered. Convenient enough to walk to Rogers Place for an event I went too, but that was it. I will not be staying here again.
