Stayed 4 nights

I spent 4 nights at this very new Hilton Garden hotel. It served the purpose well (conference at the hotel). The rooms of this new hotel are modern as is the reception and other facilities. It is however important to note that the hotel is located inside the Airitom free trade zone very close to the Afghan border. If you enter via Afghanistan (without being Afghan) make sure to enter as a normal tourist. This will enable you to move freely to Termez town or the ancient Buddhist site. Also note that the hotel is “dry” as are all other restaurants within the zone. I witnessed a few tourists not being particularly pleased with that:-) That said, bartender Kamila serves great non-alcoholic drinks and the Lobby Bar provides a great space for social interaction with Uzbeks, Afghans and tourists. For a good (non-dry!) bar/restaurant in Termez town try Zolataya Bachka. Taxis readily available outside the Airitom zone. Takes 15 minutes to get there at USD 4-10 - depending on your negotiation skills 😉 I recommend the hotel, but the visitor must understand the special - some would say weird - nature of its location.

I spent a couple of wonderful days at the Termez Hilton Hotel, and it was truly an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service at the reception desk was outstanding—professional, friendly, and very welcoming. The bar area was also fantastic, especially the fruit tea, which I really enjoyed. The restaurant staff deserve special recognition as well—the chef, the cooks, and the team working on the floor were all amazing. The food and service were excellent, and everyone worked together with great care and professionalism. The housekeeping team was incredibly kind and respectful. They made me feel like part of a family, treating guests with dignity and genuine warmth. Even the staff member responsible for cleaning the gym was very polite and friendly, which truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my time at the Termez Hilton Hotel. I hope to return again in about four months when the weather is warmer, and I would love to see the wonderful staff once again and spend more time there. Hilton Hotel, I’m truly glad you are there. Thank you so much to the entire team for your excellent service and hospitality.

I really like this hotel. It’s very clean, the staff are excellent, and the service is great. The only issue I experienced was that the rooms felt a bit hot. Because it is close to winter, the hotel’s system only provides heating, and the cooling function is not available at this time of year. I felt a little uncomfortable, but when I asked the receptionist, they advised me to keep the window open. Everything else was very good, and I hope that in the future the hotel will offer both cooling and heating options year-round so guests can adjust the room temperature to their preference.
