Lovely manager siper friendly price point was good for the area x was offered top floor (5 floors up) or basement and was recommend thag the basement is noisy at night, Descovered when i got back from gig no hot water and toilet was over flowing everytime someone flushed it in other rooms, left at 7am as room wqs so cold as window was broken also x

Room was nice, ground floor. Bathroom/shower good. Staff, very friendly, continental breakfast was good. Great location, very close to public transport, Paddington train stn + bus and tourist buses. Maccas and KFC within 200metres as well as boutique dining.
