Excelente localização, perto de bares, restaurantes e supermercados. Muito próximo também ao metrô. A area me pareceu muito segura. O hotel fica a poucos minutos andando do Panteon e do Jardim de Luxemburgo. O staff foi excelente, agradeço principalmente à Gabriela, recepcionista, pelo atendimento. As minhas únicas queixas seriam com relação ao barulho do hotel. As paredes parece que sao de gesso e é possível escutar ate conversas do quarto vizinho e toda a movimentação do quarto de cima. Entao para quem gosta de dormir ate um pouco mais tarde talvez isso seja um incômodo. Além dessa questão do barulho tem a questão da pressão da água durante o banho. Aparentemente se alguem usar o banheiro do quarto de cima a água quente ou a fria pode sumir do chuveiro e vc levar um jato de agua fervendo ou congelando no banho. Achei isso um pouco perigoso principalmente pq a agua quente é quase fervendo, pode machucar. Então quando forem tomar banho já sabem que devem ficar atentos a qualquer mudança de pressão da agua no banho, saia imediatamente debaixo do chuveiro e aguarde a temperatura voltar ao normal.

1週間宿泊しましたが、居心地の良さでホテルに帰ると毎日ホッとしました。メーキングも綺麗で窓を閉めれば外の騒がしさは聞こえず隣りの部屋の音も聞こえず毎日グッスリ寝れました。入口もセキュリティがきちんとしていて、常時人が居るので安心でした。 強いて言えば、ちょっと部屋が狭くスーツケースを1人ずつしか開けられなかったですが、パリのホテルはほぼこのような感じみたいです。

El personal es muy amable y algunos hablan español. El hotel está muy bien situado, en pleno barrio Latino, cerca de Montmartre y de La Sorbona. A pocos metros tienes paradas de metro. Está rodeado de restaurantes y ricas panaderías. Nos dieron una buhardilla típica parisina para tres personas. Tiene una pequeña biblioteca y juegos de mesa a disposición de los huéspedes. La camas son bastante cómodas. La Lo único que eché en falta es algún enchufe más para cargar los móviles.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very safe as they check who is at the door before letting them in. Elevator was a small but still a huge bonus just to have for this area. Room was very clean and spacious. Balcony view was exciting!

Noise level is high with 2 bars and cinema house directly alongside. The air conditioning did not work despite it being advertised as such and us complaining twice. In the end we ended up ditching the duvet and opening the windows despite the noise. Breakfast is average continental for a high 14€ per head. Would advise management to upgrade their air conditioning & breakfast options. Front desk (though friendly) were hopelessly unable to understand our need for a carafe of coffee to take up to our room. Needs improvement. Great area if you can handle the noise.

Great spot for a couple looking to spend most of their time exploring the city. Amazing location and good service coming in and out of the hotel with 24/7 reception. Our room had a long narrow balcony overlooking the street. While the rooms inside are not completely soundproof from one another, we didn’t hear anything from the street. Having AC was also incredible! Would recommend for a simple couple looking for simple stay.

The bathtub wasn't good for a shower. It wasn't safe because it was curved and there was no traction. One morning (of 7) there was no hot water for a shower! We can't comment on the breakfast, because we didn't have it there but there are many options nearby. Street noise at night was too loud to leave the window open. The window blocked the sound very well but had to be closed.

Hôtel sympa mais la télé ne fonctionnait pas, tout est vieux et bricolé par des amateurs, petit déjeuner très limité, personnel étranger et au moment de partir il faut payer une taxe de séjour non compris au départ.

Great location next to the Latin quarter- very easy to walk around. Some excellent restaurants in the area too. Staff were friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked like a dream. Clean facilities although a little dated. Fixtures in the bathrooms a little odd- shower hard to turn off/ on from the outside, toilet right up against the sink so had to kind of sit side ways.

Overall this is a decent,”quaint” hotel. Rooms are very small. Our room had some issues. Paint was chipping on the ceiling in one spot. I brought that to the attention of the front desk and she said “yes, we need to fix that”. The bathroom had black mold on caulking around the tub and the shower door on the tub leaked along the wall and flooded the floor. Nothing bad enough to leave but would not go back.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly. It is right in the middle of everything in the Latin Quarter. There is absolutely no lack of things to keep you entertained. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable (& I was worried about the bed bug scare in general so all white linens gave me extra confidence!). All the front desk staff people were very nice, helpful, and speak at least 3 languages. The location is excellent though I’d try to get a room facing away from the street (gets noisy at night). The room could use fresh paint but otherwise was perfect for me.

The room left something to be desired. It wasn't particularly clean, there were places where the paint was chipping, The overhead sprinkler had been removed and its location was covered with masking tape. Also, the toilet was an old kind, which required a lot of water to flush. If I were about twenty three years old and the room was half the price, it would have been okay.

le personnel très jeune est courtois, la chambre est propre, la salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais propre également et le petit déjeuner convenable; problèmes d'insonorisation en soirée comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels mais les nuits étaient globalement très calmes. Literie confortable.

Il personale davvero molto carino e ragazzi giovani e simpatici, molto gentili. La stanza da rivedere, camere un po freddose in quanto gli infissi sono molto datati ed entra aria molto fredda. Colazione diciamo buona, ma ogni giorno era sempre la stessa, i ragazzi della colazione troppo carini e gentili! Il sapone per la doccia l’ho dovuto richiedere ogni giorno perché i signori delle pulizie non facevano il rifornimento e ovviamente essendo in due e facendo la doccia ogni giorno dovevo chiedere ogni volta ai ragazzi della reception. Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità dei servizi e camere, fosse stato migliore sarebbero stati soldi benedetti. Per il resto del soggiorno non mi lamento. Grazie mille

Cela ne correspond pas du tout à 3*** ! La chambre trop petites, pas d'armoire, penderie minuscule de 40 cm large et moche, trop petite, le mur dedans était sale et avec le tuyau des toilettes visible derrière quelques porte-manteaux. La télé manque de place était collée très haut sous le plafond. Bruit toute la nuit de la rue et du restaurant en bas. Plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

Staff was helpful. Rooms clean but worn - but in fairness we are used to newer American style hotels. It was impossible to shower without soaking the floor due to only a half panel of glass. But great location and again, staff was nice.

The bathtub wasn't good for a shower. It wasn't safe because it was curved and there was no traction. One morning (of 7) there was no hot water for a shower! We can't comment on the breakfast, because we didn't have it there but there are many options nearby. Street noise at night was too loud to leave the window open. The window blocked the sound very well but had to be closed.

The location is very convenient with lots of shops and cafes in the area. The rooms are extremely small, which makes it difficult to move around with two people. There is no coffee or tea kettle in the room, which seems like an amenity that would be easy to supply. For the price, you can do better.

We loved our stay! Location was perfect! Walkable to Notre Dams, Place Contrescarpe/ Rue Moffetard and its restaurants and street markets. Easily took metro & bus. Great restaurant (Bonvivant) right across the street where we ate dinner twice) plus many nearby restaurants for breakfasts, drinks and dinners. The hotel staff was fabulous anytime of day. The room was small which was expected and clean w/ good mattress & pillows. The windows were amazingly sound-proofed and, closed, admitted NO street sounds but would be noisy if open against summer heat. , The room had a wardrobe but no dresser and was so small that there was no easy place to store/open 2 suitcases. Shower was great, located in a lovely tub but not a walk-in stall (not a problem for us) and included French beauty products and hair dryer. The rooms’s decor/furnishings definitely need updating which is the only negative note affecting my overall enthusiastic approval of the property. We WOULD stay there again.

Great location next to the Latin quarter- very easy to walk around. Some excellent restaurants in the area too. Staff were friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the aircon worked like a dream. Clean facilities although a little dated. Fixtures in the bathrooms a little odd- shower hard to turn off/ on from the outside, toilet right up against the sink so had to kind of sit side ways.

Nous arrivions de loin avec le décalage. J'avais pris la peine de demander si on pourrait avoir la chambre plus tôt. Je comprends que ce n'est pas toujours possible mais j'ai eu l'impression qu'aucun effort n'a été effectué pour nous accommodé. Aussi, nous avons dû descendre à la réception 4 fois pour chercher du shampooing, du papier de toilette et des serviettes. Finalement, quand les voisins sont levés et se promènent dans les corridors, on les entend. On a souvent été réveillés par des voisins bruyants. L'hôtel est super bien situé, au coeur du quartier latin à proximité des principaux attraits et des bouches de métro.

Noise level is high with 2 bars and cinema house directly alongside. The air conditioning did not work despite it being advertised as such and us complaining twice. In the end we ended up ditching the duvet and opening the windows despite the noise. Breakfast is average continental for a high 14€ per head. Would advise management to upgrade their air conditioning & breakfast options. Front desk (though friendly) were hopelessly unable to understand our need for a carafe of coffee to take up to our room. Needs improvement. Great area if you can handle the noise.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Some rooms are more dated than others, this time I got the room with an updated bathroom - yay! The front desk messed up a bit and gave us the key to an already occupied room, but they fixed it promptly and apologized. The breakfast was included with our stay, it was pretty modest but good.

Close to lots of fabulous restaurants. My favorite La Maison d'Isabelle Patisserie shopping area with fantastic wine, cheese, charcuterie, Seafood, and produce specialties. Very close to Notre Dame and Other historic sites. Sorbonne surrounds hotel! Definitely would stay here again!

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly. It is right in the middle of everything in the Latin Quarter. There is absolutely no lack of things to keep you entertained. No complaints at all. Would definitely stay again.

Got to say decent hotel for middle of a big city that didn’t cost a fortune. Our room was a good size and had a big double bed - 2 singles zipped together and very comfortable. Room and bathroom clean. Carpet a bit tired in room but otherwise good condition. Not much noise from outside. Bit of noise from other rooms and floors but nothing worse than you get elsewhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Didn’t have breakfast as 28 Euros for 2 of us even for Paris seems pricey-plenty of patisseries nearby. Good location to explore interesting areas in the Latin Quarter.

Bathroom and bathroom tub are extremely slippery when wet. This very dangerous. Bed is small and too soft. Staff is friendly, breakfast buffet is good and breakfast help is outstanding!

Il personale davvero molto carino e ragazzi giovani e simpatici, molto gentili. La stanza da rivedere, camere un po freddose in quanto gli infissi sono molto datati ed entra aria molto fredda. Colazione diciamo buona, ma ogni giorno era sempre la stessa, i ragazzi della colazione troppo carini e gentili! Il sapone per la doccia l’ho dovuto richiedere ogni giorno perché i signori delle pulizie non facevano il rifornimento e ovviamente essendo in due e facendo la doccia ogni giorno dovevo chiedere ogni volta ai ragazzi della reception. Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità dei servizi e camere, fosse stato migliore sarebbero stati soldi benedetti. Per il resto del soggiorno non mi lamento. Grazie mille

Il sapone per la doccia l’ho dovuto richiedere ogni giorno perché i signori delle pulizie non facevano il rifornimento e ovviamente essendo in due e facendo la doccia ogni giorno dovevo chiedere ogni volta ai ragazzi della reception. Prezzo troppo alto per la qualità dei servizi e camere, fosse stato migliore sarebbero stati soldi benedetti. Per il resto del soggiorno non mi lamento. Grazie mille

The hotel’s location is great. It’s a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame and Ste. Chappelle. The area is safe and convenient to Metro and bus lines. We had a triple room on the 5th floor. Everything was clean, in good condition, and relatively spacious for an old French hotel room. Bonus was a balcony! The bathroom was large and had good soap and hair care products. Housekeeping was very good and came every day. Air conditioning was great, like an American would like! Breakfast was very good. The property is well-kept. I think this hotel is much nicer than most of the 3-star hotels in France. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes a traditional French hotel.

Great location. Room was very small for 2 people but the bed was very comfortable. Excellent soundproofing when windows closed from the noise of the café across the street.

Booked and paid for months ago based upon online information and pictures. Arrived to find the triple room accommodations grossly inadequate. Dirty room and bathroom with broken tiles. Stained walls and smaller space than depicted in photos. Very disappointed. Requested an upgrade room that we would have happily paid for. Told all rooms are the same, so no change available. We requested a partial refund as we would not/could not stay in that dirty and damaged room for four nights. The reception lady said no refund would be provided as the poor condition of the room did not warrant any refund in the managements opinion. We left an hour after arrival having booked rooms at another hotel by the Eiffel Tower that we had used before and could trust. We were extremely disappointed in the poor accommodations and the lack of responsibility and accountability on the part of the management here. I strongly recommend that all visiting tourists stay away from this poorly maintained hotel and the terrible attitude of the management there. I have already submitted a review on this that has yet to be posted. Be very careful trusting only the reviews that are posted as others may be filtered out. Word of mouth from people you know is the best means of choosing accommodations with the breakdown of quality in the review process online.
