Beautiful and very quiet property. Loved my morning coffee delivery in a cute Stanley lunchbox! The food was amazing, as were the drinks. The setting was amazing as was the view. I was up for an early morning walk and it was breathtaking! Even with all the construction. The pool was very small and the chairs around the pool were quite uncomfortable. No chaises. It’s new and still working out some glitches: poor WiFi, bar closed earlier than stated and kitchen staff sent home even earlier.

This hotel did not work for our needs, we won't return, but it might be great for you? Pros: It's beautiful, new & modern. Wonderful setting on top of the hill. Abundance of outdoor spaces to hang out, sit by the firepits. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good. Rooms were sleek & modern, comfortable beds, robes were a nice touch, no carpet on the floors which I liked. Fridge in the room which was great. Cons: Rooms were unfunctional, tiny nightstand that won't fit anything, no desk to work, no where to sit except the bed. Bathroom situation was the worst, a glass barn door that provides zero privacy & it was frosted but only up to eye level, what in the world?? Ladies, no make up mirror (I searched!) & low lighting for makeup which cast shadows, impossible to work with. No lobby with comfy couches to lounge & work on a laptop. The restaurant had some spaces but they were not comfy at all with stiff chairs & couches without a back on them (but looked pretty). Just not practical for us.

Tucked away on a quiet dead end street, really close to campus, with a beautiful pool and fire pit sitting area, we found the Stonebreaker to be very charming. 10/10 Would recommend.

If you’re searching for a traditional hotel stay this is not the place for you. It was an experience. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Facilities are new and very clean.

Close/near UofARK. The stadium is just down the street but wouldn’t walk. It’s a bit too far for that. Dining is sit down, nothing to go, menu only. The pool is tiny, but other areas are nice. Lots of outdoor sitting with fire pits. A little off the path but worth the quiet side. Didn’t see a lot of little kids. My son is 10 and everyone else was older.

Very new and clean property with modern, on trend decor. Very nice outdoor areas to relax and hang out with family and friends. Signage may be too minimalistic, as it was hard to find the entrance and and office to check into hotel.

Cool place with nice special touches. There isn't a coffee maker, but they deliver your coffee in a Stanley lunch box- really cute! The restaurant/bar is fantastic and the atmosphere is nice! I enjoyed a glass of wine outside- enjoying the view of trees and deer!

Great hotel. The outdoor space is beautiful. The pool is comically tiny, but nice. The restaurant on property is beautiful. Food, however, is not great. They also have a huge miss by not offering service (or even walking your to go order out if you call it in - and the pool is basically the edge of the restaurant patio) at the pool.

Beautful clean hotel. Very modern and tasteful design. The bathroom layout with glass wall is a little different so if you are sharing a room make sure you are very comfortable together lol

Hotel was nice, very clean and the staff were amazing! Only negatives were that the bar closed early on a Sat night, like 9:30 last call.. Also we were on the second floor and we could hear every small step from the third floor room above us.. I liked the place a lot but wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise from floor above!

The property and surrounding area is beautiful. The lighting in the room is horrible. You should have two lights at the sink. There should be separate lighting for the coffee bar and closet area. We told the front desk two times that the shower didn’t drain and finally they got a plumber out. We also told them three times there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Luckily I always bring a bar of soap when we travel. The 55” television was nice and also that the hotel provided cable tv.

The hotel is new and clean. Perfect location to UARk, feels like a resort. The beds, pillows and bath robes are very comfortable. The only downside is the lack of counter space and the ridiculous bathroom set up. Glass shower that is very see through, no privacy feeling awkward and taking longer to get ready. Second time it was just me and my husband and it was better but the lack of counter space still bother us. Shower has no place to put toiletries other than the ledge on the floor. On the king beds, sink is right by the door, on the double beds, do not open the door when someone is in the shower or else you will see them through the very see through glass.

The room was in very good condition, the bathroom was interesting as it was not very private. Sliding door with lightly frosted glass and no fan, right next to the beds. Sink outside in the bedroom.

The heat and air fan was extremely noisy, and the bathroom exhaust fan runs continuously and cannot be silenced from the room due to the non-private bathroom situation. The facility and staff are great, but we will not stay again due to the noise.

Room lighting around basin was poor. Glass see through bathroom with no lock needs to be replaced. Bed sheets were rough and need replaced with a higher thread count.

Beautiful and very quiet property. Loved my morning coffee delivery in a cute Stanley lunchbox! The food was amazing, as were the drinks. The setting was amazing as was the view. I was up for an early morning walk and it was breathtaking! Even with all the construction. The pool was very small and the chairs around the pool were quite uncomfortable. No chaises. It’s new and still working out some glitches: poor WiFi, bar closed earlier than stated and kitchen staff sent home even earlier.

Property and hotel staff were great. First night had dinner and the Restaurant staff rushed us to order apps and dinner at the same time because the “chef likes it that way”, then asked us to take our wine in a plastic glass so we could leave and they could clean up. Usually restaurants cater to the paying customer, felt like we were bothering them. Second night just wanted a drink at the bar. Bar staff had a lot to complain about - sore feet, tired, hard work…. We just wanted a drink in a nice setting.

Hotel was nice, very clean and the staff were amazing! Only negatives were that the bar closed early on a Sat night, like 9:30 last call.. Also we were on the second floor and we could hear every small step from the third floor room above us.. I liked the place a lot but wouldn’t stay here again because of the noise from floor above!

The property and surrounding area is beautiful. The lighting in the room is horrible. You should have two lights at the sink. There should be separate lighting for the coffee bar and closet area. We told the front desk two times that the shower didn’t drain and finally they got a plumber out. We also told them three times there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Luckily I always bring a bar of soap when we travel. The 55” television was nice and also that the hotel provided cable tv.

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was a weekend away for us. The property is gorgeous, clean and immaculate! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again if we are in the area. A few things I wish I had known. Apple Maps didn’t take us exactly to the hotel at first it took us to the restaurant, so it was a bit hard to find. Check in was smooth and easy and the receptionist explained everything really well, however she told me that they don’t clean every day unless we ask, to put the door hanger outside to have them clean. I did not require them to clean and did not hang the door hanger and yet they still came in a tidied up. All in all a very nice stay!! A wonderful romantic weekend getaway for my husband and I.

Tucked away on a quiet dead end street, really close to campus, with a beautiful pool and fire pit sitting area, we found the Stonebreaker to be very charming. 10/10 Would recommend.

We have stayed here several times. Very convenient to UArk. The bathrooms are different, but we are used to them now. I wish they would put larger trash cans in the rooms. Beautiful area. We have been to the restaurant, and it is very good also.

Close/near UofARK. The stadium is just down the street but wouldn’t walk. It’s a bit too far for that. Dining is sit down, nothing to go, menu only. The pool is tiny, but other areas are nice. Lots of outdoor sitting with fire pits. A little off the path but worth the quiet side. Didn’t see a lot of little kids. My son is 10 and everyone else was older.

The property is lovely. It is conveniently located to the University and lots of shops, but it is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area. I went for a walk and saw several deer. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the coffee delivery in the morning. Highly recommend.

Beautiful new property in a stunning location. The room design and layout are among the best I’ve stayed at. My only quibbles are with the bathroom “door” - ditch the glass barn-style door and replace it with something that affords more privacy and that doesn’t cause a racket when opening and closing. The coffee delivery timing is also off - it varied from 7 to 8 a.m. during our four night stay. This simply doesn’t work for folks who are up and out the door early.

This hotel did not work for our needs, we won't return, but it might be great for you? Pros: It's beautiful, new & modern. Wonderful setting on top of the hill. Abundance of outdoor spaces to hang out, sit by the firepits. Breakfast at the restaurant was really good. Rooms were sleek & modern, comfortable beds, robes were a nice touch, no carpet on the floors which I liked. Fridge in the room which was great. Cons: Rooms were unfunctional, tiny nightstand that won't fit anything, no desk to work, no where to sit except the bed. Bathroom situation was the worst, a glass barn door that provides zero privacy & it was frosted but only up to eye level, what in the world?? Ladies, no make up mirror (I searched!) & low lighting for makeup which cast shadows, impossible to work with. No lobby with comfy couches to lounge & work on a laptop. The restaurant had some spaces but they were not comfy at all with stiff chairs & couches without a back on them (but looked pretty). Just not practical for us.

Great location. Really nice clean and comfortable rooms. Lacking in amenities, no coffee machine in the room or even the ability to get hot water at night for tea. This would be a 5 star property if the amenities were better.

Cool place with nice special touches. There isn't a coffee maker, but they deliver your coffee in a Stanley lunch box- really cute! The restaurant/bar is fantastic and the atmosphere is nice! I enjoyed a glass of wine outside- enjoying the view of trees and deer!

Great hotel. The outdoor space is beautiful. The pool is comically tiny, but nice. The restaurant on property is beautiful. Food, however, is not great. They also have a huge miss by not offering service (or even walking your to go order out if you call it in - and the pool is basically the edge of the restaurant patio) at the pool.

This was a great stay. The Stonebreaker feels like a cabin in the woods but is a short walk to campus. We visit Fayetteville frequently and will definitely stay here again. But these are not dealbreakers - we'd definitely stay again. Pleasant staff at the bar both Saturday evening and Sunday morning for coffee. Decent gym. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they are there if you need em!

This property is beautiful. I loved coffee being delivered daily in a Stanley camping thermos. The cleaning crew had to asked several times to clean the room and one of the staff members was incredibly rude. When I tried to talk to a front desk member they replied they will get it when they get to it. There were no towels to use by the pool and no one in office to tell. Housekeeping is quite lacking here.
