Friendly staff, the room was clean and the facility was just as it was described. The kitchen was ideal and we felt right at home. All equipment was in operating order. The surrounding grounds were secure. We enjoyed our stay,

It was comfortable to stay with the family, and we liked the easy accessibility and convenient access.

We enjoyed our stay. One issue was the cleanliness of the room. The coffee maker was nasty and so was the pull out bed. We checked in super late and had no sheets for the bed but I called the emergency number and an extremely police and helpful young man helped me out. Also please put some curtains in the bedroom. The room was super bright first thing in the morning.

Clean and quiet! No issues on this trip. Location could be better. Plenty of room! Is stay here again.

The layout of the room was really nice and quiet. However, there was pet hair all over the bed cover & furniture. The room reeked of stale cigarettes. The air quality in the room was extremely stuffy. I’m assuming there may be mold somewhere in the room. My boyfriend had an asthma attack and had to go to Parkridge North E.R. - due to him not being able to breathe in the room. There are also people living on the premises. As in this is their home. Tried to go to the courtyard to relax but the tenants had their room doors wide open and looking at your every move. So that was quite awkward. Overall, the room was ok but it was not worth a trip to the emergency room- triggering an asthma attack.
