This hotel is charming in every way, and I recommend it without restriction. Truly a wonderful property with so much to offer! It is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated within a great neighborhood. The rooms are larger than the average Parisian hotel room, and the AC made the space comfortable during a series of 100 degree summer days. Breakfast was affordable with a wide variety of items, the staff were kind and so helpful, the beds are comfortable, and there is even a mini fridge in the room. I will be staying here again!

This hotel is charming in every way, and I recommend it without restriction. Truly a wonderful property with so much to offer! It is clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated within a great neighborhood. The rooms are larger than the average Parisian hotel room, and the AC made the space comfortable during a series of 100 degree summer days. Breakfast was affordable with a wide variety of items, the staff were kind and so helpful, the beds are comfortable, and there is even a mini fridge in the room. I will be staying here again!

Location is amazing (close to the RoissyBus which is the best way to get into Paris, and the Gallery Lafayette And Printemps stores, lots of shopping, good metro connections). Two down sides: only one small elevator that you have to wait for at times, and the mattress cover is plastic (I assume to get rid of bed bugs) so it gets REALLY hot at night. Did not sleep well.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Paris shopping belt. 5 minutes walk to Lafayette and 10-15 minutes walk to the boutiques located along saint honore. There are 3 metro stations nearby the hotel that allows easy travel around the city. Of the the nearest station, Auber, takes you directly to La Vallee outlet and disneyland. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. And importably the hotel has a lift. I think it’s good value for the price.

One night stay was excellent. Front desk was very helpful. Local bakery was incredibly delicious! Close proximity to metro and Gare Saint Lazare. Room and bathroom was very clean. Comfortable bed and the room had a refrigerator, and hot water for tea and coffee. Would stay again.

パリの主要観光地のど真ん中にあるので、メトロで15分もあればどこにでも行けます。近くにモノプリもあるし、レストランも沢山あります。バスタブは付いてませんが今回は1泊なので問題ありませんでした。客室も清潔に保たれていますし、コーヒーお水が無料でした。フロントのスタッフさんもフレンドリーで丁寧に対応頂きました。

L'hôtel est peut-être bien, en général. Mais je n'ai pas pu le vérifier car on m'a mis dans une chambre qui donnait directement dans le hall. On y entendait les clients qui rentrent tard, les poubelles qui sont sorties à 4h30. Sa fenêtre donnait sur une courette qui est éclairée toute la nuit et , pas de chance, les rideaux laissent passer la lumière. Donc il y fait jour toute la nuit. L'hôtel 4 etoiles est peut-être bien, en général, mais quand on a une chambre comme celle là, on ne la propose pas aux clients. Moi, je n'y retournerai pas.

Staff is great and very helpful when needed. Walkable to a lot of restaurants / cafes. The cafe opposite is very good with nice food options. Breakfast is half the price if you book direct.

One night stay was excellent. Front desk was very helpful. Local bakery was incredibly delicious! Close proximity to metro and Gare Saint Lazare. Room and bathroom was very clean. Comfortable bed and the room had a refrigerator, and hot water for tea and coffee. Would stay again.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Paris shopping belt. 5 minutes walk to Lafayette and 10-15 minutes walk to the boutiques located along saint honore. There are 3 metro stations nearby the hotel that allows easy travel around the city. Of the the nearest station, Auber, takes you directly to La Vallee outlet and disneyland. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. And importably the hotel has a lift. I think it’s good value for the price.

Staff is great and very helpful when needed. Walkable to a lot of restaurants / cafes. The cafe opposite is very good with nice food options. Breakfast is half the price if you book direct.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec le théâtre où nous allions le soir. Très bon établissement . Petit déjeuner excellent aussi mais un peu cher à 16€ par personne.

It was in a great area for shopping but a little farther than we usually stay. The hotel was very clean and nice, and the area felt very safe. Because I was in a single room, there was no choice of a room facing the street which I love. My window opened to an inner courtyard. I would have liked the choice of deciding to have a view or no view. All in all, I loved the hotel and staff.

The stairs were dark and the hallway a bit narrow. The elevator was very small. The room was supposed to be a triple deluxe, but coming from a different country with different norms, we did not find it very large nor luxurious. The bathroom was not very large, which is common in France. The room was pretty and the beds were good. DUring the day you could hear customers in their room talking. The breakfast room was small and the items available were limited, although good quality. I had to ask about the milk (2% or not?) and about artificial sweetener. They seem to run out of several items during the course of our breakfast. I thought it was expensive for what they offered. Overall it was good but I was disappointed for a 4 star hotel. I found it expensive because I was expecting a more spacious experience for that price. But it was Paris. The location was not easy for taxi to drop us off.
